Most expensive place to eat for fast food, you would hope they could make the wraps with ones that aren’t dried out and hard. What a joke.

Waiting 5-7 minutes in the drive through with no one in front of me before even ordering. Said hi after 3 minutes but was told to wait more. Food was okay, atmosphere ok, customer service was just odd.

Young lady with glasses and black hair at the drive thru tonight (Oct. 25 around 7pm) made my day with her excellent customer service! Very polite and friendly.the registered cashier name was Edward, unfortunately I could not read her small name tag, but thank you so much!

food was served accurately, fast, and fresh. I will be going to this location from now on.

11: 05 am Friday October 13th. Door says they open at 11: 00am. Made me and another customer wait outside in the cold until 5 mins after they should have opened! No apology, nothing! If you can't be open by 11: 00, then come in earlier, no excuses!

The big crunch combos at lunch are quick and the staff is nice. They probably get minimum wage and no tips.

But if you go there looking for gourmet chicken, ur dumb.

So bad service and very rude person on drive through window especially when you use coupons. I was there at 3: 45pm August 23th

No Tuesday special $3.99 for 2 pieces. Kfc says it is across Canada. Is Red Deer not part of Canada?

Very inconsistent. All of the kfcs in town. We were here through drive through 4 days ago and had a great poutine with great gravy. Came back today to dine in and got served cold clumpy gravy, and to fix it, they just topped more gravy on top. End result wayyyy too much gravy. My fcc was also soggy in some parts:

Order something you want but when you get home you don't get the right meal! And ended up charging us for tap water after we found out they had no bottled water. And over priced went from 21$ to 35$ just for 2 meals

Popcorn chicken bowl.gave me 3 hearty scoops of mashed potatoes, 4 pop corn chicken peices and 11 corn kernels with a tablespoon of gravy and a pinch of cheese.

Pleasant service from Lady at till. I even got to sit next to Colonel Sanders himself. Well, he was a statue in the waiting area on a bench. It was cool

I ordered 3 pieces chicken combo today at 8 pm by drivethru and when I got home What's F.this? Very small chicken look like nuggets to me I never ever go back again

I went through the drive thru on Saturday, March 4 and the service was so bad that I didn’t even stop at the window. First, I pulled in and there was a vehicle as the speaker. Took a long time to get their order placed. Then it was my turn and that’s when it got worse. Put my order for a 3-piece meal with gravy and when I was asked original recipe or extra crispy, I said extra. Then I was asked to wait a minute. I presumed she lady on the other end was seeing if it was available. Then she comes back and gave me the greeting once again asking for me to wait a minute again. Sat there for another couple minutes. With another vehicle behind me, I couldn’t back up so I decided I was going to go through and when I rounded the corner, the vehicle before me was already gone so I decided I’m not stopping. Sorry but you lost my business that day. If you want me back, you have to drastically IMPROVE your service

Me and my gf came in and the hole time we were in there the older blond lady in the back was yelling at the young kid. Who sounded like he was still learning. Probably the last time we ever come in. Ps the chicken tasted like dog water

Im so hungry and after ordering at your restaurant i watched an employee who took my order handling the cash register went straight back to the kitchen and proceeded to make my food without washing his hands in between. I then called him out on it and he became mad at me.

He also told me that they are not required to wear gloves which is turning my stomach. I dont even want to eat the two cripy chicken that just I bought. My appetite is gone. I will not be coming to your restaurants again. Not with your very low food hygiene standards.

Huge shoutout to Alex who came out to the dining area to ask tables how their food was, and if he could get anyone anything. Not something you see at a fast food restaurant!

DO NOT go to this location. They Charge service fee's on substitutions. Plus Do Not post the National wide Deals which are on special and make there own Deals with extra charges.

Popeyes is just 1 block North and Do Not jerk your chain on prices or better deals

Garbage location. Doesn't answer their phone. Refuses to honor province wide coupons. Chooses to specifically exclude plant based option from their coupons, discriminating against the people who would rather have that as an option. Not worth stopping at a private franchise location like this that makes profits the priority over quality.

Picked up 18 piece chicken bucket about 1.5 hours ago VERY disappointed with the chicken. Very little coating on it absolutely no flavour. 4 of us did not want more than one piece. Tasteless! Says KFC on the sign! Can’t be for this the absolute worst chicken ever!

I ordered a bucket chicken by drive thru. I ask if I can have the extra crispy chicken and the person that I was talking to the speaker said they don’t have the crispy chicken. So I asked again for the 2nd and 3rd time if they don’t sell crispy chicken anymore or are they out of stock. Then she was on a silent for 10 seconds and looks like she don’t know what to answer and then she said “I am going to ask and double check”. And then just right after the girl said that to me there’s another person in the back ground yelled and said “you have to wait for 35-40 minutes! ” With the sounds that the other person in the kitchen was annoyed or something that she doesn’t want to thaw and cook that kind of chicken to the customer. What a terrible customer service! So for that lady who will do extra work for the customer…. I decided that I will wait for half hour for her to cook that extra crispy chicken. If it’s not only for that extra crispy chicken I’m not a fan of KFC!
