No utensils inside. (Order included macaroni salad and corn)

Can’t leave to pick up utensils

Ruined my meal.

GROSS! Everything we ordered is soaked in so much grease the containers they were in were falling apart before we even got home. The chicken is soggy and crumbly and the fries were way too salty. Waste of $35 not even my kids want to eat it.

Skip delivered the order. But kfc packed the order with three cold pop on top of the burgers and fries crushing them flat and they were all ice cold. So annoying.reheating them makes them awful

Food was good, always the odd good deal. Typically pretty slow at this location to get your food but the employees are very apologetic and kind especially during peak hours when it's nonstop.

It was my first time in that restaurant.

The lady who was attending wasn’t friendly at all, quietly understand as she had a like three guests waiting for they orders and couple more in front of me waiting to order.
I order three pieces and two biscuits, something to drink.
She handled my order, I went to my car, I was driving to my house, half way there I had a red light, I handle my food to grab a biscuit, guess what? Biscuits aren’t there, but a chocolate chunk cookie in their place, I had to return.

Back in the restaurant I explained the situation to the lady, she just grab the food, turn around and ask for the biscuits, by that point the chicken was cold, i asked if they can change the order and other lady with very rude manners just throw the bag.
They handled a new order, and gave me the same chocolate chunk cookie as an apology for the mistake.
At the end the cashier apologized.
Also no napkins inside the order.

Attempted this location due to poor food quality at another location closer to home.

It seems KFC in general is determined to lower it's standard across the board.

In ordering a 14 piece bucket, half of the order was drum sticks. On removing the chicken from the bucket, at least a 1/2 cup of grease was found in the bottom of the barrel and the chicken pieces were soggy. After a re-heat in an air fryer, a significant amount of oil was again noted having come out of the chicken.

The coleslaw appeared to be days old and had to be disposed of after 3 days.

It's unfortunate, as KFC now at multiple locations seems to be experiencing some significant quality control issues. As this is a fast food experience, there is not the expectation of "fine dining" but, the expected level of quality was not even close to what it should have been. It's unfortunate to have to post such a poor review on a long established brand.

Super slow. Did online order and still wasted 30 minutes. Giving 4 stars bcz the meal was tasty.

Chicken and everything were great, service was great and the guy behind the counter (Muhammed) was phenomenal. There were customers being rude over things that weren’t his fault and he handled it respectfully and to his best ability. Keep it up guys!

The worst experience ever. I just changed my order and the manager Gladis began to yell at me. I didn’t think she was the manager and when I asked the staff to speak to the manager for the disrespectful behaviour I was shocked that they told me that she is the manager. That happened today around 6: 30 pm. Unfortunately, she is the manager and supposed to be a leader for her staff and show them how to respect the customers but, she showed them how to yell to the customers. What a great customer service! I will never go there again. Unfortunately, they deserve a big zero star.

I ordered dinner from the Crowfoot location last night. Within 4 hours after eating half of the 4 piece meal with an individual macaroni salad I was vomiting profusely. This lasted into the morning. My stomach hurt so incredibly bad. This has turned me off of ever eating KFC again.

Only been here twice. Nice and clean with fast and friendly service, plus the food wasn't overcooked either time as it has been at various other KFC locations in Calgary. My one real niggle, though, is that they didn't have any straws either time I went there. Not so bad if you're staying at the store to eat but a damned inconvenience if you've ordered your food to go.

Out of any KFC in calgary the one in crowfoot is my favorite. The cleanest, feel healthy environment.
The chickens are jucicy and plumpy.
Also I like that they serve out with little wet packaged towels for your greased up fingers.

I Ordered 2 twister sandwiches from here yesterday, I’m sure if they see this they’ll remember me. Both were undercooked / tortillas tasted old and chicken breading tasted raw like batter, which leads me to believe that the chicken was also undercooked. Considering I’m now sick and spent time at 4 am, puking it all out.
When you go into a food place and pay money to eat, you expect good food, not rubbish that makes you sick because the workers don’t feel like making things fresh or up to standard. I’m always suspicious when food takes under 5 minutes to be ready. In this scenario, it proved right.
Will be reporting this to AHS immediately.

