This is worst fast food experience in my life
I got french fries which was old and they reheat that in oil also chicken patty black i don’t know how long they been using oil Absolutely No sense of customer service lady harpreet did not even apologize once for the food quality
This business should shut down if they going to do this repeatedly

This location appears to have management issues, the workers are not to blame they can only do so much, 45 minutes for 15 pieces of chicken and fries at 3: 45 in the afternoon is unacceptable! Stop being cheap and hire workers! One man should not have to work counter, drive thru and help cook! What do I know? I worked years in the food industry, this is place is not right in my opinion

Chicken is getting smaller and smaller. I know from time to time you’ll get small one. However for the past 4 order probably today was the worst: small chicken, some chicken looks cook and burnt outside but bloody inside, some looks like re-fried. The only reason I keep coming back here is the convenience being close (Albany location) and the GRAVY. Staff this location probably noticed we’re ordering large gravy ONLY and we have chicken from other companies. Too bad there’s no option to post pictures

Ok fyi things have to be pretty bad for me to leave a comment. I ordered a boneless meal. It was very obviously extremely dirty oil. Everything tastes terrible. All I could taste is that burnt oil flavour. My chicken nuggets were the size of my nail. Also there were barely any, the little bag was almost empty. I ordered 2 salads and they weren't even filled to the top of the tiny little cup. WHAT REALLY!
Very disappointing if I was you I'd stay away from this KFC. Unless you like the taste of burnt oil

Went to get a sandwich of the deal and the chicken inside the burger was so old so dried out I don't know how long it would been sitting out but it was not fresh by any means. Frustratingly I think restaurants are getting rid of Old Stock over the fact that they don't care for you get sick from it. Another place I will not be going back to.

Worst KFC in Edmonton! Every time I come here they never have chicken. It's a 30 minute wait and the staff are rude! I don't know why I keep coming here. I end up leaving empty handed every time.

Popeyes was closed so I went to KFC, wow so disappointed, that will be my last chicken burger at KFC.
I got to my car and opened it up, no effort at all to make this plain tasteless chicken burger.

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever visited. Deserves zero stars. It's close to home and my better half enjoys KFC on occasion. Recently got dinner for the family and it was absolutely disgusting, even by standard KFC expectations. The chicken tasted old (tasted like cotton fibres somehow), was undercooked and absolutely dripping in grease. The bottom of the box was basically like a grease pool. They got my order wrong for the sandwhich I ordered on top of that. Was waiting in the drive through line for an unreasonable amount of time with no one ahead of me. This location would be a good candidate for closure, its only a matter of time. I cant see them being successful in the future given the fact the quality has been sub-par since they opened. I will never return.
Genuinely Disgusted.

Drive through girl didnt undertstand english properly. We got no ice in our drinks, no straws no gravy. Literally 5 popcorn chicken in the meal. I walked in and they wanted me to pay for a gravy only after avoiding me for 5 whole minutes. And no they were not busy but I guess that says a lot too. 1 uncooked popcorn kernel is my rating.

Terrible chicken. This the second time I have come to this location and got extremely oily chicken. When asked all they could tell me it's fresh. Manager was to busy hanging out with his girlfriend in the lobby. Would recommend you get the fries and gravy and go across the street to Mary browns for chicken. Won't be back at this location.

Takeout combo of 3PC chicken, popcorn chicken and macaroni salad. Throw away all 3PC's of chicken as it tasted like sea weed, extremely salty.

Called and Informed the restaurant immediately in case.

Went in to get a special they had on a chicken sandwich, no coupon required. The worker helping me acted like he didn't know anything about the special even though they had 3 posters in the restaurant. Second time went in with a coupon which they did honour. Got home and realized they gave me 5 drumsticks 2 wings and 2 backs, the worst parts of the chicken. Coupon said nothing about brown meat only. There are 2 other kfcs within a 10 minute drive of this one. I would suggest going to one of those.

I am a telecom technician and tried to buy a 2 pcs chicken. The store manager and window cashier here went above and beyond to make me happy. Food is fresh. I hope they will have a lot of customers.

