Service was not up to the par… well, it was poor. 15 mins late on pre-order and just total confusion behind the counter.

Ordered a 20 piece bucket meal.only got one breast.it was all wings and drum sticks.so very cheap of them.that's why I only order KFC one a year!

KFC never disappoints! I visited this location last night, and the food was delicious as always. The Original Recipe chicken was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the sides were tasty. The staff was friendly and efficient. I'm definitely coming back for more!

Orders repeatedly wrong. Home delivery and Drive through. Waste of money ordering here. They seem to spend so much time shouting to each other, they can't get the orders correct.

I recently visited this KFC branch in Calgary, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Here’s what I thought:

Food Quality:
The food quality at this KFC location was consistent with what I’ve come to expect from the brand. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just as it should be. The variety of chicken options, from original recipe to spicy, offered something for everyone’s taste buds. The sides, especially the mashed potatoes and gravy, were comforting and flavorful.

Service:
The service here was prompt and friendly. The staff was attentive and ready to assist with any questions or special requests. The ordering process was efficient, and my order was prepared quickly.

They seem to screw up our order every time. When we have to drive back cause they forgot to pack the chicken in the order they do nothing to compensate for your wasted time. This is twice now, each time results in 20-30min wasted. Be sure to ask for napkins cause they don’t include those either!

My client in disability asked for a tap water an Indian staff refused asked my client to pay, not everyone has money. Is KFC doesn't believe in good samaritan act for someone who is thirsty?

Went through drive through and ordered a bucket meal. Got home and realized they rang in the wrong thing and gave me 5 sandwiches. I called to let them know and they put me on hold for 30 mins. Finally when someone picked up the phone they argued with Me about my order and said that is what u ordered. Sadly to say my kids wouldn't eat the sandwiches as they wanted popcorn chicken but they refused to make it right. They also were missing some of my order.
I cant say I'm surprised at all the 1 star reviews. For the amount I paid and they wouldn't even acknowledge they made a mistake and give me what I actually ordered is unreal. FAIL KFC!

No price to order just a burger? They force you to order a combo? No thanks. That's too much food for me. Absolutely terrible.

They are rude when you call to complain about not getting items you pay for their idea of an order of popcorn chicken is 8 tiny pieces! Never consistent!

I always feel like im annoying them when i come in to otder. No ones at the till. The workers look lost. Its really disorganized. At least the restaurants clean

Ordered meal in the drive thru.
I had to give my pop back for her to fill up as it only had 1/2 in it. It was passed rudely/quickly at 3/4 full only.
There were no utensils for the sides.
The food was on the cooler side of warm.
And no reciept given or put in the bag.
Drive thru attendant was more occupied talking with kitchen staff than the customers at the window.

It seems that this is just another location that wants to push the quantity numbers thru instead of giving service. Not impressed at all with this location.

I ordered a zinger box meal via drive thru and after saying i wanted zinger box meal they said move to the window. Without asking the drink and side, I thought thats ok maybe they will ask once I reach the window. On window I was confirmed three to four times if i ordered gravy, 4 piece chicken, etc etc and a boy told me to wait because obviously he got my order wrong. And then just ran off to the front and never returned back, other worker helped me out. I received my order, cold fries, over cooked chicken pieces, nearly no lettuce in the burger, the patty in burger was cold as well. And the guy who took my order didn’t even bothered to come talk to me.

Never get our whole order and rude staff when we try and get what we paid for. Smaller portions than other locations. Closest location to my house and I'm never going again. Ill drive 20min out of my way from now on if i want kfc.

I went in and ordered food here on august 1 around 7: 30-8 pm. I did two separate orders and each time each person that helped me was rude. The first order the girl was unable to locate the item clearly shown on the menu behind her and then said she just can’t do it. The second time I ordered the special of the day and the girl over charged me and wouldn’t give me a receipt. I tried asking her about the special and she wouldn’t tell me about it and when I was waiting she was laughing to her coworker about over charging. It was until I asked her manager that she admired that she charged more than the special. She then started to complain to her coworker about it and making faces when all I wanted was information on the special because I didn’t understand the item I ordered was the special of the day. Worst KFC I have been too.

My partner and I were running around all day and figured lets grab something to go we placed a small two can share a meal. We were told by a blonde with glasses to go park by the front door so that is what we did, we ordered at 7: 08pm waited till 7: 25 to go in. They hadn't even made our meal yet or gave it to one of the other cars waiting even though it was the same blonde bringing food out so there should not have been a mistake made.
I've never asked for a refund in my whole life but this service was horrible.on top of that there was only one person that knew how to return a transaction that took five/ten minutes for a cash refund. As I was standing inside a man claimed he was waiting for 20 minutes.the place was completely empty beside this one man now I know why.

Absolutely terrible service all the time, delivery driver leaves food at side door where no one lives, never ever has the online deals that are on the flyers.why do they do this every single time?

Wrong food at drive thru talked to like I was a their after repeatedly calling to phone off the hook

Horrible. Place was almost empty, and the tables were all dirty, gross and sticky. Food is overpriced for very little. The potato salad side was about the size of a shot glass. The chicken burger was boring and bland. Out of ice tea and it sprayed on my hands when I tried it. Chairs are designed to be uncomfortable. Do not go here!

Over salty chicken, no sauce was given. Hot sauce is an extra charge only ketchup is free. I’ve never had that issue at any other location.

The worse KFC i ever been to it, if you value you money don’t waste it, their Pop was like sweeten water no gas at all, chicken was hard and dry, salad was old as well not worth a penny i throw it away not eatable.

Zinger sandwich was possibly twice cooked. Dry and hard.
Ordered my son then boneless box with 3 tenders and popcorn chicken. Kid was disappointed as there was only 6 PC of the popcorn with his meal.
And the pop was watered down. Not the first time the sandwich has been like this either. Just my first time saying anything as my kid is upset.
