Junk app scammer company. When I place an order to receive their AD a free coupon. He didn't give it to me, and I tried to talk to the shop assistant, who was very rude. Let me call customer service in the middle of the night. You don't have to show it if you don't want to give it. KFC is just as trashy as your French fries were

Got food poisoning. It’s been 36 hours now since I ordered a twister and two pieces of chicken and I’m still incredibly sick. The tortilla for the twister was stale and hard and the chicken was so disgustingly dry. The two pieces were no different. Worst KFC I’ve ever had In my life. Also I have no idea how what I ordered was $19!? Horrible. Never again.

Standard fair (in a good way). It was clean, and the atmosphere was neutral. Decent price options across the board and a clean bathroom.

No plugin to charge techs but the food is always fresh and yummy. The workers seem friendly and I seen them remain professional when dealing with challenging customers. Short wait time and a neat little eating space. Always clean and the workers have good hygienic practices. I’ve seen them at the cashier then wash their hands and put gloves on before preparing my meal. Clean washrooms too. A neat eatery experience but on behalf of all customers who work while eating, we want to be able to charge our devices while dining in. Thank you.

Omg. I used to give high ratings before this place had the renovations. Don't go to this place. Gravy tastes like they forgot to put the salt in. Fries tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Chicken had not a single drop of juice left, must have been cooked up at least half a day before and kept in the warmer forever. I bet they do not eat their own stuff. I used to live close by from here but I will never come back here again. It's sad.

Absolutely ridiculous. Their system is supposedly down, so they don't get the online orders except via email, which they don't check. Waste of time, having to call them to search for an order, and then having to wait over an hour

They had no chicken ready they said 10 minutes. Thought it was fast food. Not the first time either

It was a nice, friendly atmosphere, lovely surroundings and interior design. I ordered two burgers, the one I ate there tasted nice and good enough but the one I took home, despite warming it, didn't taste as fresh despite it just being 2 hours since the order.
Overall still a good restaurant

We placed an order with their drive thru staff. We were looking for some deals and they offered a coupon for our weird order. Service was quick and the food tasted good even though we ate it a few hours after.

Super friendly staff and very efficient. Had digital copies or coupons and was given my meal with no issue. Food was Hella salty though

It's never a disappointment getting KFC. The chicken is always hot and crunchy, the fries are hot and the gravy is thick and full of flavor.

Horrible location. When we get the 2 can dine sandwich meal it comes with popcorn chicken and twice they try to charge for dipping sauce which is in the advertisement. To prove its offered if you order from pick up it states what sauce you would like.
Bad management!

Ordered in advance for delivery for six people and it never showed up, driver never called, knocked, or anything. Store never picked up my calls when transferred by the delivery customer service line, and then the line stops accepting calls at 10: 00 pm. Worst experience ever, worst KFC branch/delivery drivers. Go somewhere else and/or never order delivery with these people; what a joke.

This restaurant should be permanently closed because the people that staff it are incompetent. There are better places to spend your hard earned money. If you also get screwed remember you have been advised.

If I could give this a review a negative review, it would be in the high negatives. Absolutely, without a doubt, the most discussing powdered gravy ever! YUCK!

A perfectly maintained restaurant and the staff was super nice. I was able to enjoy the freshly prepared tenders which are my favorite!

The 10 tenders for $10 is a fantastic value! Although it has me eating there way too often now.good thing I got a gym membership

The place is very clean, accurate orders and fast serving staff. Mouth watering foods kept me coming back frequently.

I ordered a plant based burger combo. First of all, the cashier didn't tell me that they charge extra for the condiments. And even after paying extra for the condiment I wanted, it was next to nothing. Even the lettuce and sauce were next to nothing. The food itself was pretty COLD. And when I asked them to replace the fries, they didn't season the fresh fries that they gave. Overall, it was WASTE of my money. I wouldn't recommend this KFC to anyone.
Moreover, before posting this review, I read the other reviews and found that there was no apology from the owner/manager of the restaurant. This clearly shows they DON'T CARE about their customers. KFC should close this outlet.

I'm not one to ever do this but this the last time I go to this location. They literally have no respect and don't follow instructions. I asked fory receipt multiple times and they tell me yes, don't give me a heads up on thr eta as we waited 10 mins for a 4 pc chicken combo and on top try to pull a fast one by only giving 3 pces when it was slow and Noone was there ordering. As they handed me the food. I asked did yall put the receipt in the bag and when I checked nothing. It's the simplest things that add up that makes any business run. Not toktoks or the gram!

Worst kfc in this city. Do not go there. They have never gotten my order correct ever. Terrible service, I definitely do not recommend.

The Manager Lisa should be fired from this place, after receiving the absolute worst customer service experience in my life. I ordered a 10 piece chicken meal and when I got home there was only 8 pieces of chicken with my order. I called to report the incident the person who I first spoke to (Not Lisa) said they would give me a complimentary 5 piece chicken during my next visit, she took my info and all was fine. 5 minutes later I receive a call from the store Manager Lisa, and she stated that the refund was overturned and that her staff know how to count. What kind of an operation has the nerve to call their customers liars!? They should be ashamed. I will never be eating KFC again.

Avoid at any cost. I decided to give this KFC another chance after receiving stale food in the past, but I was still disappointed. The chicken was raw and pink, and the fries were old and soggy. I know not to expect a Michelin-starred meal from fast food restaurants, but I hope to at least get eatable food.

Really poor experience at this location. They lack the variety such as crispy chicken. The portion sizes are half of what is offered at other locations. It's almost as if the pieces are cut in half or they get really small chickens which is interesting as one would think that it is standardized across all franchise locations. They were so small that I literally had to count the pieces to make sure it was correct. The chicken itself is often very greasy as if it is microwaved or seems to be dry and overcooked. The fries are soggy for the majority of times we've had it. Everytime we have KFC here we swear off this location and then try it a year or two later only to have the same experience. Very disappointing. The only real positive comment is that the facility recently underwent a renovation so it has a more welcoming feel to it albeit no real area to sit down and consume your meal etc. I will update this if things change in the future although I don't have high hopes here.

10 minutes after our order was suppose to be delivered, we called the restaurant to see where the food was. No one answered.
It was delivered 15 minutes late and cold. Still no answer from the restaurant. Won't be ordering from here again.

Tried to order dinner and once again Edmonton Trail KFC screwed up and gave my husband mayo after saying no mayo.then call the “manager” and she really didn’t care.wow.less then 1 star
