KFC

The staff are very rude they don’t acknowledge the customers, long wait and the young girl at the counter just look and pretend she haven’t seen you.
I notice also she being very rude to the delivery drivers they look as if they angry all the time

Picked up my order and first single it smelled really bad. The chicken tasted disgusting. Never buying food from this location again.

Worst KFC in Calgary. They will say they don't have white meat. Once you pay, they will say they have no thighs.so your 10 pcs chicken will just all be drumsticks the size of chicken wings. Happened a few times, called them out on it and they said either accept the drumstick or wait 40 mins. They will only say this after you have paid already.

You might look at all the reviews below and think "there's no way a KFC could be that bad"

You'd be wrong.

Very poor service, orders are never right, food is always cold, small portions. Always have to call to get order corrected. Doesn’t matter how many times you order from there they can’t get a simple order right. Will not order from here anymore, period. Very frustrated customer.

Staff were nice but they seemed to be out of everything? Low on hot sauce, not having any spicy chicken. Not sure if it’s because it’s a Taco Bell and KFC together, but disappointed.

Alright so the real problem with this place is they'll prioritize Drive-thru and Skip (or whatever delivery they use). It wouldnt be that big of a deal if I didnt see how fast the drive thru lane was going compared to the amount of customers who's waiting inside for their order. Aight thats all, you do you lmao

Sat in the drive thru at the order speaker waiting for almost 15 minutes then drove to the window and was told drive around and get back inline lol
Told them forget it I will go somewhere else that wants my business!

$9.23 for a zinger chicken sandwich - just the sandwich?
As I reluctantly paid for this at the drive-thru window where I was informed of the price, I prepared myself for what should be the most amazing and astonishing drive-thru chicken sandwich of my life for that price.
Nope!
Just a dried out piece of breaded chicken, wilted lettuce and spicy sauce.
Last visit ever to a KFC and I have the receipt on my dash as a ridiculous conversation piece.

I recently ordered delivery from here and I was very disappointed. The food arrived cold and it took over an hour for it to arrive.when it arrived there was no ring of a doorbell or knock. I would not recommend this restaurant for delivery.
