KFC

This store is not worth going in.very poor service.staff does not respect customers personal boundaries. There's a Philippine lady whose behaviour was rude towards me.no words how to explain that poor behaviour. She said "I am the incharge. I am the manager" but her behaviour was like it's her first day at work. I want to request all the ppl out there who has their self respect please don't ever go to this store. You don't deserve to give services to innocent Canadians. If there is a rating below 0 I would give them that.they don't even deserve 0 but lower than 0.pissed me off don't like their behaviour at all….

Please give a proper training for your staff about customer service.one of your staff (Filipina) that’s on duty October 2,2023 at 8: 00 pm was very rude. I was just asking if they have any deals and checking their menu but she’s very mean. If you are working in a customer service industry you should be willing to help and be nice yo your customer at least.

Can't do unlimited refill on drinks. You can ask for only one refill and they do it for you. The lady was kind enough to offer me paper plates and forks, which is the first time ever after dining in this store for 18months now.

Omfg the worst place in the city the gravy is so bad not even close to KFC gravy put it on my chicken it was so bad I had to throw it away

Very slow service, asked for some plates did not get it. Cashier seems not to have much knowledge about KFC. This was my second time there and will be my last.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Just ordered 10 piece bucket combo with fries, all the food was not fresh at all. I called and talked to the supervisor lady, she was the terrible at all, while taking the feedback her tone was really high and rude. She did not listened to me at all and argued in return. She disconnected the phone on me and abused me. Definitely not recommended.

The chicken was this wierd brown color I have never seen before from any KFC in my entire life. I'm sure the franchise would be pulled by KFC if they seen this. They do not change their deep fryer oil. Been going here a long time but that's it once they served me this PAGPAG slop.

The staff missed part of our drive thru order and when he went in, they ARGUED with him! They were very rude about it! By the time he got back to the car, half our meal was cold.

Worst in service, always have to wait - this time 8 min wait for plant based sandwitch. Unfriendly and very unprofessional staffs. Worst out of all KFCs I have ever gone.

I ordered a famous chicken sandwich box through the drive thru window today. When I got home and opened my box of food and seen there were no fries with my order. So I called the location and asked if I was supposed to get fries because I hadn’t gotten any in my box meal. I was told that I did get fries and they remembered putting them in. I was stunned, I thought how rude. They are calling me a liar. I will never go to this kfc again.

Terrible service apparently drive thru more important at hour before close not happy at all and takes for ever in store but drive Thur get same meal you order right away feel first person service should be better than drive thru come here pretty often not so much now

The gravy is watered down. I think the owners are so cheap that they water down the gravy instead of making a fresh batch with the proper measurements to save money. Fries were old and cold, chicken wasn’t old but it wasn’t fresh either. What a of 30$ for dinner. I came here during dinner time because im expecting fresh food. Terrible

The store is very filthy- flies everywhere- tables are not cleaned - cookies is so hard to chew - drink is not unlimited like other kfc stores - u feel you are back the 70-90s in the store

Ordered a 10 piece with 3 sides the sides were good. But the chicken was saturated with the grease it was cooked in no crunch at all.

Didn't get everything we ordered. The place was very clean but the floors were extremely slick. Got eat in in a take out and no forks. Not 100% sure but I stopped my husband from eating a piece of chicken because it was still bleeding at the bone. Won't be going back there.

Westlyn was amazing tonight. He has great customer service even though i changed my order too many times. Sorry bout that. I can tell he's consistent with his positive and amazing attitude because he was still very nice and clear even after a line up of cars. The team tonight May 07,2022 was also fast service. Worst service I have ever experienced. I asked for fresh hot wings and they tried to sell me wings that were cold so they had me wait 6 minutes, once I got home I got one fresh hot wing and the other 9 were cold. Don't waste your money with this location. This is the second time and last time this will be happening to my order. #beware

Didn't get my order and when they came I was given 4 pieces of chicken.wasn't given anything else for the inconveniences.this location is the worse. Will order from Popeyes instead

So I ordered the $5.99 meal (2 piece chicken, fries, slice of bread, cookie, and drink - yes I know, value for less). Well instead of the bread, I got a lovely surprise of a fresh butter scone Yum.

Earlier today my husband and I went through the drive thru to try the famous chicken sandwich. We placed our order for 2 sandwiches in combos but asked for 1 sandwich to be plain. After repeating the order 4 times the cashier repeated the order and we were confident it would be correct. Upon returning home my husband found that both sandwiches had sauce and pickles. He called the restaurant back and was told that the cashier working drive thru had just forgotten to key it in plain and she was "Sorry" My husband was asked if he wanted to drive back to get a new sandwich and finally after arguing that it wasn't our fault was told they would send a new sandwich. This isn't the first time we've had problems with our order at this location and the next time I am wanting a good chicken sandwich I won't be getting one from KFC

1 * is too much for this over greasy kept too long in a heater yellow greasy garbage that's why I have not been back in a year and I will not go back I almost called the health board on you hope you read this post

KFC on 23av-Millwoods Rd, great service BUT recently I had take out, paid via debit and a week later my Bank is still on hold PENDING the kfc transaction I made on
Feb 27th. ONE WEEK.
In this day & age, who lacks technology in the retail industry, totally frustrating n unacceptable.
If it was bc their terminal not working then they intentionally did not mention this.
Greed? In consideration? Or both.
Won't chance going thr again! I'd rate 0 if I cud, bc of this weeklong frustration they've put on my bank privileges

I'm not a huge fan of KFC anymore. I stop and pick up the wings every couple of months. Today's experience was really nice. There was a young girl just starting her first or second day. She's a great job and went out of her way to make sure my order was correct. The food was fresh and the gravy was delicious)

Excellent food and great prices and fast friendly staff. Love the fries and chicken combo. And it right around the corner from home.

I have been going to kfc for 20 years and this the worst one i have ever been by far. The evening crews plays around and lies about your food/order. And bad customer service.

Incredibly rude employees. Making food with out gloves, picking up loose fries from the counter and putting them in the customer‘s order. They won’t speak to you, only amongst themselves, and don’t consider that the person at the counter understands the language they are speaking in and the rude comment made between the employee and what appeared to be the manager.

The Thursday special wasn't that great. Something was wrong with the skin, it wasn't the normal KFC bucket we usually get. Also, the drive thru menu said the chicken share buckets were $10 but the drive thru attendant said it was $11.99.so its false advertising. This has happened twice to me now.

We were given the least crispy chicken. I'll probably never come back to this one, even if it's literally right across the road. $50 and all I ate were the fires.

I like it delicious.yeah you have to wait sometimes but I have patience and at least they make sure it’s fresh.always tasty came here like 5 times it’s always good

KFC is losing its taste.

1 in 5 times when you get it is it actually spiced the way KFC is supposed to taste.

There is more selection nowadays and I suggest you try something new.
