I went during supper hour in the middle the week - unfortunately they didn’t have enough staff. I eventually walked out.

I just picked some fried chiken from drive through, worst experience in my whole life this is a rip off. The tiny pieces of chicken.do not waste your money in Granville KFC in Edmonton

Manager needs to be fired for how disrespectful and aggressive he talks towards paying customers

Ordered my meal and had to wait 40 minutes for it, only to find out they didn’t give me all my food. Had to wait longer for them to complete the full order. Would like to say that this is the first time this has happened here, but it seems to happen more often than not. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location

Last night i was at store around 10.20 pm to order food but staff refused to take my order.she said it’s to late to order and we hav 10 minutes to make food she said sorry what a joke still 10 mint left to the store close and they refused to take my order.never wnana go back again this store

I have gone to this KFC on two separate occasions. The first time I ordered 6 pieces of chicken and asked for no drums and was given that. However, the wait time I was told would be 28 minutes and I waited 58 minutes for my food. The second time I went I was ordering the same thing it was advised I could not request no drums. I advise that your signage says you can and they said yes but we don't allow that. And I said I'm willing to pay more not to have drums any other meat just not drums. They finally came back and said I could have four pieces of chicken, three thighs, one wing. I would get no drums but I would still pay for the full amount of chicken I was ordering, I was ordering an 8 piece meal. Ultimately I left without placing an order as they are just the most ridiculous place to deal with. Plus the one time I did get food there it was horrible.

I'd give this place 5 stars down if it was an option. Walked in today only customer in the store. Waited 15min for someone to come take my order, after waiting 45mins I expected all my orders to be in the bag get home and 2 orders are missed tried to call no answer. Dodge this location at all costs.

The worst KFC I have been too. They gave me the order in a minute, it wasn’t hot and chicken was soggy and old. I wish I can give a 0 star. Their service was poor. Never coming again here.

All good, way better than Callingwood KFC, that's garbage. Had to wait 40 mins to grab food due to manpower and training issues. But they passed the food across the line hot and fresh. No greasey garbage. Just forgot about the sauce for the popcorn and tenders.

Why is there no zero score? I think it's too high to give a point! This is one of the worst KFC in the world of kfc I've ever been to. The clerk didn't even give me a napkin and didn't give me the dip I ordered. I wonder why this store still exists. I can only say that local consumers are too easy to fool.

We went to the drive-thru, when we got home we realize we’re missing an order of chicken popcorn so then I called the store to let them know that I’m missing an order, which I did calmly, only to get yelled at by a guy who dropped the phone at me, he didn’t drop it properly so I can still hear them talking smack about me. I tried calling again and he keeps dropping the call. I still have the receipts and such.

Ordered a 9pcs chicken inside and was told they had the chicken so i didn’t have to wait. Waited 25mins for my order. There was a line up of people aswell waiting to order for about 7-10mins, i’ve seen a couple of them walk out. You can hear staff fighting in the kitchen.
Got home and chicken was cold aswell.
The branch needs to hire more staff or train better.

There was a long wait every time I ordered there.
Either they hire more efficient staff or speed up their process of taking orders please.

Can’t follow simple instructions and made a mess out of a bag of sauces, with a blown up container macaroni salad.

I came in to order food and had 3 different employees look directly at me and tell the gentleman in the back I need to place an order. Still the guy did not come out for 15 minutes no exaggeration. The lady who was ahead of me was even calling for someone to take my order. After I ordered the guy told me that the other 3 people all do different jobs. I told him in a very calm manner he could have come out front to take my order he walked away and shrugged his shoulders. This is to bad as kfc is always good food it’s to bad the closest location to my house has the worst service ever.

Need better training and procedure for drive thru. Separate the team so the staff inside aren’t overwhelmed managing inside, drive thru and online orders all at once.
Specifically, when taking the orders, actually listen to customer response. Poor communication just came off rude and impatient.

The food is ok. There’s a guy who there with a bad temper towards patrons and employees. The soda tastes like dirt water.

My wife really wanted some KFC to recharge the batteries after giving birth to our second son and she hadn’t eaten in almost a day. This was the closest kfc to the hospital. After driving there I decided to go in and order as opposed to using the drive through. Well… one person in front of me, simple chicken sandwich order… 40minute wait. 40 minutes… yes, you read it right. The one person in front of me had already been waiting 10 minutes before I got there. After eventually getting the order, I took it back to the hospital and guess what my wife said “I would’ve rather stayed hungry”. I hope that KFC corporate sees these reviews - this franchisee is not fit to run one of your restaurants. Dreadful experience, dreadful food. Go to the Popeyes nearby instead.

Very very slow service, waiting for an order from 1 hour, these people are super slow…. If you know its black friday, put more people…. Disgusting service. On the top, this brown manager is extremely rude, if u cant handle or manager, go ahead and resign. You have no right to work in retail, when u dont have etiquette to talk. At first place, you are the one at mistake and you are being rude!

Ordered online and paid in advance. Waited 2 hours. Phoned during that time. No answer. Went in and they said their system was down. Made no effort at all to correct this.

This location is rated 2.6 stars for a reason. Always get a receipt because they could possibly overcharge you. I had a coupon for a 15 piece meal for $33.99 so with GST it comes to $35.69. They said my order comes to $36.74. I asked what the extra dollar charge was for. No answer. I asked again why am I being charged an extra dollar. Again no answer. I will never visit this location again as they add additional money on to your bill. I know its only a dollar, but that adds up quick for extra money in their pockets. And yes, I kept the coupon and receipt. Brutal place.

Waited for 25 mins then drove home to find it was the wrong chicken burger they cooked us. Tasted pretty bad
