Order was missing an entire meal (sandwich, poutine, biscuit and tender), the meal they got "right" was ordered with no wings, the order was not followed. Never eating here again, you shouldn't either.

The coleslaw was grey because it was held too long. The chicken wing and rib were at least 3 hours old, which is 90 minutes past hold time. I have 16 years KFC experience and know improper standards when I see them

The chicken we got delivered tasted like someone emptied there ash tray in it and it was burnt just called and they said it is because their oil was burnt

I always get a non-English speaking delivery driver who doesn’t know how to find my address and doesn't have a GPS. They call me an hour after I order, lost and wanting directions, but they don’t even know where they need directions from. So if you like cold food delivered far later than expected, this is a great place to order from.

Ordered thru "skip the dishes", my order was missing a few products. Very few portion of fries, popcorn, corn, etc etc. Also small chicken pieces.

KFC is getting worse everytime I buy from them in any location.

Literally the worst. 10min of the clerk going back and forth to the back. Incapable of taking an order. Literally walked out. SMH

I have ordered online several times. They mess up on the orders. Then takes hours for them to fix it. Once it takes several calls to do it
