KFC

I order at 8: 55 online, mind you this kfc is open till 10 and they don’t accept my order, they do this every time i order and it’s far from closing time as well.it’s way to early to get lazy for closing. Worst workers ever.

No one answers the phone. Every time I try calling it rings endlessly or says the person on this is extension isn't available. Which doesn't even make sense. Even when I call the 1800 to be transfer to the Airdrie store it's the same thing.

Said I would never go here again but I thought give it one more try. Nope still not worth it

The lady that was working today is so rude with her disgusting face expressions. Will not be going back there. If you don’t like dealing with customers then quite your job.

How do you run out of white meat and then I have to wait 25 minutes for it to be done. Wth. Terrible service.

Chicken was way to dry. Not warm at all when I got it delivered. Back to Popeyes chicken for the old lady.

Came here they closed the doors early 15 mins early when we knocked on the door the chick rolled her eyes and ignored us until I kept knocking the manger came then they opened the door and refused to serve us anything other than the old sandwiches they were going to throw away very upset with the way this was handled if you don’t close until a certain time you can’t just close early because you feel like it!

This is the worst KFC store there is without a shadow of a doubt, every time I place an order it’s takes at least 2-3hours, several back and forth calls to the restaurant and silly excuses to get my order. I don’t understand why they offer a delivery service they cannot guarantee. Terrible experience every time

Tasteless. Last time had to wait for 25 minutes for white meat. Got home and it was all dark meat. Salads also tasted sour. Decided to give them one more try to no avail. Never again

Online order never came. Delivery notice was texted after 1.5hrs from placing the order. Then the link stopped tracking. The store wouldn’t answer the phone for info regarding the order.

Worst KFC in Calgary.the order and what we collect is different.even the chicken tastes bad. Tastes old. KFC is getting bad

Pleasant staff and speedy delivery food was ready in mins after ordering, which would tell me its not so fresh but sure was tasty

Always liked the taste of KFC but the prices have really increased which in turn will keep me away. 6 pcs of chicken, fries and gravy for 35 bucks, that's over board prices.

Ordered from this location for what is likely the last time today. Total screw up on our order. Combos missing all sauces and drinks, spoke to the restaurant and may as well of been talking to a brick wall. No ability to understand basic communication, spelt out order numbers and no ability to comprehend what was being said. Truly disappointing as this used to be a great location. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Chicken was good fries were crisp and hot, gravy was bland and tasteless, staff continued to push people through like a cattle chute then forget half the order and to top it off they were out of stock on a lot of condiments and cutlery management higher up needs to step in

Ordered a 10 piece bucket meal, got 4 legs 3 wings 2 thighs and what might have been a back. Gravy was like glue and fries were horrible. Definitely not what we paid for! Won't be back. It has gone down hill a lot over the past year. They also won't answer the phone.

I decided I wanted kfc this day. We had coupons for a 20 bucket with fries and gravy. I love traditional kfc. But, after this I will never go to this store or maybe any kfc. The store had this smell of burnt oil like it was not changed in a while. The chicken was dark colored and did not takes like the regular 7 herbs and spices but like someone else's recipe or something. I do t know if it was because the oil had not been changed cause they were too busy or just cost cutting. It was disgusting. It's too bad, I liked the flavour of kfc in the past, but this, nope not again. There is more to say but I think this is enough.

Stopped in Airdrie around 12: 45 pm. Ordered a nine piece, large fries, two small gravy. The order was fast, I ask for napkins, ketchup, salt & pepper which she assured me was in the bag which she did not fill. Chicken was not crispy cold, fries were reheated old tasting gravy was mediocre at best. I would rather wait 8 mins to get and expect fresh chicken!

Currently in line for the last 20 minutes and only order a big crunch box. Plenty of people ordered, served, and were gone long before I received my meal 25 min later. From what I observed they only had 3 people during a dinner rush. Don't go during peak times.

Chicken tasted like Windex.

Typical KFC however we got home and the bucket was pretty empty with the lid put in half way in the bucket. Advertises a large popcorn chicken, which from the one at the mall is the same size as a large fries, barely had 16 popcorn chicken pieces (disappointed kiddos big time). Definitely not impressed with portion size and advertising not adding up.

They need a no Star rating for this store! Very poor communication as to where customers are to stand while ordering. Also I was about to order and two delivery drivers "skipped" in front of me in line. If the KFC wishes to service delivery drivers before in store customers, then they can continue to do so without my business or anyone else I decide to share my experience with. I walked out and will never be back!

This place has nobody telling customers where or how to line up, first come first served is NOT a thing. But if you are a food delivery service all others must wait while they are "dashed" to the front of the line. I won't be back, nor will I order from a delivery service. You lost me because I feel unimportant.

I really enjoy the new plant based sandwich. The restaurant is clean and neat.