I have had KFC before and never knew KFC tasted like this. Don't know what they are doing there but didn't like it.

Of lately staff don't know the difference between a rib, thigh or breast, and it x3 chicken uncooked, check your food st counter before leaving.

No real issues, this KFC is one of the few in NW Calgary, and its the closest to our house. You can never go wrong with KFC. Fresh and reasonable and not too long a wait.

Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s really bad. Have fun playing the lottery here because paying $40 for overcooked chicken and fries is ridiculous.

KFC Crowfoot, just tried Thursday special 10pcs bucket, were barely cooked, not crispy at all, half of it thrown to the garbage as they were still raw meat, very slow service, last month tried spicy chicken sandwich it was smelling bad and thrown immediately to the garbage, never buy from this KFC Crowfoot again

Great food nice service, but their is stairs going to the eating area. Stairs going in stairs to the eating table not good for handy cap people

9/10 times order is incorrect. Missing items like supposed to come with tenders, chicken pieces, or salad. But the food is decent.

Friend staff and great service. We'd normally stop by after attending church or on our way back visiting Banff.

Can’t even give a cup for water in 40C weather, I guess the water is super expensive or the cups are made out of gold. Absolutely pathetic.

Very friendly staff. Ordered for pickup and had no issues. The famous chicken sandwich was surprisingly very good. Very juicy and flavorful with nice big pickel pieces. At the time of this writing you can get 2 sandwiches with two fries for $10, thats even better than the A&W coupons! Check it out.

It's fine. It's KFC so you should know what you're getting. Be prepared to feel ashamed when you done.

The people who work here are really nice and take a standard KFC to the next level. Definitely my favourite KFC in Calgary.

Everything about this was so gross. We got 2 CRISPY chicken sandwiches the chicken was chicken but not even close to crispy, too much mayo, the pickles tasted like they sat out for a month. Fries were dry and under seasoned, as was the popcorn chicken. The macaroni salad looked like it had snot in it. I lost my appetite after seeing that. Will never be eating from here again

Used to be good, used to love comming here but as of late not soo much. Staff have gotten VERY VERY VERY BAD! Can't even ring in an order right and the new girl can't even ring in the 2 for $6 deal without help after being there for over 3 weeks. And now tonight order 20 peice bucket and NO WHITE MEAT. Sadly last time here! HELLO POPEYES!

Soggy and greasy chicken.
Should let the freshly made fried chicken rest on the rack for at least 5 minutes before putting it in the box and selling it.
Otherwise the heat will create steam which leads to extra soggy fried chicken skin.

Very disappointing. This restaurant was great and my family always loved the bucket meals. Unfortunately, this time they gave us stale, reheated chicken and fries, and it wasn't hard to tell at all. As a customer I should be guaranteed freshly cooked food every time, but this time they did not bother at all. Their quality has been declining (forgetting napkins, ketchup, etc.) but this was the last time we will come here.

Stopped by here for lunch and boy did I regret it. They were very slow. Asked for my name and number for a stay in order which I did not feel comfortable with. Gave me my order and all you see is one tiny drumstick as part of the combo. It's pretty clear the young man is very new at this job. But besides being new the food was a rip off of 12 dollars. It's pretty simple I will not return. 0 stars!

Avoid at all cost. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location. Long lines, even if you order ahead on their app. They will forget something in your order - good luck trying to call them for resolution.

Terrible waited like 20 minutes for my order for it to be cold and soggy.they also forgot to give me corn side on top of that.

Because of Covid-19, there is no dine in service and there are many restrictions, I was happy that the restaurant is big enough to have a few customers lining up inside instead of standing on the street on a freezing evening. There was only one staff to take orders, but service was okay and quick.

Service is always very slow at this location. They had a trainee today and only one attendant. It was lunch time! No friendly thank you for your patronage. It is like they are doing me the favor.