Horrible! Every time I have tried this location we wait more than 15-20minutes. They will tell you to park and completely forget about you and somehow after waiting this long yhe food isn't even fresh.

I won't be back and I 100% do not recommend.

My order was missing half the items I ordered. Avoid this location as it is poorly run, if you do visit make sure to double check your order- chances are they’ll stiff you. Not the first time this has happened!

I haven’t had KFC chicken for quite a while and I will say it is not the same as it used to be. Maybe it’s just this location. But the chicken was tasteless and the coating was not anything like it used to be. Not crispy at all. Grease soaked and soggy! The staff was good but the food was 2 thumbs down

Been to this place 3 times and all 3 my burger was completely fried to the max. And the buns were EXTREMELY STALE… Absolute trash of a place. Owned and ran by hillbillies

By far the worst KFC in the city. Every time I visit this location there is always a 20-30min wait time for chicken. It doesn't even matter what time of the day you come by. Extremely poor service overall.

Haha this has to be the cheapest KFC. I tried to use a coupon that was in the mail for a tenders/popcorn box, which advertised that it came with a salad. Apparently, the owners don't honor that and said this location doesn't give the salad. No big deal but just seems really really cheap!

Tried it for a second time, as expected it was disappointing, chicken was cooked a little crispier then previous visit, the gravy was s#it tasted nothing like KFC
The French fries were limp and tasted terrible, each restaurant I have visited in Edmonton have fairly the same issues
Poorly breaded chicken with hardly any spice or herbs
Fries and gravy pretty much garbage
Nothing about this restaurant tastes anything like original.

There is too much competition in the chicken business to be messing around being cheap cutting corners saving a pinch of spice here and there

Bathroom was disgusting, we waited 24 minutes for 1 big crunch combo. The lady before us came in and was told a 9 minute wait from the drive through and waited 30 mins before coming inside to complain. The other guy in line had waited 10 mins without them taking his order and he ended up leaving.this KFC is bad. Food was okay but the place needs to get it together

This is the greasy chicken I have ever been served in my entire life! Soaked a hole right in the bottom of the box and my napkin wasn’t enough to take all the grease. This place is an abomination. If I could have rated at negative stars I would have

Update - KFC responded to my review asked me to email them back for more info and so I did but, not surprised to report that the email address was a dead end and address could not be found. Leads me to believe their trying to save face on a public forum but don’t really want to hear more. Doubt they will make any steps towards improvement

This is the worst KFC on the planet. If you go here, get your head checked! I just waited 15mins to be told they have run out of chicken and it would another 25mins. This is only one of many times I have tried to support them and had very poor experiences. Honestly this business is an embarrassment to the KFC franchise.

From the other reviews it looks like this location needs a change. The most tasteless food and they can't be bothered to fill up the containers. Heaven forbid if you have a question in the drive thru. I won't be back.

Most disgusting meal I have had from a KFC. Everything was cold except the salad which was warm. 2 pieces of chicken were old and reheated I'm sure because they were like leather. It also didn't taste like KFC normally does. This will be my last time ordering from this location.

Does not accept deals from KFC so you have to pay full price. Is not friendly. I walked out. Try to order online and no deals. And one of the worst ordering systems around. Had to put in location 3 times and got fed up.

Extremely Rude Staff, This is not a third world country treat your customers with respect please. I'm paying money for your service not the other way around. Worst location in the city. Worst KFC we ever had my son and i both got food poisoning from the tenders. Saturday December 4th. We are still not 100 percent. So unfortunate as my kids love KFC.

New hygiene standard according to Superstar from Panjab Manager like miss “”Amandeep Kaur “, the amazing manager, her standard is like this she left the frozen chiken in the hot water overnight and next day she come she take chiken from water and she use it, sometimes the cook chicken left over from previous night next day she sell it to customer!
Her hygiene practice is so beautiful and she learn from Panjab as she train us!

I would give this kfc a 0 rating if possible. Terrible food. Very rude and cheap staff. Save your money don't go here.

Very Slow. Everytime I go to this location, there is always await for Chicken. They never have anything ready. If you want KFC go to another location.

Awful! Food was gross. Our burger had rotten lettuce all over it. One big glob of mayo. Didn’t get our order right. Not a good experience unfortunately. Definitely won’t be back.

