This is my third and last visit here, Dont know what the management is doing, their coke machine is not working since more than a month. Nobody bothers here seems like a very easy go environment, even AC is not working. Dear Management kindly look into this.

I had a vip birthday coupon and they didn't know how to process it. I contacted customer service but no one ever replied to me. The coupon has since expired.

They at least called me to let me know my food would take another 10-20 minutes to prepare and that my driver was there waiting (took 45 minutes) which was nice. The food still gave me and my roommate food poisoning and has caused me to miss my class today. I thought maybe it was something else I ate but I remember the last time I ordered from here I got sick as well, so likely not.

Skipthedishes has given me a full refund and the support agent was very kind, so shoutout to them.

Terrible service was almost assaulted by the driver behind me. I would go lower than one star but couldn’t because of the guy got out and beat us. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Very bad experience with rude staff and unprofessional. The lady in drive thru didn’t know how to provide service at the counter and spoke rude as my kids were hungry but returned their food because of the attitude the staff was carrying. Not recommended as restaurant is a place where you give food so need to be nice to customer but instead was opposite. Feel sorry kfc has such brand but the staff in this location was so unprofessional n ruining the brand

I got chicken from this location for my dinner it's is so and taste really bad I didn't saw that bad service thigh size is a small drum

We went today at about 5: 30 pm we waited about 25 minutes for our chicken order after we left and opened the chicken container we found old chicken that seemed as it was cooked and reheated more than once it was really dry and dark looking I tasted it and decided to throw it into the rubbish we will nit return as we don't want to become ill from this old reheated food.

Went and was waiting on the line on Sunday May 9 2022 around 2 pm, A senior gentleman got off his truck, came inside and wanted to use the washroom, He went straight to washroom and the lady told him the washroom is out of order, (No sign posted) the gentleman was deaf and can barely hear the lady, after the lady told her twice, the guy said sorry i cannot hear you properly,
the lady named Allise told her in a very rude and disrespectful way
YOU KNOW WHAT IM DEAF TOO.
He left and went sit in his truck.very disappointing. My wife explained the lady this was not right while I went and talk to this gentleman. He told me this is what we faced when we have a disability. That ruined my day.
Respect our seniors please.
I really hope there will be a follow up on this.

Bought a bucket and the portions were small and I didn't like the flavour of the chicken. The Coleslaw was good but the container was not full to the top, the fries were fine.
