I could have rated - but let’s be honest.those guys didn’t wanted me to dine at 5: 01 pm on Dec 9,2023.they told me that the dine in plates are not washed and we don’t have a tray.you can only take out. I was so shocked to listen that.as it was only 5: 01 pm on Saturday night.please talk to these employees otherwise you’ll lose your old customers.under satisfactory customer service pathetic.

Tasty and delicious. The big zinger is so delicious, and you have try the sandwich of the day, Monday through Friday.

6pm on a friday night, had to wait 35 minutes for chicken, do they not plan ahead? Does someone not think? Hey we might be busy? Never going here again! Kfc has gone downhill

I ordered 3 Famous Chicken sandwiches, what a mistake. They were overcooked and hard as a rock. At $10.99 each that was $35 bucks down the drain. This is my 2nd attempt with this sandwich and will not order it again. Obviously, no quality control at this location

If i could rate a 0 i would.i ordered two chicken sandwich meals and a 4 piece meal waited almost an hour and people ordered after me and got their food before me.is it that hard? Seriously.do better.

We are 0 for 10 on getting an order correct.that's pathetic at best.order a big crunch combo. Get raw chicken.order 2 popcorn chicken, get 2 small fries.order 2 big crunch sandwiches get 1 popcorn chicken and a large fry.what a bloody joke.each time we get a credit for a small popcorn chicken.nah.credit us closing down this location please.

This is the absolute worst establishment I have ever experienced. 45 minutes waiting for a $12 pre paid order they could not figure out.

I'm extremely dissapointed in this restaraunt. You have it posted that you are open till 11 pm. We drove all the way to you only to hear on the speaker that you are closed. There were people still working inside. I am frustrated because the times on Google said you were still open and you were not.

I already knew the pieces were small at kfc but this is just on another level of small! You gotta see it in person to believe it.

The gravy at all locations has no flavour at all what happened? I won’t be eating here again. I’ll go to Popeyes. Gravy use to be so good. Super disappointed.

Food is what you expect from KFC.
Floors where soaked while an employee "mopped" them. More like messed around on her phone.
Waited almost 10 minutes to order even thoe it was an online order. The girl we dealt with had an attitude and rolled her eyes. Back staff arguing and more attitude.

We frequent this location a several times a month and are happy with the meals.
Tonight when my husband went to buy dinner he ordered a bucket combo and they gave him a boneless combo.
When he drove back over 15 Kim’s looking for the chicken that was not in our order they told him that was not what he bought.
Not our fault if they ring it in wrong.they even had asked him if he would take all dark meat.
I understand people make errors but this team didn’t even offer to try to make it right.
Not a problem, the pizza place is the same distance from the house.

BEST KFC I’ve ever had in Canada! Visited this KFC on the afternoon of December 27th, 2022. The Ladies working there were very friendly and their customer service was top tier! I ordered on the app just outside the door and walked in. But right away I told them my order info and they began preparing it immediately. The chicken and fries were freshly made so I received my food nice and hot. The flavour was excellent without being salty! Everywhere else I’ve bought KFC across Canada is always very salty, but we always look past that for the taste. This store’s chicken was excellent! Also appreciated the smiles on all the staff and they wished me a Happy Holidays when I got my order and was leaving. Loved the cashier/server that looked after me! Kudos to this store!

I have never been to this location before but after have dinner here we love the chicken quality

The front counter staff are friendly but I've never received my order correctly. Last visit I actually received more than double food that I had ordered but only 1 item was actually correct.

I was running late from work and wanted to have a burger. I called at this location and Winnie answered the call and took my order on phone.
I thought I won’t be able to make it on time but I reached 3 mins earlier and they served us

Dear Colonel Sanders - I paid my bill by credit card.it came to $31.49. My receipt read "$31.49". What makes you think you can charge my credit card $31.50? They got rid of the copper penny. They did not get rid of the math. When paying by credit card, it should be the correct amount. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to go in and edit my reconciliation. Also there is the principal of the matter. It just isn't proper.

Hit and miss getting our luke warm or hot.
Staff seem not to care.
Lots of parking and washrooms are clean.

I watched Dylan do a masterful job of keeping track of all the online, in person, and delivery orders during rush time, checking with the kitchen to see where they were at, and still taking a second to help a hard-of-hearing older gentleman figure out exactly what he was looking for.

The food is kfc food and I enjoy it. That part isn't as important.

Good job to the staff, Dylan especially.
