We ordered food via delivery, and upon receiving our food the fries were dry and floppy the burger soaked in mayonnaise the food had clearly all been sitting for hours.when i called ans spoke to the manager to voice my concerns he told me sorry nothing they can do.i insisted something be done and now he expects me to bring it all back for an exchange, but ive got no vehicle hense the reason i got delivery.now we are hungry and grumpy and out $75 n still no exchange or refund

I'm getting tired of throwing out my big crunch sandwich because they keep putting lettuce in my sandwich. I tell them every time I order no lettuce I'm allergic to most vegetables.

By far the worst location in the city. Garbage customer service food handling and quality is sad. Never have extra crispy ready always excuses for everything. Best to hit the other location on 38st if you really want KFC. A shadow of what it once was. Thank goodness for Popeyes.

Worst KFC. No white meat, they don't tell you, then they make you wait 25min. Don't know their own special when it's posted right on the window facing the street. I'm not sure they should be allowed to operate this facility because this isn't the first time we've had problems at this KFC. They're business stays afloat due to people wanting chicken and don't care to go anywhere else so like chickens themselves looking for chicken feed they stay.

I've been to this location now twice and compared to all of the other locations I have been to this one has been the best by far. The food was super hot and fresh and tasted amazing. It was not dripping in grease and the chicken tasted fresh. Gravy was nice and thick the way its supposed to be. Loved it and will be back to this location in the future.

Will never order again from this location again the chicken was very dry I would like to know what ever happened to kfc the quality is not there any more

Ordered the Big crunch Burger. Last time I ordered one it tasted like a dirty oven so I thought I'd give it a second chance. Bad idea. It tasted like a dirty oven or dirty oil with a hint of fishy. The chicken itself was grey and a strange texture. Like a seasoned type thingy. Spit it out and tossed it. Another customer pre-ordered and it wasn't ready and the same with a skip the dishes guy. Never again. Popeyes here I come. Always a good sandwich there.

Oh again service wasn't up to par. Asked for a specific sandwich and it was wrong The people working cashier didn't grasp what people would order and hadn't had much work experience. I won't return to this location again.

Have been going to this location for almost my entire life. On my last visit the staff were very rude to me and would not honor the coupons I had even though they honored them in the past. Very terrible service from rude workers. I do not come to order food from your establishment to be treated rudely and unfairly. You have lost a customer.