The chicken is somewhat good but the fries and gravy are always cold, I was here 2 weeks ago and I ordered, than the people behind me ordered like double what I got and got there’s right away, I had to wait 15 minutes, friendly staff tho

It's looks like renovation recently. Every thing is new, including the plant-based chicken, I love it! The staff is very friendly, nice experience.

Stopped by to pick up a late dinner 7pm. I was suprised to see a line up outside the building. Why did we have to wait outside the restaurant was empty. They offer indoor dining but no one was dining in. This KFC doesn't have a drive thru window. I would have opted for drive thru over standing in line.

Haven't had KFC in years, very tasty. Long line up when I got there but got my food in minutes. Very impressed.

Messed up order, paid for fries that were not in bag. Tasteless gravy. Will NEVER go back. Disgusting.

Unfriendly staff, greasy chicken and they try to shove all thighs in your purchase, then they demanbu pay outrageous extras for your choice, macaroni salad tasted like it was made in 1442. The best KFC is at Transcanada Mall, great staff there too. I know it's fast food, but good food and great service are important, in my opinion even if good is not so good the approach of the staff is more important, it should work both ways.

Conveniently located in Crowfoot. Can the owner of this KFC look into making it a Taco Bell/KFC? It would make a lot of money considering the closest location is all the way over on Beddington and Stoney Trail. I would go every week. I love me some Taco Bell and KFC.

So sad I loved this place the service is great but since renovations the chicken is really greasy, this place used to be the best in town I know I have been coming here for 25 years. What happened I think lower quality of chicken, I also loved my ribs now you never get them, they cut their own piecess now thats where the quality of the chicken itself has gone down hill. Who knows where the chicken is coming from now also the salads you get are not filled you only get half of container. This store is as bad as the rest now, makes me sad.

So far a good experience with the food. Really love the 5$ meal deals they have and the choices you have with it.

The chicken served was old and soaked in grease with no crispiness. Sauce for popcorn chicken was also forgotten and had to be asked for later.not very impressive. The renos were unnecessary as the interior basically looks the same.

The service is always top notch here. Polite and friendly. I’ve never had an issue with the food either. The one thing I will says is that the building exterior is very run down. The signage is faded and worn; and the rest of the exterior is in desperate need of a refresh. Inside is also quite worn and dated, and needs attention.

Very old and dirty building. Kitchen appears to be a small room that mostly uses a microwave. Seemed to show when the chicken strips appears microwaved and soggy on the bottom. Fries were bad and soggy too. Overall very gross and too bad to even sit in there

Racist employees laughed at my friend and I for asking if they were hiring, and chicken has too much salt.

What can I say about the Colonel Sanders always good food to Crowfoot location is really good they always get my order right recommend that one

I eat there once in a while but loved it whenever I went.fresh fries and other food.staff is really helpful and no complaints.

So I was standing at KFC crowfoot I was only going to purchase a large salad but then I saw the Big Crunch and Zinger Sandwich. It looks awesome, the picture showing chicken right to edge.
LIE.the piece I got barely covers the bun. Looks big in picture ok the picture is larger than reality but you think compared to what is around it, it will be big.

I bought a McCain’s chocolate cake for 3.99 who knew they made mini cakes so disappointed again will not purchase another cake from KFC
Only things I’m happy about are the fries and gravy and OF COURSE

Probably tried to find a recipe online for the salad cause it kinda expensive for salad.

Got Chicken tenders, popcorn chicken with fries and gravy yesterday, more like my spouse went out and brought it home. Everything was good and tasty, except the tenders, my goodness! Someone seriously needs to tell the chef to simmer down on the salt with the tenders, this is not the first time the chicken was way too salty, other times I had the original chicken I couldn’t eat it. But because they are just across the main road I gave them a chance and the staff is always friendly. Other locations I have eaten at the chicken was perfect with the spice blend. Please, please fix the salt issue and I will always eat there.

Customer service is no longer as good. They seem to have an issue giving out napkins and ketchup. They never have extra crispy chicken either. Chicken they serve is not tasty, seems it has been sitting there for a while.
