The chicken was drowned in batter and after biting it i could only taste the fried batter and crumbs were falling onto my clothes. Chicken was pink inside and not well cooked, and the only seasoning i could taste was salt. Basically almost raw chicken. Waste of money do not go here.

No wifi which is ridiculous.
Always takes soe time before you get served.
Seems to be understaffed.

Service and food is good, and the service crew who takes our order is polite and have a good initiative (Give him a raise)

26 minute wait on a Monday evening. Prices are high and the sizes are smaller. Meh, not amazing. Ordered a 14 piece, lrg popcorn chicken & a lrg fries. The sizes of the larges are half the size now.

This place definitely deserves 0 stars I went into today I my order was at 825 pm the guy said 10 mins so i said ok then 20 mins later still no food 25 mins later I go to the counter they tell me it's not ready yet I said I want a refund got it and left went to Wendy's I ordered a big crunch and large popcorn chicken it should not take 30 freaking mins I would highly recommend do not go to this location until the head office fires the msnger and hires someone else

Worst chicken and fries I ever had. Didn't even taste like kfc chicken. It was also very greasy and overdone.

Don’t go to this kfc. For some reason some items are more expensive here almost more than 2 dollars.

Ordered a very expensive plant based chicken sandwich. Twice the price of other chicken sandwiches there. Tasted phenomenal however not sure it was worth the price. Went through drive through.

This KFC always gives excuses why they don't have the deal that we get in our email. They always allude to the small writing at the bottom "participating restaurants ".

So I ordered from this kfc from door dash and this is what I got a feather in it! Disgusting and disappointing

I made an order and I was to pickup, the customer service rep called me and asked when they would be expecting me. I told them in about 30 mins, but I got there very late and they still attended to me kindly and asked if I needed anything else. How a customer is treated shows how that food company/service industry will succeed which includes building stronger connections with people of the community. And I am definitely satisfied with how I was served. Thank you for your service KFC t’was finger lickin’ good I’ll definitely come back soon!

Service and quality of food has gone down drastically. Food is hard and cold, as if it's been sitting awhile. 2 stars for offering a refund. Horrible KFC!

Let this place go bankrupt. They charge you 1$ for ketchup packets and hot sauce. What a joke. Also the chicken they give you is the size of my thumb.

They charge for dips too with chicken, what a joke better be going to Popeyes.very bad experience overall

Pick up dinner great chicken. Cost was reasonable. Quick easy friendly staff. I will eat here again.

Stopped to pick up a bucket of chicken. 20 pieces. I understood it would be ready immediately. The price was $74 dollars for the chicken and a large gravy.

I was told it would be 7 to 8 minutes for the chicken to be ready and I should wait in the lot.

I saw 6 different people get served while I waited, including 2 who went through the drive thru after I did. After 30 minutes had passed I finally decided to go ask what was going on, and they apologized, however didn't know when my order would be ready. I asked for a refund, and to their credit I was given a refund.

That said, I also didn't appreciate that there was no update given to me, and that they didn't seem to care when I finally went to ask about my food. I understand things can't always be right on time, but the difference between 8 and 30 minutes is quite significant. Particularly when after 30 minutes you're still told you have to wait.

Not impressed and the price is relatively exorbitant for 20 pieces of chicken and gravy. If you want good chicken at a good price go to Seoul fried chicken.

Got a zinger made fresh tastes slimy and slightly freezer burnt was so looking forward to a zinger alas $10 for a overpriced undercooked piece of disappointment

Staff is rude. They are always out of product. Asked for a side of sauce and “due” to shortages they will now allow you sides. Won’t come back to this location.

Pathetic service and they can never get the order right. 6 month ago i went twice in one week. First time i asked for no pickles and they put pickles on it. Which annoyed me slightly but whatever. Second time that week i went and ordered a bacon cheese chicken burger and poutine. I get up to the window, they already are handing me the debit machine and as im about to tap it they tell me they have no bacon or gravy. I pulled my card away and said i need to change my entire order then. Which they did but they were not happy about it cause the manager came to talk to me first since they already started making it apparntly. Im not paying for what you dont have so thats not my problem. That was 6 month ago and annoyed me enough i refused to go again until last night. I went through the drivethrough, nobody was ahead or came behind me. They parked me infront and i saw nobody come or leave at all. It took 28 minutes for me to get my food. How? They told me 13 to make the chicken. Ok fine. Wheres the other 15? And they got it wrong. My big crunch stacker had only 1 patty and my famous chicken i asked for no pickle and it had pickles. 28 minutes to make 2 sandwhichs with nothing else to distract them and they mess it up.sad

Last 2 delivery orders took over 2 hours, store doesn't answer phone when called.
Pick a different KFC or go up the street to Jolibee.

Today I went there to order. The cashier took the orders from others but when it come to me he stop and start moving in the area. So i kept waiting for any one to help but every body seems busy and the cashier person just ignored me and kept walking doing extra thing. Finally he back and asked me with a fake smile saying “ did you ordered ”
Its totally improper way to deal with customers and such attitude is not acceptable
I left the place without ordering and decided never come back again
