It not a good place to buy kfc I buy all the time this give you two piece of drumsticks and thighs I ask for a 4piece meal

Was not very good food. The person didn't understand what we were asking it took about 30 minutes for us to even order. Also the microphone in the drive threw is really far from the menu so you have to drive up and then back up to tell them your order it's very frustrating.

Are you serious? The amount you charge for 3 chicken tenders and 2 are the size of a ketchup packet? For real? NOT IMPRESSED!
And FYI.when you water down your gravy, you lose all the flavor!

Amazing hot and fresh food. Top notch employees and it is well managed team. Customer service was fabulous. Looking forward to come back again soon. Love KFC gravy.

When you ask for a four piece meal and they give you two legs, a wing and a thigh.small fries and a small gravey for 17 dollars your not looking for repete customers. Sorry you need to do better than that.

Top notch people. Great sense of humor. I will definitely return. I requested a large water for my dog and I wasn't charged for it and had no issues getting it. Wonderful!

They acted like the barbecue sauce was made of gold trying to make me feel privileged to have a second pack. "Oh my! A blessing, from the lord! " pfft. The chicken wasn't even good it was obviously 6 hrs old

Got my hot wings fix, can't get them in the US anymore. Was great food and the gravy was good.

Staff was really helpful. But just think about the employer. Giving 7 pouch of ketchup for single burger order.

When you spend 27+ dollars on two combos and they dont want to provide at least one sweet sauce per combo.why should i get my chock3n sandwiches here? Other places give me sauce and taste better and aside from it it they said 10 minutes and took 20 minutes.

And to top it off i noticed after doing this review. That i am missing half my comb, the popcorn chicken, the tenders and potato salad.

Service was excellent, appreciate team kaska along with food. It was fabulous. Will be here again.

Waited 5 minutes for someone to take the order even though no one else was there. Chicken sandwich was dry and warm. Fries weren’t crispy and chicken pieces were greasy. No cutlery or napkins provided. Hard to eat coleslaw with fingers

The food is disgusting. Orderred meal w chicken sandwich / popcorn chicken/ fries/ chocolate cookie /drink. Also orderred large macaroni salad. After placing order / paid I noticed counters were dirty.
The chicken sandwich was so old / hard (I threw it out) fries were old / definitely not made recently.
Popcorn chicken was mediocre. The whole order only took 2 mins to be ready. Best part was the drink!

KFC head office should definitely take a look at this location which represents their brand!

Something is horribly wrong here. Drive through takes longer wait time than any restaurant. If you can't handle close your location. Don't waste our time. It took more then 20 minutes for my order. Never recommend.

Terrible service. Place always looks closed and run down. Hours are very reduced even before Covid. A great brand is getting run over by Marry Browns and Popeyes because of a lack of passion by the management.

$10 for a meal and only drink options were pop. Fries were cold. Didn't get many either, small paper bag half full. Got two packs of ketchup when I asked for ketchup, not a generous offering. Chicken sandwich had 5 small pieces of shredded lettuce and some sauce. That's it. Chicken was very well done.

The staff were very pleasant. They had two big orders before us so the wait of 20 minutes was a little long. But they comped us a large gravy. Hey who can turn down gravy?

This place has gone down Hill fast we used to go there all the time and now I will not be back they have cut the portions back to where it's not worth going anymore. The staff did not care about the fact that the other KFC gives the advertised portions. Even when bringing up the issue they declined to offer anything to keep the business when I said we will not be back. And I definitely will not return to this location.

I always see things on the signs outside that aren't on the menu inside. Can never remember what they are called. So I go to a standby chicken and fries. No regular chicken this day: (

Middle of the week supper hours and they have no chicken made. Told it will be 12min for regular & 20min for extra crispy

This location has been either a hit or a miss forever. Lately we have eaten there and they have been a hit, even though the gravy wasn't as spicy it was nice and thick. The chicken was crispy and not greasy or old. It was a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work and we will see next time.

Ordered the vegan chicken burger.mayo on the side. It came with mayo on it. Then I had it remade, they tried to only change the bun, even though mayo was on the burger. Then I get in my car and realize the bottom bun was soggy and gross. Won’t be returning.ever!

Not one or two but various reason to give 2 Star rating, so I'll number them accordingly.
1) Drive Thru Menu board is in such angle that you can't read from far due to glare or if someone has poor vision. If you get close to it then the person taking your order can't hear you.
2) Ordered a spicy chicken combo, not a hint of spicy in any bite.
3) Fries were cold and not even a bag full.
4) Asked for a Mayo and was $. 50. I mean I don't expect free but aren't they are like $. 10-$. 25 tops.
5) I was served in a smallest bag I've ever seen for a combo meal. To give an idea it was not bigger than a Tim Hortons Muffin bag. And everything was shoved in it.
6) Last but not the least the Sarcastic Sense of humor of this wonderful Male Phillipino employee.

I hope I justified the reasons for 2 Stars.

This particular location is always out of something. Several times it was drumsticks and thighs, and tonight a full half hour before they were to close they told me that they were completely out of chicken and it would take 15 minutes to cook more. The only option I was given was to order a sandwich. Are you kidding me? JFC stands for Kentucky Fried CHICKEN! I will never go to this location again and will spread the word about it.
