KFC

Take forever and I just went there and were sent away because their systems were down. Honestly just a stupid business overall and you have to wait 15 minutes for small fries. Only reason I still go here is because I live walking distance.

I went through the drive thru on 10/30/23 at 7: 35 ish, no one was answering and after about a minute I decided to pull up to the front to order inside, to see the worker talking on the phone sitting in the customer area, once she seen me she went straight to the till to take someone else's order that pulled up in the drive thru. Really unprofessional and won't be coming back here.

Do not give this place business. The employees and managers must be depressed to give out their "famous gravy" cold and chunky

Small place but this days they don't let people in to sit and eat anymore just mainly take out

Spicy famous chicken means a fried chicken kept for long and then sauced with Sweet fries while ordering from a drive through doesn't seem good. I only recommend that you don't make fries too salty that don't mean to make it sweet. "I had the same choice of meal from another KFC where I still can't forget what I had that was mind blowing. Crispy well cut fries with my preferred seasoning and the Fried chicken was well hot enough that can be taken out from a drive through".
So is it about the Food you serve all the time or its about the mentality that a person who is getting food from the drive through won't comeback to complain or argue and Just write reviews to get fooled again like me.

Awful service, lots of attitude, do not give dipping sauces, would not give name or managers name, food old stale, why pay those prices for stale old food. Awful. Zero stars

The foods just as good as any KFC but you cannot go inside this restaurant, you have to order from a window in the side of the building like your a walking vehicle and get ready to wait for a little longer than usual.

The staff who is taking order at the drive through in 12: 15 am, August 30 should be efficient in communicating things. Making a person wait for a long time and mocking him regarding order is not a suitable way of communication. They should have a sense to be at least polite to say the server is down and can't take the order. I never had such experiences from any KFC and this is the standard which you provide to a customer is way beyond the regular standards of KFC which I expect.

I order on uber 4 peice meal. Uber driver told me they only gave him a pepsi as my order and that's all I got. I got refunded i called they hung up.

Breaks new bylaw by not asking customers IF they'd like a bag, just charges, then refuses to refund. (for context, I was HOLDING the reusable bag in my hand while ordering, not discretely at all either.) Then asked for a refund, as I was holding the bag. They declined bc they were "following the bylaw" and wouldn't take the bag back as my food had already been inside it.

The lady at the drive threw was soooooo rude, she basically threw the food at us.and I was so pleasant.

Why do they think they can give you whatever they want! I asked for crispy chicken second time now got regular & old @$$ chicken

Kfc has gone downhill. I'm surprised they're still afloat. 2 baby chicken piece meal for 12 $! Old and probably double fried fries and jerky chicken only things good about them is the zinger sandwich. But that not good enough to leave a good review

I thought I would give them one last chance, So I got a 10 piece bucket, The food is worse than ever, The chicken literally had no taste at all. There was no flavor in the chicken or the batter. It was just God awful.

You order at the window. Then wait for your food. Server actually brought it out for us, which was nice. Tasted like real KFC, no disappointments here, not like the KFC in Quesnel, BC. Bought chicken several times, over the course of 6 months, but they were not using the KFC coating on the chicken. The chicken tasted like any other greasy chicken, not like the taste we know and love. Thank-you for Real Kentucky Fried Chicken taste, it was Finger Lickin' Good!

I been here many times. They use to have dine in but not nomore. I get it! Its 118 ave. There's a taco bell attached to it.

Yeah, sometimes there's a rough crowd by the bustop, but its more closer to the cibc than the restaurant, also stuff like that don't bother me.

I like to buy the tacos and put my own sauce on it from the latino store about 8 blocks west.

This is one of the worst KFC restaurants out there, They forgot peoples items when ordered for delivery, and when called they make excuses as to why and won't help with getting items that you pay for. I will never order from these clowns again.

I’ve been eating KFC for more than 30 years, I know this chicken is not fresh even the coli of the chicken is to dark KFC chicken colour is light brown, this chicken I know it’s been fried twice maybe from last night to much oily and taste different even my kids know taste different, please KFC head office you need to do something with this branch

The tacos could use more sour cream and meat, they nearly forgot the ketchup, and needed napkins. As for atmosphere, it's 118 ave enough said

Purchased a $12 Famous Chicken Sandwich with bacon and cheese via the drive thru. Got home to eat it and found a extremely dry bun with green mold on the bottom half, overcooked chicken that I couldn't even bite through and more mayonnaise than any sandwich should ever have. Very disappointed by this sandwich from this location and what I feel was an absolute waste of my money.

UPDATE: 5 Years later and it has somehow managed to actually be worse!
This location needs to be condemned. Still no service. The employees look homeless and unwashed. This location is absolutely unsanitary. From the insides of the building to the staff, I'm curious how many people fell severely ill after eating here.
Please for the greater good, demolish this location immediately.service, no one ever seems to, be at the register, they're too busy in the back talking all the time. This location will never see my business again, but since no one ever actually seems to be working there, I doubt management would notice.
This location needs to be either entirely restaffed or just completely shut down.
