My wife stopped on jan 12 for some chicken around 6pm, she said the staff was super friendly, the food was awesome and we really enjoyed it thank you

I notice the owner does not care to reply. Fries always seem undercooked and cold. 1 or 2 more minutes needed. Chicken is usually good, however at times seems stuck together as parts are soggy, and it's very greasy. Need to be separated in the fryer. Gravy is tasteless and looks nothing like the coupon brown gravy. About the coupons. The idiot owner took them out of the register system before they expired! Lady tried to charge me $10 more on a $30 coupon. Took a good 25 minutes to get them to honor the VALID coupon and get my food! The staff handled it the best they could, taking my advice to call the owner. Not my 1st or even fourth choice! Especially when there are many other options in the immediate area.

My order was packed wrong. I called and the manager offered to make things right if I came back in. I returned a few hours later and showed the manager my receipt, showed him which items were missing, he ended up refunding my whole order. Pretty impressed with how the manager handled the situation. I forgot to get his name but he worked the shift that covered Saturday 4pm June 17 2023.

Don't bother ordering online. Ordered and have a billing on my card for April 29th but when you go to pick up, they have no idea or trace of the order.

Honestly, they are not helpful. As a loyal KFC lover, I know how promotion works. However, the KFC APP is sucked, that I cannot pay for my order online successfully, then I ask them to order here physically, and I will pay the same amount. They said "NO", it's ridiculous and makes no sense. Based on my insistence, they ordered for me finally. Finally, if you want high-quality customer service and honor, please think twice and avoid it here.

Woman was extremely rude and had a major attitude problem. I walked out, I was not dealing with someone like that

The chicken was crispy & very tasty. The service was prompt & friendly. It was later in the evening & I had ordered to pick up. The atmosphere was relaxed & congenial. I highly recommend this establishment!

One of the worst experiences. It is supposed to be a fast food joint and my son waited for 25 minutes to get a simple order.

I took some food home. And it was so disgusting the chicken was greasy. And the chicken fries combo was over 56 bucks such a scam I will not eat there again

Uber driver stole our food paid 60.00 got nothing.

They completely messed up my order. I then called them and they said they attached a credit to my phone number. I just went in and guess what no credit when I went in. I will never shop at this store and maybe never KFC again. Make sure to never pay the 17.50 for all white meat because you won't get it

Ordered on the KFC website for delivery at 7: 12pm which shouldnt take long as i live 6min away on maps.had to call twice called after 1hr was told it was sent out then again after 30 more min and was told I'd get my 40min old soggy food soon. Told them it's not worth paying full price for food ordered 1hr30min ago told me the best they could do was re make it and give me a free fry. Finally got it at 9pm. First and last time getting food from here.

We ordered delivery on line and after four calls, we discovered they had not even started our order, 40 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be delivered!

Food is fresh and consistent with what you would expect from KFC. Service is friendly and the order correct. Small washrooms but clean as was the restaurant. Good amount of seating space.

ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION IN ALL OF ALBERTA, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THE OWNER BECAUSE MANAGER IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. YO HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I went here the other day with my son to pick up food. I've got to say, it was the worse KFC I've ever eaten. The chicken was incredible dry, it tasted like it was microwaved or something? The guy didn't upgrade our fries to pountine as I asked, he just charged us full price and still gave the fries in the box too. The fries didn't even taste like normal kfc fries. They were also undercooked and skimpy on cheese/gravy. He also didn't charge the correct price for the chicken share. Awful. Simply awful. I'd give this location no stars if possible.

Impossible to get fresh chicken here. Ask for it and you will wait for the same stuff they already had cooked lol kind of a joke.

Had to wait 14 minutes for 4 pc dinner, suppose they are understaffed. Only one person upfront!? Way too busy for one person. Felt sorry for the guy.

3 out of 4 times they forget to pack one of the ordered items makes you think what the staff are up to.

Always good value for your money. Their chicken is great tasting. Venue is clean with friendly staff.
