Ordered a boneless bucket from the 111 st store. Arrived cold and rubbery. Inedible. Called manager and was told there was nothing they could do. Yelled at us and told us to call head office. Unprofessional all the way around. Never oder from there.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who talks about the service here. The lady that took my order was unbelievably rude. It caught me off guard. Poor lady. She needs a new job. She's so unhappy.

I was going in for the Tuesday special. But this location rips you off for fries. You have to buy them as part of the special. But they only give you like 8-10 individual fries, which are short and skinny. Really, means it's $3.99 just for chicken almost.

Also, I don't like this food court. Too many mobs of teenagers if you know what I mean.

I have ordered 4pc chicken combo. Waited almost 30min and still waiting. I guess they missed my order. Customer who ordered after me (almost 10 customer) got their order already. If they forgot to make my order, don't they should make my order first?

HORRIBLE Customer service. Very rude and aggressive staff. I was trying to read the item on the screen without my glasses and the lady at the counter is yelling at me telling me I’m ordering wrong.

When arriving your are greeted very rudely! Lady yells and makes rude comments to customer on asking about prices and is very forceful when waiting behind line to order. In previous times they overcharge and they hide and promote incorrect information and try and scam customers this is the only location I have issues with. The employees help make a good Halloween attraction with how mean and scary the lady was. Should apply at Karen’s dinner.

Twice I have come in and asked for a freshly cooked big crunch sandwich. The lady behind the counter got me exactly what I asked for. Today. I came in again and asked for the same thing. The guy behind the counter said yes it will be fresh, and even confirmed the length of time it would take to cook a new one. He leaned behind the counter and said that I wanted it fresh. What I got 8 minutes later was something that was clearly old and put back into the fryer to try to fake freshness. Not cool. I guess you don't like repeat business. Never screw over your customers and lie to them.

I went to kfc in Southgate mall. One lady took my order and she took wrong order and later she said you gave me wrong order and said to me wait and they didn’t give me order intentionally and let me wait. Customer service is very horrible. I don’t recommend to anyone

Considering it's a Tuesday and they are busy. Service was fast and friendly both male and female Chinese staff. Thank you

It’s not fresh food you get here. Chicken sandwich and fries were super dry…
Even staff was rude.

I went to this KFC in the morning after it just opened. Customer service was horrible, the employees didn't even ask what soft drink I wanted and just served coke. The cashier wasn't speaking English and was talking to literally nobody when I was ordering. Didn't ask if I wanted take out or eat in and just put eat in. Absolutely abysmal.

Unprofessional service while ordering. Employee was annoyed that I asked for choice options on the pizzas saying there aren’t any choices.

I love the food here its relatively good price but the staff can be mean. So I always order a Pepperoni pineapple pizza and some popcorn chicken not a hard order. The last few times I've been told it will be a several minute wait for it. Understandable if they need to get more pineapple ready. Well the most recent time the staff tried to tell me it was undo able. I told her it has been done before and she then fires it will be approximately 7 minutes.

That's normal and fine but the lying is not cool man.

Waited over 5 minutes for service than left because nobody came to help. All in the back on phones or speaking non English in the back.
