KFC

We went to this KFC today at 12pm and there was no Chicken left. My Friend got 2 toonie Tuesdays and they gave him white meat cause there were only two brown meat pieces left. I then ordered a 4 piece meal not knowing this and they said they ran out of fried chicken and that I would have to wait for 20 minutes. For a place that sells fried chicken, they should probably have some chicken ready. Especially at lunch time and because people don't have much time to eat. The guy in the kitchen seems like he doesn't care at all.

I love KFC and it is sad to find proper location. And this place is worst KFC i ever been.you should fire cashier cuz she does not want work at all.vending machine can do better than her.
I ordered spicy Big crunchy stacker box meal.and came with regular mayo and my daughter got sick from fries which they probably never replace their oil for fries.drumstick it smaller than your thumb.disgusting food and disgusting service.

Stay away! Terrible customer service. Lots of Fake 5 Star reviews to Prop Up this Disgusting poorly run KFC location at the premium outlet mall!

Ordered 3 piece combo for our son, chicken was dry was probably sitting for hours as outlet mall location not busy. Served shocking Tiny pieces of chicken! Thighs & drumsticks were size of wings! I thought COVID shrinkflation was over but apparently not at this KFC location.

I orderd chickens with fries they gave me chicken fries with corn charged 30$that i didnt order, my order was cold and expired chickens and expired fries, not recomended. Dont go there u can get food poisioning.

I ordered 3chicken with fries, with stale cold fries and stale chicken and I had to wait for 5-10mintue to get that stale food, suffered from food poisoning.

Two for one big crunch sandwiches were.well disappointing at best. All there was.piece of dry tasteless chicken, 2 splotches of mayo on a bun. No lettuce, no pickles, NOTHING else. I WILL NOT be ordering from this location EVER again! This is the second time I have ordered and had a bad experience with their food.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

We went with kids near closing time, Gaurav was there to help kids choose the order and serve them happily. It was an awesome experience.

I like the customer service here. Especially gaurav delivered the order so nicely on time. I came here closing time. And the food was so tasty and fresh. Everytime I go there I enjoy the food

Very sad! This is boneless box with "Mega" fries and 7 pieces of dry popcorn chicken. Dry & Dreadful! Who controlling quality at this place? Probably the worst KFC food experience in Canada so far. Obviously there's no standard.

Went back today. My mistake. Zero effort in customer service.

July 22,2021 5: 45pm. It took more than 30 minutes for 3 employees to make my meal. I saw one employees doing all the work as two stayed in the back. Many people waited in line after i ordered and all of them ended up leaving as not one employee wanted to take orders. When i got my order they were still missing one iteam, so i had to wait another 10 minutes for them to bring it out. For a fast food resturant with only one person infront of me horrible service and time management.

Worst kfc in alberta.always out of stock for chicken. No more chicken. This is the fourth time.

Very friendly staff. After placing my order, 2 items were going to take several minutes to be ready. The staff member taking my order asked me if I wanted a fountain drink while I waited. I thought that was a very nice and unique gesture. Clean, pleasant and welcoming. Well done KFC staff

Absolutely disgusting coleslaw and gravy tasted like fish.chicken was way over over cooked definitely would not recommend!

They have the storefront counter named Zoya which is very rude and looks not happy working. She doesnt get my order and she is raising her voice when i am clarifying it to her and doesnt accept that she did not understand what i ordered. Never eat here again. Worst staff i encounterd inside the premium outlet.

Ordered big brunch and forgot to say bucket for one. Instead of fixing my order, they charge me for 2 piece chicken with fries which cost more. It’s easy fix but they gave me a hard time and complicated transaction. Hardeep was our cashier.

11 dollars for a 2 piece and it was a drumstick and a small wing, the pop was only 2/3rds full
The fries was half of the paper holder.
The only thing that was full was the gravy that tasted like it was from a pouch.
The last time I tried to eat here they said they were out of chicken! Maybe that was my lucky day

TheTguy working the counter ignored me to talk to women approaching. He did the same to a young boy trying to get his attention. Incredibly rude. The paper plate they gave me was dirty. The drumstick tasted awful but the other two pieces were fine. Just a bad experience!

Bought yesterday and the chicken has no flavor at all inside, all i thought is kfc chicken is already being breaded before delivered to the restaus,, not gonna go try again once we're in edmonton premium outlet

Worst experiance as uncooked food served and showed ro kfc, owner of show said little bit always left uncooked it's normal, I can't eat uncooked so giving 1star. Will never go back there.
