Fantastic meal, and Donna, the person who took our order, is incredibly kind and accommodating.

I loved my interaction with Miss Donna in the drive thru. She was quite pleasant in getting our orders and real fast too! 10/10 would recommend this branch!

KFC is not what is once was in quality and how they absolutely scam money from customers.

Went through drive through placed an order and they said for your additional side do you want gravy, coleslaw or macaroni.

I chose gravy. Paid for the order had to ask for my receipt. When I saw the price was different asked why. They said because I chose gravy.

They claim that is the way cash register is set up, nothing they can do about it. There would not have been a surcharge if I said coleslaw or macaroni.

This makes no sense at all as I assume gravy possibility it the cheapest option. Either way it’s a trick to add more to you bill. In spite of what they first say when ordering. Wonder how many don’t even notice it. A very dishonest way to do business.

I complained and it boiled down to they did not care at all. To top it off when I got home to eat the chicken was very greasy and they gave me two different coatings.

They have lost my business. A very terrible experience. From now on it will be Mary Browns of Popeyes.

What an awesome experience! Food was fantastic. The crew seems to be customer oriented group. Its worth going back to the store. KFC is certainly lickin’ good!

I’ve been going to this location since they opened. The restaurant is always clean and organized, customer service is top notch.

Just picked up 4 piece box, got macaroni salad and cole slaw. The chicken tasted off.not like regular KFC, the cole slaw was absolutely gross, so was the macaroni salad, its just macroni, in a runny mayonnaise based liquid. Worst Terrible could not even eat the stuff. I went through the drive through.otherwise I would take it back.

The service was so good, staff are all accomodating and friendly service. The food are worth it for what I pay. I will come back again.

I had a great experience here though I ordered for takeout but the quality of food was amazing and the food was so fresh. Must visit this location for best KFC experience. Great customer service!

If I can give a 0 score, I will certainly give this store a 0. Bought 20pcs hot wings for my family and after ate couple pieces we found there was 1 hot wing with feather! I checked all the other wings, there were 2pc have feather in total. It made us really sick so I drived back with these 2 pcs feather hot wings and tried to remind the store and also get my money back. However, there was no apologize from the arrogant store manager and he refused to refund and only give me one choice and that is take another 20pcs wings. The store didn't put itself in the customer's shoes, I already realized the hot wings in that day had feathers, according to the probablity, 1/10 of the hot wings could be have feather and fried in a same frying pan with the same oil. How could I would like to have another 20pcs? After I told him the reason why I don't want to have hot wings anymore, he still insist on dealing with it by giving me another 20pcs hot wings. I didn't accept this solution, I just wanted my money back from that store and I think this is my normal demand as a customer. Something incredible happened, he said he cannot help me and let me take care of it by myself.

I can't believe i pay 26 dollars for this.chicken are so small. Very disappointed! I won't come back again, you guys check your order before you go!

Best staff and management. Their manager always treats you well. The staff are very polite and courteous specially the young Indian guy with turban who works every weekend. Thanks for the best service.

This stupid place I ordered through Uber 3 times. All three 3 times, they always miss a order or Two. Like fuken read ur uber orders and put the right orders in. Stupid uber won't even refund the missing orders.

Made me wait “3” minutes I thought okay at least that means fresh food, no - stale, cold and very poorly packed! The young lads there need better training. Also interesting to me how the owner only responds to the rare positive reviews but will not address the many poor reviews! Not impressed and won’t go back there.

I wish I read the reviews before I went to this location. I don’t often eat KFC but once in a while I will. The food “quality” was horrible, very oily and old tasting “chicken”, hot wet - mashed something “potato” like and brown flour rich “gravy”. I feel like I just fed my family bottom feeding food and I paid for it. I would really like my money back from this location. Terrible.

Chicken sandwich and popcorn chicken are old and taste like cardboard. No cleanliness what so ever all tables were dirty and we’re not wiped at all, I had to clean my table by a napkin and a sanitizer. The worker there didn’t even offer to clean it. I definitely don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Food was not great. Staff was unfriendly. Order incorrect. Table was dirty and they wouldn't give me a cloth to wipe it or come clean it.

The chicken isn’t crispy and not even original recipe. So disappointed, the chicken was dry and the skin was soggy

The WORST KFC in town in terms of service. EVERYTIME we go to this location there's always a waiting time! Drive through or dine in you'll have to wait. The staff are so slow in this location. If you are ever on a rush DO NOT go here!

I Ordered a 4 pc meal and a zinger combo when we received our order the 4 pc meal came with only dark meat when I asked them just for one pc of white meat they told me that it was against their policy and only served white meat with anything with 8 or more pc of chicken which I know that at every other kfc I've been to they serve it with a drumstick, thigh a wing a the rib.then when I asked to speak to a manager we were discussing the matter and one of the employee kept jumping in and interrupting our conversation being rude

this KFC doesn't care about their customers and I also made a complaint to corporate but I have a funny feeling that nothing will come of it.

MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

Terrible. For a fast food place, they are extremely slow. First bad encounter was telling us they had no more chicken (?), we thought it was just an off day, then a few months later, we had to wait for over 30 minutes in the drive through? We said never mind, but we had two people in front of us, and we had to wait for 30 minutes anyways.

Take your money elsewhere, this is a business that doesn't care about their customers and they don't deserve your hard earned money.

My wife ordered in advance for a pickup order and was told 15-20 minutes. I drove 15 minutes to the store and they hadn't even started the order yet and no one was even in the store eating. Waited another 15 minutes for a total of 30 minutes after calling and the front desk woman didn't even apologize for the wait. Calling KFC Canada

THE WORST KFC! Go somewhere else!
1. Combo comes with 2 dips but there’s none, called them and they said I have to ask for that or they just assumed I don’t want that.
2. Ordered a mashed potato but there’s no gravy whatsoever, I’ve eaten so many times of kfc, every single time there’s mashed potato then there’s gravy. Don’t tell me I have to ask for that as well lol. Ridiculous.