Very rude staff in the drive thru, i got the zinger box and the chicken was so hard, they might have stored it for few hours, i am also attaching the quality they give to you in $12 clearly they didn't even washed the chicken and a feather is stuck never coming back here

Walked into the location lady in front of me was fighting with the lady behind the counter that all she wanted was white meat only in her bucket went on for 10 minutes while I waited when I got to order I ordered 9 bucket meal with fries and gravy ordered large coleslaw used promo code POSDM229 TO Expire on January 9 2021 cost 28.96 brought it home put in warm oven went to enjoy what a joke opened chicken box 1 small wing 2 thighs and all the rest were drumsticks no white meat missing 1 piece phoned back to kfc lady did not care hung up on me tried to call back 4 times no pickup that was Saturday 13 waited till Monday 15 talked to manager showed him the pics on my i pad and told him the skin was soft like it was sitting for a long time the coleslaw had no taste he did not care I asked him what he could to for me told him I would never come back told him I would call kfc main office called kfc Canada main office placed my issue to the complaint department talk to Roger very help full two days later I got a call from kfc Canada there are looking into that location waiting for a call will update never be scared to push back used to be a 3.8 rating now2.8 I would give it a1 that on a good day

If you order one single meal you will still have to wait 12 hours to get it.sandwich was hot fries were not good and no longer warm.

Food was absolutely terrible. Was a 98.00 order. KFC blamed Uber, Uber blamed KFC. I wasn't refunded, no offer to replace food. The manager told me it was being refunded. He totally lied. No refund, no apologies nothing. Terrible customer service and bad food!

Drive thru was quick and easy. Food was hot and done the way I asked. Poutine sauce on the side yes keeps the fries from going soggy until you get home.

We ordered a bucket of supposed to be crispy chicken, it was way over cooked on the out side and the skin underneath was like rubber, absolutely the worst chicken ever.there goes 12of 14 pieces in the green bin.

This is literally the 4th time they ran out of chicken, since I have lived in this area. I'm pretty much done with this KFC

Ordered 14 pcs with 4 large sides. The chicken all looked dark and small (aka not fresh), the fries were super soggy, and the gravy they gave was very watery and didn't taste great.

When you're asked to pull ahead and wait for 6 minutes for your chicken burger to be done you expect a fresh, hot meal. Everything was cold, except the chicken burger, which was undercooked to a rubbery texture. When it costs 28$ for a couple of meals, you expect to at least be satisfied. What a waste.

Was very clear ordered big box meal and a twister combo server asked what drinks I said both Pepsi went to pay took forever she brought my order and was only brought and charged for the big box combo. This wasn't the fist time they did this.another time I ordered from this location a 4 pice meal and they only gave dark meat said white meat was an extra charge and gravwy was an extra charge for the side. Wow.

Wow over priced, they are actually a washed up franchise each and every time we decide to give them another chance we leave disappointed. There used to be a good mixture of white meat to dark meat but now it all you seem to get is tiny pieces of dark. Save yourself some heartache and go somewhere else.

The woman always working the window is rude and messes up your order, on purpose I almost think. Lots of other reviews with the same complaint. If you’re the owner you need this person gone.

Someone else said she must be their daughter, that’s the only reason I can see why she’s still there.

This is a review for our experience 6: 30 pm April 1st, 2021.
We had gone through the online ordering system to this location, hoping for a quick pick-up. However, when we arrived, they had not even noticed that the order had gone through and nothing was made. Waiting about for over twenty minutes, while they helped (and finished) several orders after us, we finally got our food. Returning home, despite everything having apparently been just done, it was stone cold. Also, they forgot to put the darn chicken in, so my spouse had to drive back AGAIN to pick that up, while I RE-HEATED the chilly food. In the end, we never even got an apology from ANY of the staff members we dealt with.
We will not be going back to this location, and frankly has ruined our experience with KFC for a long time.

Incredibly surley and rude customer service almost every time I go. Always takes forever to get my food and then when they give it to me it's always with some attitude. The chick that works the window must be the owners daughter or something because that's definitely how she acts.

