I was going to order chicken but these reviews totally turned me off. I cannot. These fast food places need to step up and provide some respect for their customers. Why would anyone eat here? Obviously it would be a disgusting experience. So many one star reviews. Shane.

Came in there last night thinking it was a taco bell. It is not. It is a kfc. We ordered anyways and they forgot multiple items from our takeout order. I called once I got home and they said they would compensate me for the missing items which was good. But all three of us who ate the food last night got food poisoning from it. I won't be going back here even to get the free food they offered me.

We all ordered different things, and we all got sick.

15 minutes waiting for service. Cold food. I asked if it could be corrected and was told “No”. Useless location, it will be a cold day in H*LL when I eat KFC or Taco Bell again

. When you go through the drive through, you have to check your order every time, they don't know what Gravy is.and don't order any special.pathetic, un able to get a bloody order right!

Management.perhaps you should consider staffing this place appropriately for the dinner rush.invariably your location is slow in service while your staff is overworked leading to a drop in quality ad a rise in customer dissatisfaction.

This place is a dump and can’t even get a simple order right. Bathroom faucet has been leaking for months. Customer is complaining there’s no hand sanitizer and they just shrug it off. Couldn’t even get my order right and it’s not even busy

Service was very slow and the guy took forever to give me my chage and food ii was at drive thru window for almost 10 mins after waiting 20 mins for him to serve the 2 cars ahead of me it is seposta be fast food the food was awesome worth the wait

Ordered a bucket with large gravy, large potatoe salad large fries and small macaroni salad as well large coleslaw. Came home with no gravy a large and small macaroni salad. I don't like macaroni salad which is why I ordered potatoes salad that I never got. When I called in they were willing to give me a small gravy next time I go however never once asked my name. A small gravy for a large.the girl really didn't sound like she cared truly. My 10 piece bucket had 6 legs and 2 wings and 2 thighs.

Had my order completely wrong. Was very disappointed when I arrived home and did not have what I asked for.

Very rude staff. Didn’t know how to talk with their customers. I ordered the meal box and i was still ordering and told them i want spicy sandwich instead of the regular. I didn’t paid yet and she said I already made the sandwich and was very rude. I think the manager should train their staff properly.

Cold food, wont listen to what you are ordering, then by the time you are frustrated and got your cold food you just want to throw it out and go home.

Sucked missed 3 of are items we paid for. Didn't notice until we got home. Then Ther hung up on us when we called about getting are missing items. It was the taco bell side of KfC

Look.you didn't have to cook tonight because you ordered from here and they're amazing. Even if it took 30 mins, you have the night off. Just be happy for once and give them the praise they deserve.

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. My husband had an awful experience yesterday. The staff were rude, the manager is rude. Imagine the manager being rude to the customers than what kind of customer service would you expect. My husband paid for the order and they did not give him the full order, they never gave fries with the chicken and did not even provide a receipt. The store owner or the head office should do something about this kind of behavior. We pay for our food and expect good customer service, this type of behavior is unacceptable.

Brought a valid non expired KFC coupon to this location, but they told us they don't participate for the coupon I have. Wasted my time to go to this place.

I had to drop my rating as I ordered tacos supreme this time. Still love the chicken, but the Taco Bell tacos were so greasy that the hard shell tacos fell apart. This was the first time I had to use a fork to eat a taco. Will still come back for the chicken but will skip the Taco Bell.

Terrible experience. Placed an online order. Arrived when food was to be ready to a dirty restaurant with other u haply customers. When I was finally able to talk to someone for my pick up the staff was confused and then printed my order. After multiple people were served after I was, I was then told my food was just being started (20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready). I cancelled the order. Completely dissatisfied.

Seriously every time I come here it gets worse… wait 20 plus minutes in the drive thru and by the time I got to tue window my wrap was cold and completely unravelled.

Food wasn't very hot, considering we ate inside. From the counter to our table. It was warm.

Do not visit this place i recommended because too slow, not enough staffs and to many mistakes.

Worst place to go and eat food. Filipino Manager over there is really illiterate and don’t have any sense to talk to the staffs and customers.

The worst restaurant i have ever been. I went to drive thru and I ordered Tuesday special and a drink.they gave a lunch special instead I saw a strand of hair in my fries.chicken is burned and no napkins and ketsup. I went to the store to return but the guy told me "we do not accept return". I call the attention of the manager but he was busy at the office. The staff is not accommodating to help me. I will not come to that store anymore.
