Worst KFC ever. Had to wait long for very bad food. The quality of chicken was also looking bad than other kfc I’ve had.

The black girl working the till today should drop her attitude! Girl u making minimum wage acting like u own tht restaurant! Is it my fault ur pepsi tasted watered down or tht ur heat is out today!? I told u nicely pop wasn't good an u come acting like it's fine.like I'm the problem.

They are charging $0.30 for a paper bag to put your food in. Like I just spent $85 and change and expect me to pay for a bag! This is crazy lol I'm surprised they didn't charge me for a bucket for the chicken too

Lights were out when we got there was not sure it was open went to drive threw guy answered told him we had trouble seeing he turned on all sign lights then we ordered ALL was very good.

My brother asked to use the bathroom and was let into a toilet that had not been cleaned in 12 months plus and looked like a diarrhoea festival was held here for 6 months. The bowl was all brown. Completely sprayed all over. I have never ever in my life seen such a dirty toilet. No soap in bathroom either.
No way was he using the toilet and no way we were ordering any food from this restaurant ever!
Health department would have closed the doors if they saw this disgusting sight.
Good luck but I would give it a miss.

We ordered food it takes for ever, the customer service is not professional, how they hire them Un qualified staff

Showed up at this place at 9: 30 it's closed the website says closed at 11: 00 it's closed now

The food comes out fast and is good. But due to the area it's in the atmosphere isn't the most pleasing.

Always drive through, so don't know about the inside but the service and food are consistently good.

Only 1 star out of pity for the poor workers, constantly being yelled at by their manager. I wanted to give the girl taking our order a hug, she looked so over worked

Everything was great, nice to see they are putting in the effort again. I know it's fast food but it's nice when it seems like the management cares. Keep providing the same food that is nostalgic to my childhood and employing members of our community. Thanks all!

This was a big disappointment. The chicken tasted like it had been soaked in cold oil for a day or two. I'll never go there again.

Couldn't find the one located at 13010 - 97 St.on the web so will write the review here This place has went downhill. Chicken hardly any crispy, light golden brown batter. Instead a dark cooked skinless chicken. Last time for this place. Hopefully not all owned places are like this

I ordered from the KFC on 111th St.in Edmonton Alberta. When my order was delivered, the Uber driver left it downstairs on the heater and someone took it so I did not get my food. And now nobody is answering the phone to resend my order or to reimburse me I am not happy. I am very angry. I have a very hungry seven-year-old, I ordered online through the KFC website. I have ordered from there before I know for a fact my buzzer number is on the receipt. The Uber driver did not buzz me to go down and get my order. She left the order between the doors and left when I got down there, the order was gone. I am not happy at all

Waited quite a while for burnt chicken tenders they were rock hard and overcooked? With the higher prices for everything you at least expect it not to be burnt?

We stopped here for chicken and they asked us to pull up so they could take others orders. We did and waited. Then the card that we’re behind us started getting their food. So I went in asked what was happening. The counter staff had no idea what our order was. The window order taker confirmed the order and they started putting together the order. Half an hour after the order was placed we got our order. We were offered extra gravy.

I left with what I presumed was the full order and drove home. When I got there I was told by my wife that we were still missing the chicken strips. I went back and they redid the order. They had no idea what was missing. They offered a free pop.

I never accepted the free pop nor the gravy. I highly recommend you never go to a kfc in Edmonton. Popeyes is on 109 street near Jasper.

Never ever come here unless you want to wait 45 MINUTES for one burger that is rock hard and tastes horrible, genuinely distraught lol this has happened every time i have been here so it wasn't a fluke, and i will not be back

I waited 45mins for 10 piece bucket of chicken. This isn't the first time I had to wait long. Everyone complains about how long they take. As I stood their waiting I noticed how confused and daunted the two women were. They were taking chicken from one order for another order. (My own order was one piece short). They were printing out the orders because they were obviously lost. Its a very busy corner so doordash, drive through window, and front counter are always busy. And whatever their system is, its not staff friendly! They are absolutely confused, lost, and very, very slow at getting this done. KFC, you have to update your system, because human capability and speed of ordering is way, way out of line. And they just ignore you if you keep on asking for a refund. The only thing that keeps them in business is that location, everyone guesses it will be faster to go there.

The 6 minute wait for 1, singular sandwhich has now turned into a 20 minute wait and counting.

Well bathroom is always locked, the food wait has always been over 30 mins I don't know how they never have enough cooked. Badly to say obviously their charts are wrong plus they should be considering certain days money spending will be higher. Obviously they need to look at their management sorry to say.

I need to change your oil in their deep fryers more often so the chicken fat isn't so greasy

On Saturday, December 3rd, we bought a 14 piece bucket of chicken from this restaurant. The chicken was the worst KFC I’ve ever had. Awful! The flavour was NOT KFC. It tasted like they used their own flavour mix. The chicken was cooked in OLD OLD, REUSED FAT that left an after taste that would not go away and I only tasted a drumstick. It will be a long time before I will try KFC again and I will Never Go to this location again. This restaurant should be checked by the KFC food company, they are doing something wrong. The entire bucket of chicken went into the garbage and even the garbage rejected it.

Incredibly slow service. Not the staff’s fault, only two people working in the restaurant. Was told it would be a 10min wait but in reality it was closer to 25min.

Positive experience. I ordered a gravy and they gave me poutine? Whatever everything at kfc is yummy.

Third time I've been here lately, always seem to forget something, today was the gravy which is the reason why I came here. NOT IMPRESSED
NOW I HAVE TO EAT MY FRIES WITHOUT GRAVY. NOT COMI G BACK TO THIS LOCATION

I'm not going to get into all the details of what was wrong with my order, but I'm not going back.