Terrible customer services there. They keep you waiting and don't care and give you a bad attitude when you express yourself. If you are not hungry or not in a hurry at all you can try your luck. The food quality is terrible too. Definitely not going near there again.

I don't know why we always end up with this store, we ordered thru their website, and they didn't even tell us no drivers picking up our order, so we waited, an hour later we called them asking where's the food that's the time they told us no one is coming to pick up our order. Two hours nothing. They told us call skip but we didn't call skip, they were the one who put the order thru skip. Now we're stuck with no food and waiting for a money back. They even blocked our number.

I ordered some chicken wings through SkipTheDishes. I had a couple of requests I’m a picky eater. Restaurant handled everything 100% food is hot fresh and I received it or not timely fashion.

Got an individual order of popcorn chicken, the package it came in was only half full. No dipping sauce. This order better not give me the runs or I have lost three times today.

Am still waiting for an order that was placed at 527 pm it is now 655! I called the store and they said something about an order mix up and it's on its way. That was at 634 and the store I ordered from is literally 5 min away. Will never order or go there again

I ordered just one chicken burger and waited 30 mins in the drive thru because the car in front of me had “a big order”. I couldn’t believe that they didn’t have him pull ahead. And to make matters worse, the burger they gave me was as dry as a rubber boot.pretty sure it was probably dressed and sitting under the heat lamp for the 30 mins I was waiting! Absolutely disgusting - will never go back!

Gone in three times at dinner time and attempted to order extra crispy chicken. They are always out and even if you wait they are not willing to throw any in the fryer. Too bad cause that stuff is delicious. Bad location

This place is so great! The food is so much better than the other northside kfc locations.this makes me wanna keep going back for more.

Waited 25 minutes at drive through for food and I was first in line. Got home and fries were brown on outside, limp and raw. Had to cook them in air fryer myself. Chicken was ok but for my 12 piece meal it was 7 drumsticks, 1 wing, 3 thighs, and 1 breast. Called to complain and they wouldn’t even answer.

Food ok. Beading was a little greasy but the meat was moist and juicy. The bathrooms was a mess. Which was amazing since there was no paper towel available the hand dryer dint work. It was obvious no one had checked it or cleaned it in awhile. Didn't even want to touch the door to get out.

Asked for honey mustard sauce guy reached into a bag with a "Do Not Use" sticker and grabbed me two.saw it and confirmed when i got home that the sauce is expired Thanks KFC

If you can, avoid this location at all costs, the staff here seems incompetent 90% of the time. Every time I order, they always tell me its a 15-20 minute wait for more chicken. They never have enough ever to fill orders. Its KFC, all you guys sell is chicken so best make sure you guys have fried chicken ready to go. One time I had to wait 30 mins for chicken whilst other people walking in were getting their orders before me. The worst service from a KFC you can possibly receive. Whoever the franchise owner/operator is needs to move on and sell the business to someone who can actually run a KFC properly.

(Visited on feb15) We ordered the boneless box and was surprised when it came with only 4-5pcs popcorn chicken. I told the manager about it as soon as he handed me our tray, and he just said “yeah” and left. A few minutes later, I overheard him talking on the phone (someone’s placing an order) and he was raising his voice while telling the customer on the phone “I said we don’t have anymore chicken, and we are not cooking anymore! ”

Too many times I've stopped here requested a meal with changes, and they try and push the bare minimum on me. Finally decided after the third or fourth time to let everyone know. Straight across to Mary browns haha drove right through the drive through. Embarrassing but I'm not buying the leftovers here everytime

20 minute wait for food. Chicken always looks old. There oil they fry in must be old. Too many drumsticks in there bucket. Soggy fries. Worst kfc ever.

Poor service and misleading advertising. Meal I ordered had a poster with photos of the presumed items in the deal. When I inquired as to why I did not receive one of the items I was told it was not part of the deal. No biggie but I did explain that was misleading advertising in the poster. The worker’s response was “oh we fired the artist”. Not really strong on customer service or joke delivery.

New corporate slogan should be "You get what we give you" regardless of what you order. Twice in a row they got my order wrong after repeating it back to me.