It took longer than I would have liked to get my online order (longer than estimate), but that is par for the course at KFCs. The online ordering process has some kinks because you can't customize your items at all. There is a spot at checkout to make any notes, so I tried that and added "no mayo on the plant based sandwich). It still had mayo.

Looks like a new location across from the hotel we stayed at. Clean, all the tables are moved and blocked off due to covid. Service was good and quick.

Bought a couple 3 piece chicken meals. Chicken extremely greasy. Not to generous with the fries and were mostly cold. I remember getting coleslaw from other KFC but got nothing here. Will not cone back to this location.

Gravy was horrible, ordered items and after I ordered it I realized they had a special that had everything I ordered and more for a lesser price but they refused to edit my order. Will not go there again.

I tried the new plant based chicken burger for lunch today and it was fantastic! Way to go KFC, I will certainly be back:)
The service at this location was prompt, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was very clean!

Ordered online as we were coming in from the farm we decided to do a time order for 730. They gave us the wrong burger and we still had to wait 15 min past our pick up time when they had 1 hr notice. Was a little disappointed because we had other time obligations too. And for the price of it, we could've went to superstore and picked up lobsters for us all with another $20... I'll go for lobster next time: (

Meal was good. Found out they had a Tuesday special for $3 plus for two pieces of chicken. I only heard about it after a client collected his meal. Another patron looked at me. I said, I just learnt of it. Wish I knew before ordering. Would have gotten more chicken on the deal than on my purchase. Will go back for the Thursday special. 16 pieces for $15. Hope I quote that right. Overall, the staff I dealt with was professional and courteous

Ordered at 7: 45 pm, food wasn’t delivered so we called at 8: 55 and I believe it was forgotten about, it was delivered quickly but visibly had sat for the whole time, it was missing pop corn chicken so we called again and waited 45 minutes and nothing was delivered. After calling the last time and asking for a refund I was passed on and told to contact online support. I am currently waiting for a reply from them.

I have gone here multiple times and have been disappointed every time. From waiting an hour and a half for my order because they were fulfilling skip orders first, 2 times now I've ordered online and they don't even start making your order until you go in. This is the absolute worst kfc I have been to and would strongly discourage anyone from going to this location.

I placed order for delivery last night at 9: 10 was told by KFC delivery line I would get my delivery at 10: 19 pm but no I never received my order and I had to prepay for my order when the KFC delivery line opens today they are getting an ear full about airdie store it is the worst KFC I ever eat at the gravy seems to be from the day before or something it just doesn't taste like KFC gravy should and how they give you grief about coupons on your phone they need the paper ones so they don't give you 1that special that store needs new ownership or airdrie needs a new KFC on the east side

Terrible, waited 25 minutes to get my order and they still got ot wrong. Tried to get through to complain and couldn't even get through to do that.

Ordered the 10.00 bucket for 2. The popcorn chicken was white, not golden. The fries thrown all over the box. The chicken was 3 wings and one dried out drumstick. I know it was only 10.00 but I still expected some quality. Wont be back.

I received a call at 7: 32pm from KFC asking if my order had been delivered, I said no and was told it would be here shortly. 28 min later it still had not arrived, called the number back and was told it was almost here. I am very unimpressed, my order took 1hr and 40min minutes and arrived cold, no napkins, no utensils, Pop is warm, this is unacceptable. Will not be ordering from here again. If I could I would give a 0 star rating.

Restaurant was clean, busy. Did not find chicken overly greasy, BUT has no KFC original flavor! Bland, no flavor

Back 10 months ago food was heavy and you did not always get what you had ordered for special orders. Also chicken is like everywhere else in as much as it is all 48day forced grown chicken.

KFC food tastes awesome (though unhealthy), but it can quickly get boring. Tried their popcorn chicken for the first time and actually liked it.

Been a few times now and I have not had any issues. Sometimes they're fast, sometimes not so much. The parking lot is a little awkward

What is the point in phoning in ahead to place my order for pickup if your KFC employee doesn't even bother to enter or even write it down? I Showed up for my scheduled pickup on time and was told I needed to resubmit my order and wait with the rest of the walk-in customers (15 minutes total). Brutal service. I would say this is a one off but reading through other customer reviews it's clearly a problem specific to this location. I will find a different location the next time I am craving greasy chicken and soggy fries.

It's hit or miss with the chicken at this location. Sometimes it's real good, other times extremely greasy.
For the extensive menu KFC is getting that should give people more time to look over the menu. They make you feel rushed and like you're holding up the line if you don't automatically know what you want.
Staff could use some customer service training.

Its been quite awhile since having KFC in Airdrie. I was quite impressed with the service and the order we got was right and very good tasting. Its nice to have this chicken that was not greasy. Thanks KFC
