Every time ive gone I havent had many issues. The main reason I go to this location is because they havent changed their chicken strips like alot of other kfcs have. My main concern is the cleanliness of the restaurant, its usually a bit dirty but besides that the staff are usually somewhat nice and I enjoy the food.

Service is really bad, I have given this store so many handful times a chance, I’ll be extra nice or not be nice it’s the same treatment I get. They treat their customer like a trash. They talked as if we are doing them a favour of ordering there. I just got no choice but to go here as this is the nearest kfc in my house, I was hoping whenever I go there’s a change but none. Same people that served me there has the same amount of rudeness. It’s just sad how they treat their customers here. I literally just got off their drive thru with so much disappointment in my heart. The lady worked at the drive thru who took my order just now is literally yelled at me at the speaker but can just say no they can’t do my request. So rude.

The staff barely understands English and doesn't know what sweet and sour sauce is. Almost doesn't know the menu. Couldn't offer anything

30 minutes in the drive thru. For 3 chicken sandwich. May as well order fro Jay Bs. Way better food same time. Close to the same price.

Very dirty had to ask person to clean a table for us to sit down even though place was empty and employees are just sitting around on they're phones. Fries were extremely salty, pop from the fountain machine was warm and tasted flat. My sons chicken looked like it was refried from the trash. Hopefully health inspector gets here before someone dies from ecoli or salmonella.

I was ordered a thursday special $20,10pcs bucket of chicken, date August 10, time 6: 33pm. Debit Sale Batch #912. (She didnt give me my receipt)
I was requested for a fresh chicken to the cashier, I said I am willing to wait. She said", "we are busy our chicken is fresh". But when I saw my ordered chicken was not crispy, its soggy and I found out its has been cooked since 3pm, its was not freshly cooked. This is ridiculous she fooled me. The cook and the front counter attendant served me an old chicken. This is KFC you have your brand name your employee is not honest to their job. They spoiling the standard of your KFC chicken. In addition, she didnt give me a smile. She smile only to the Canadian Customer waiting in the counter.

KFC is a big brand name. It has a food standards. If you will allow again this kind of service you will loose many customers and your rating will be always one star nor zero. It will end up closing this store, If the owner will not always monitor the employees customer service. The dine in was very dirty. The tables and chairs are not clean and not sanitize. The food counter attendant not even go to the dining to check, theres no que in her counter. Theres many garbages on the floor and the tables are not sanitize. The tables and chairs are messed up. Theres no more customer will attract to buy and dine in to this of restaurant.

These people who work here have to be incompetent. I know middle schoolers who have more sense and could do a better job. DISGUSTING location, they never give you ketchup or napkins they just throw ur meal into bags and chuck it at you. Food is often cold, workers are rude and disrespectful. And you often hear them talking badly about customers since they never turn off their drive thru mic’s and you can hear them gossiping when you walk by. This place is ran by a bunch of clowns.

Receipt 20230706120424. Chicken ridiculously salty and order was incomplete. I returned home with order and telephoned them, telling them of errors. I returned to store with 1.5 hours requesting Store Credit rather than supply portion missing. Their offer was a replacement of missing items and replacement of far too salty chicken. I wanted store credit for later use. That was refused. Terrible chicken, apathetic service. I will not return again - we’ll go to Mary Brown’s.

They only gave us half the food we ordered + the chicken was so salty that even the kids refused to eat it, and they refused to refund us.

The ladies don’t know to ask what the person wants or makes they don’t know something before charging the order and you can’t hear them very well the oil for the fries need changed more often and renovations for the outside driveway and drive through should be updated and costumer service should be way better than it is they act like they don’t care to be there

Today evening I ordered for a bucket of 6 pcs of chickens, coleslaw and macaroni salad, I didn't check at store that's my bad!

When I reached home got fries and Gravy instead of coleslaw and macaroni with the tiny chicken legs/thais! Even I didn't pronounce those two items lol Even though no ketchup no hot sauce either.

C'mon bro, do job properly, listen to your customers. Don't ruin their day.

Customers pay for the services and orders man! It's not a donation by KFC.

Bad! There are two women who work here mornings during the week I think, they are not welcoming but really not. My first time at all, they were the same but I thought to myself that they must have had a bad day but I noticed. That every every time I go there to buy myself food it's the same not welcoming at all and above all don't listen to customers' requests

Ordered 14 piece crispy chicken, they gave us1 PIECE of crispy chicken and the other 13 pieces were regular. It was obviously old cold dry chicken, plus the fries were almost raw! Do NOT recommend this KFC, such a let down, we are so disappointed!

I have been to this KFC a few times, my fault everytime I come here they are rude, the fries are cold and hard, the zinger sandwichs are so hard I can not eat them, the tables floor bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Sunday April 2 I went in with my family, I could not eat my sandwich it had to have been sitting under the heat lamp since they have opened, the gravy was runny would not melt the chezz for our poutin, , the lady's bathroom had throw up in and all around the toilet, snot all over the walls, tables and chairs were dirty with food stuck to them as if it had never been clean. I have managed a KFC for a while I know the expectations that should be done and met.this one is the worst I have ever seen it should be closed, a disgrace to all the other KFC.absolutely disgusting

The "spicey" chicken sandwich wasn't. The service was very good and there was not much of an atmosphere to comment on

Nothing but pure disappointment. The food was disgustingly awful. There was no flavor what so ever in any of the food we ordered. The gravy was the worst thing of all. I basically purchased brown water. If I could give a zero I would.

Called this place because my delivery never arrived from a different kfc.i called this kfc because the kfc the kfc app ordered from closed as it was out for delivery. I was asking for help in regards to whether i can get food reordered off the site from there or a number to call or something.they just kept repeating that i didnt order from there store that i have to call the store i ordered from.
