This company is absolutely a joke … they rob people blind.came to our business they diagnosed a problem were there literally 45 min total and charged 482.00 and didn’t fix anything just to look and say what the problem was …. They should be ashamed of themselves.don’t use them there are so many other great companies … they have a Google rating if 1.6 for a reason … people like this make me I’ll overcharging people and that make you pay an automatic 700.00 before even coming out and then just refund the difference so in my case we got refund 218.00 … disgusting way to do business … USE LDI REPAIR OR NORTH STAR!

Absolutely best service yet! Have been having issues with my oven. 2 other companies have tried to fix my issue and no luck. Called Key Foods and they fixed my issue on the first visit. Even had the part my oven needed in his van. I believe the service guy they sent was Chris T. He explained the issue that he found and showed me when it was fixed. Very personable. I will be calling them again and asking for Chris.

One of their drivers cut me off and was swerving in and out of traffic like an absolute maniac. Awful reflection of the company.

Disaster management. Spent 1 hour in store and charge me 2 hours. Don’t know how they calculate the labour hour.

***WARNING AVOID AT ALL COST*** Save yourself the headache, time and money dealing with this company! Read all the horrible reviews. It's not just me. Poorly managed, actually not managed at all. Have a warranty claim filed with their company, been waiting 4 months with nothing. No follow-ups, absolutely NOTHING done! Asked to talk to the manager on numerous occasions. The call center says the manager will call me but never does. Tried to go with different company but because they already opened a warranty claim I'm stuck with this garbage usless company. So don't make the same mistake as me. Choose a different company!
