Go to Popeye's this place is a greasy mess!
Does KFC even make anything anymore that isn't dripping wet?

Extremely disappointing meal, It's like they dumped all of the seasoning onto the chicken and then overcooked it all. Extremely salty to the point of being inedible.

Ordered delivery service at 6: 35, with a 7: 15 delivery, order arrived at 7: 45, cold and with no contact delivery, which was not requested plus no notification (I was watching for it), it was also incomplete, I had requested gravy that never came. The chicken was as I said cold, but over cooked - don't order from here.

Every time you go through the drive thru you will be told to wait in the parking lot for 15 to 20 minutes.

Bought 10 piece bucket. The chicken looked like it was sitting all day. It was very dry and tasted old. I went there at 6: 17pm and had to wait for my order. Definitely not tender and juicy. I'm disgusted that I had to pay $40 for something I can't eat!

2 chicken wraps and a chicken bowl for me, and my wife had chicken strips and a chicken bowl as well (the bowls were for leftovers, we aren't pigs Lol.
The lettuce in the wraps was fresh, and the chicken was perfectly crispy. Highly recommend.

Said there system was down. Paid online. Wouldn't give me my food. Stole money! Then the people there blamed the online order system instead of saying sorry and giving me my food. I even had a receipt on email and confirmed number

80 minute delivery for a 5 minute drive, plus they didnt even bring everything I ordered. Websites rough as hell to find stuff.

They completey mixed up my order with the 2 guys before me when I did get my order it was still wrong and I've also got the worst bubble guts I've ever had. This store don't even deserve the 1 star review. In fact the store should be condemned.

Ordered through Skip. Most of the meal was okay (lukewarm, but delivery can do that). Chicken was dry and old, and I could tell it had been under a heat lamp awhile. Skin was discolored.
Called the store to make them aware, just received excuses back about how it was busy, Skip driver may have taken too long, etc. Manager eventually tried to make amends, but by that point I just didn't want anything more to do with the store.

Food is always done properly. But I have yet to visit drive thru and not be asked to wait in parking lot. To be fair it could be the plant based burger that causes that though.
Chicken is always cooked properly.
Really wish their app and website worked properly for online ordering though.

Food was good, but had to ask for my drink as they forgot. Also, fries are changed to seasoned fries permantly, and they are far to salty now.

First time we tried this place And LAST. We ordered 10 per chicken, large fries, large GRAVY, large coleslaw. Teller even asked about gravy & was told YES. Got home gee no GRAVY. Chicken burnt & greasy +. Fries stale cold hard. When I called he asked about receipt & guess what no receipt. Sounds like a familiar theme. Then he says we can come get a gravy. Not bloody likely. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere where food may be edible…unfortunately there is not a negative value.

I just paid over $25 for cold dry hot wings and 14 pieces of popcorn chicken with the normal accompaniment of KFC's classic soggy fries.
Honestly should have not returned from the last poor experience but it was my children's last day of school and they asked for KFC.
They were very dissatisfied with poor food, only seven pieces of popcorn in each go box the rest soggy fries.and the wings were NOT fit for consumption. I thought there were QC in place and that food must meet a minimum standards. Apparently not as the wings had to have sat there all day long. They were not edible.

I made a big mistake in trying to come back here again. Prices are absolutely abysmal for what you get (their $5 sliders are hilariously small and I fell for the advertising. I wasn't expecting full sandwiches but this is bad), consistently forgetting things in your order. I drove all the way home, realized the 3-piece I ordered for my mother did not get the gravy that I ordered, drove 20 minutes to get back there, wasn't even in the mood to try and ask for compensation now that my family's food is running cold because they couldn't be bothered to check and make sure everything was there in the order, and all I have is bad impression after bad impression. Don't bother with this location at all. Your money's better spent actually taking the 10-15 minutes from Spruce to West Edmonton for something like Popeyes or something.

This experience has legitimately convinced me to just start cooking my own chicken meals again. Disappointment after disappointment, but nah nah. No more. KFC's gotta go.

Baffled! KFC had no chicken.when your restaurant specializes in chicken and it is supper hour how do you operate on gravy and pop.this place won't be around much longer. Not impressed at all!

What happen to KFC? Extra crispy was terrible no flavor at all and my burger had no flavour as well. Must be new owners or something. Won't be back, so sad.

Ordered a 12 piece extra crispy meal and ALL pieces were dark meat. In addition the chicken itself was not fully cooked and we had to deep fry it at home an extra 5 mins just to eat it. Gravy is nothing more than brown paste.

The last three times we have ordered here what we received could barely be called food. Avoid this location, it is horrible. Now that there is a second KFC in Spruce Grove (which provides much better food) there's no chance we'll come to this one again

Tried kfc for a 2nd time…. I shouldn’t have. The chicken was dry and not fresh. The Mac salad had no flavor. Had to add spices to make it taste better. I will not be going back.

Horrible. Chicken was fried twice, dried out and burned. No spices? It tasted bland, not KFC chicken whatsoever. The Big Crunches (2) - one was soggy and sloppy and tasted like fish, the other was cold and dry which they tried to hide with extra mayo. Thankfully we didn’t order fries/salad. I could just imagine what that would be like. They will never have my business again.

I bought 14 pieces chicken and a large frice today through drive through, on getting home I discovered the chicken they sold to me was reheated, it looks so dry and burnt. This is food poisoning
