This kfc has a bad habit of not providing you with a chicken breast in your bucket order. Also, ask if they gave you a chicken breast.

Went to get some popcorn chicken. As soon as i walked in it smelled like BO and stale piss. Took forever to get the chicken and the price is mental for the amount of tiny popcorn chicken you actually get.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. They should honestly close this location. I'm infuriated that I spend money here. I try so hard to get food at different places in town and not hold grudges when I receive bad service or gross food in case it was a bad day for the restaurant. But I literally just spent over $30 to eat what's tasted like 2 day old food. Do not eat here. Go to popeyes or even McDonald's instead! Disgusting food and it's a waste of time to go back every time and get new food.

So had to wait 8 minutes which is totally fine, I'm guessing because it was a combo with buger and wings it was the wings I waited for and go home and buger was cold and old and fries were the worst, that's why your so slow I'm guessing horrible

We just bought some chicken from this location on May 2nd/2023, my daughter woke up with pain in her stomach and threw up immediately after. I’m a cook and I know when someone has got food poisoning and my daughter got it because these employees who work there on that day couldn’t keep their health standards at a professional level.
My father actually said that one of the chickens was still cold in the centre, I thought maybe because we live outside of town and the drive may have got the food cold. In this case no! They served us food that they barely cooked. My little brother went to bed with an aching stomach as well. So this adds to the mess as well. I am not very happy.
We will be callling their management in the morning and if nothing is done then we will continue on with further actions.
Do better Cochranes KFC. You guys are giving this location and the company’s name a bad reputation.

Everything was way greasier then any other KFC I have had. Breading fell off of my chicken and had a pool of straight grease on top. Chicken was pink (i didn’t eat it, looked pink)

We have no idea why the KFC chicken is SO BAD at this outlet, way over cooked, dry and tasteless; absolute garbage / however it is being prepared/cooked is horrible and yet at the Signal Hill outlet it is very good.we will not return to this outlet anytime soon.

Store was clean when i went there. Definitely wanted to share my experience, the fries were fresh, the chicken was well done.

Our first time at this location. Chicken was fresh and tasty. KFC in general needs new fries but that is a chain thing. Everything tasted good!

The food is good as like other KFC's but the main thing is customer service which is very good.

Picked up bucket of chicken tonight, very disappointed tasted as if had been sitting several hours. At 5pm you would think it should be fresh, guess not won't go back.

Unable to eat the chicken tenders, they were so salty, imagine pouring a salt shaker right into your mouth. The fries were over cooked and dark brown bordering on burnt. They must have changed their gravy recently, not the typical chicken and pepper gravy they used to have. This gravy almost seems beef flavoured. We only order KFC once a year so hopefully this was all a one off.
The bucket of original chicken was good, no changes there.

Long waits (40 minutes for walk in + take out), poor service, lack of hygienic preparation practices (no hair nets or gloves in kitchen), unwashed floors, and questionable quality. Corporate, you need to fix this place.

The worst meal I have ever had in a KFC in the world and I have been in many countries. The gravy was so running and taste less, the chicken was obviously a reheat as it was bone dry and like bark it was so hard.
The only nice thing was the biscuits. Wont be back, there so many other good takeaways in Cochrane to choose from.

Terrible experience. They weren't willing to accomodate any of my requests though I have ordered it like that before. Not recommended.

I wish that there was negative star. That's what would give. They need to be close as it doesn't follow any sale that KFC advertised. They always have an excuse not to sell you the sale item. Service is the worse and make Cochrane looks bad.

Upon coming in, windows dirty, finger prints everywhere. Counters dirty, just everything was dirty in general. When serving food, this is not acceptable. The chicken was just ok, and the french fries I couldn't eat. Seemed like the batter wasn't cleaned out in a long time. Weird taste. How can you screw up french fries?

Horrible management, really not good to their staff. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Head to your favorite KFC in Cochrane for a great time on the toilet. I only recommend this place for bad customer service and uncooked pink chicken. If you want to experience an explosion in your bathroom, then this the right place to buy your food.

They also messed up my order and didn't even try to fix it. The old management was amazing, not sure why they left and this new inexperienced management took over.

Very disrespectful and once I asked for the manager he did not do anything to calm the situation. Would not recommend

Worst sandwich ever. No Kentucky spices on the chicken, it's like they are cheating out and using a plain batter. Cold, burnt and half the size of the bun. What a horrible experience, don't ever go there

Ordered 10 piece bucket and 3 large sides last night. All of us who ate the food experienced horrible stomach pain within hours. It's been years since my last dalliance with the dirty bird. This experience will help remember to never eat here again. What was I thinking?

The seating and pop fill areas were extremely dirty, lots of customers waiting for a very long time. For the price my go to sandwich was subpar let alone terrible stomach pain shortly after. I think I’m done with KFC for good.

It's KFC, need I say more. This particular restaurant had great staff that were willing to go above and beyond for us. Thanks

The food was excellent specially the Original Chicken and tenders. The team were really helpful and friendly.

Tried to order a meal through the drive through with 15 min left before closing, but was told they had already shut down the fryers for the night.

Anyone with an ounce of experience will tell you to never do a suicide close. Your grill is on and your fryer on till the front door is closed.

Avoid this place well before closing.

The store is like a typical KFC where they have chicken and fresh enough enjoyable but the one problem we have encountered every time coming to this location is they always forget to give us sauce.

Went at super time for take out and was talked out of it by staff. Said it would be 30 min or more for order. Left and went to another establishment.

Went there because I had coupons and don't see myself coming back to this location. Had a $45 order after coupons. I usually like going to KFC for a treat, but this was the opposite. Food was all cold, chicken tenders were small, chewy and cold (can't speak for the other members of my family's food). Overall was not a good experience and won't be coming back

You close at 9pm at least have some product available for customers who arrive before you close. It's called good customer service!

It would be great if people at the window were nicer and food was fresh. Couldn’t eat my wrap because it disgusting. The fries were cold. Only thing good was my pop.
