Ordered a meal with a drink online, they didn’t want to give me the drink for some reason. Showed the photo of what I ordered clearly showing a drink included and they still wouldn’t give me it. Extremely rude about it, so I yelled at them and got my money back and they still tried to short change me. Be careful with these scammers.

Place is terrible. Never have what you ordered online. Always making excuses. It's bad management and they shouldn't have spicy chicken on the online menu if they NEVER have it in their store. Told them to refund my money, and its still not refunded to my card. And it was one of the managers I spoke to. Unprofessional. Stolen my $42.92 and haven't refunded it. Thieves.

After the last renovation, so rude staff, tasteless chicken, the chicken taste old, tough, and they gave you more legs and wings in the chicken bucket.

Too bad i cant give negative stars! Stopped in to use the washroom and grab a snack. I got walked in on because the washroom does not lock from the inside and they buzzed someone else in! What the heck. If i was a woman you guys would be getting a lawsuit on your hands. Do better! Its not hard to install some indicator deadbolts to let people know that someone is IN THE FREAKING WASHROOM instead of the stupid employee buzzing everyone in! Was not about to get food after that! Unbelievable!

Pathetic, garbage location. Service is bad in terms of staff, they have no idea what they are doing. Food is very salty, god knows who the prep is. No one should go there, not sure why they are in business.

Super slow place. Line up. No one take order. Gossiping and laughing in the kitchen doing nothing.

The dining room was freezing and they got rid of the chicken bowls and their poutines which is the only things i go there for. Deffinitely wont be going back to this location
