I payed for 2 zinger sandwiches and they gave me crunch sandwich’s instead I payed 25.00 and didn’t get what I wanted, please don’t go there it will waste your time and money and this is the second time

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. I just never learn my lesson because they are the closest one to my house. I l enjoy KFC from time to time and when I order in other locations, I am usually happy with my food. When I order at this locaton on 23rd ave and Rabbit Hill Road, they always mess up my order. It has been happening for years here. I don't like drumsticks, so I ask for no drumsticks. Not only do the put drumsticks is, they add extra drumsticks and no white meat. The chicken is soggy, greasy and all around horrible. I just hope the next time I get a craving for the 11 herbs and spices, that I remember to go elsewhere. They told me 2x that there would be no drumsticks. Horrible service, over and over since 2010. Never again. If I could give it a lower rating, I would. I would recommend not visiting this location.

These losers never answer the phone.this is the second time in a few months I've tried to call to confirm they are open before driving there. The Answering machine doesn't even say taco bell or KFC oranything. Bunch of management that doesn't care and it comes from the top! So many good brands ruined by bad franchises these days. Hope this place goes out of business. This place has gone downhill since they opened a decade ago.

I had an amazing experience in this location.customer service was outstanding.chicken was great it was fresh and juicy chicken.

Chicken is almost raw inside. Asked for it to be cooked a bit longer skin's was hard crispy and theinside was still red. Just an attitude when I was trying to get his attention, rude. The cashier was nice but couldn't hear what I was saying. The man came and was overly loud a rude. Then spoke in his language with other employees then we got some not so nice looks. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Hopefully thing change in the location. But I've had the same rudeness on 34 Ave. May have to go to Popeyes or Mary Browns from now one. KFC food doesn't have the same taste as it did. Gravy tasteless, uncooked chicken just a shame.

Excellent experience, from walking in the door and being greeted by employee. Crispy Chicken was hot.

The chicken was dry and overcooked. This is not the first time I had a bad meal from this location.

I was charged more than $20 extra at the drive through tonight?
Nobody wants to answer the phone there either?
A 14 pc bucket with 4 sides should be $52.99 and they charged me $74.44?

Got our food. BURNT.absolutely DROWNING in mayonnaise.was so disgusting we couldn’t stomach it and felt very sick.not the first time.about the 5th time.

Very dry and over cooked fried chicken. The worst ever. One tight is missing some meat. Not sure if they use damaged chicken or someone had a bite before hand it to me. Very disappointed.

Super dry and old regular chicken. As you can see there are dark spots on the wings. I also ordered gravy, chicken tender and popcorn chicken and also re-heated buttermilk bread which was too moist. I rarely go to KFC and their regular fried chicken always a disappointment and this branch made it worse. It was better 10 years ago. You should always ask for your receipt when you go to this branch. They won’t give you so you cannot complain that is why I made this review. I should have learned from my past purchases. I came here because Popeyes was closed and this one is open until 1am.

There's usually some minor thing wrong with the order, but this time there's a whole lot. Two spicy sandwiches came out regular. Not to mention the amount of chicken you get in the copycat Popeyes-style Famous Chicken sandwich gets smaller every time, and tonight was no exception. Corn was just dry, unflavoured corn, so that doesn't help.

And this seems like such a stupid minor thing, but it seriously happens exactly every time. If you order something that's supposed to come with a dip, you HAVE to explicitly ask for it. If you don't, they won't just give you a default option, they just won't give you one at all. Imagine you order a combo and then you specifically have to say "don't forget the fries" or you don't get any. I don't know how every different worker manages to forget the dip every time, so i can only assume it's a directive coming down from the owner so he can save ten cents per order and buy himself a monthly massage to help recover from all the hard work he does being so cheap so consistently.

I thought KFC had a standard! Fried Chicken and fries are terrible from this location! I am not going back, Now its your turn to think and act!

Terrible. I ordered a favourite box for one. The fries were cold and soggy as soon as i opened it and i got only 8 popcorn chicken instead of 10.and the drive thru girl had an attitude and didnt give me my drink until i reminded her.never again. I miss when KFC was actually good

Ordered a Double Down, a Zinger sandwich, and two Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunches just after 1AM this morning.

They lied and told me there is only one type of Double Down, when I have ordered spicy Double Downs multiple times at other locations.

The one who prepared our food touched his phone (one of the filthiest things you can touch) and then handled our food right after. At one point he took his gloves off and proceeded to continue to prepare our food and stock taco shells without having washed his hands after removing his gloves. He was also wearing a bracelet. It is against standard food safety practices to wear bracelets or rings while preparing customers' food.

The icing on the cake was that all our food was stale and cold when we got home 3 minutes later and the Double Down was so cold and stale that it seemed like it was made 24 hours ago and then left out in room temperature waiting to be sold.

Apparently the guys who work here don't give a single eff about what and how they serve customers.

Stopped by for a quick big crunch around 4: 20 PM on Thursday. Service was fast but the food was disappointing. The deep fried chicken was stale and there was too much mayo, on both sides of the bun. The chicken must’ve been sitting around for a while.also Louisiana hot sauce is better than Taco Bell hot sauce. So much for my old time favourite. Disappointing

I'm really shocked that KFC actually selling frozen extra tasty crispy chicken. Such an awful version of fried chicken. If the KFC founder Colonel Harland Sanders was still alive, he would have a heart attack knowing that his recipe was sabotaged!

Sitting in restaurant right now with my daughter, only ones here. I had to clean a table to sit down all of them were dirty. Food came fast bit very disappointed it was cold. Also it's freezing in here

Food was okay but kinda of disappointed they forgot my chicken sandwich that was supposed to come with my ultimate bacon box. And waited awhile to even get the food then to drive home and not have everything.

Ordered online through the KFC app to this location. It took my money but my order was never delivered and they don't answer their phone. Update: store called me back 1 hour after I called and 2 hours after I put in my order to tell my they were still waiting on a driver. I just asked for a refund. See if it comes.

WORST LOCATION EVER! Please dont go this this location as the food is not fresh and the manager is way too rude. Too much attitude. And he does not know how to treat his customers! Literally spent $15 and had to throw away the food as he would not change it. Worst philipino manager! Worst location!

Super friendly and polite (especially the gentleman at the register) staff. Barely any wait time for a big family order and order was made correctly.

Terrible experience at the drive through. I pulled up to the speaker and didn't hear anyone talking. I said hello a couple of times no response. I decided with cars behind me that I'll just order at the takeout window. I get there and theres a lady that is clearly confused because she thought I had the order for the car behind me.

I order, pay, and then the the lady tells me I should speak up next time. I'm at a drive through where all of your orders come through the speaker? I don't think it's my responsibility to man the speaker or ensure my order goer through.

Oh and pretty mediocre not my first or fourth choice chicken from a chain. Lots of much better places in Edmonton - even the supermarket (freson) sells better fried chicken that doesn't leave you hating your guts looking at the congealed oil at the bottom of the carton after you finish your meal. Went here only because I really didn't have any other option nor was it for myself.

Ever time it's like that, come on guys. Why your chicken pieces are so small and why you are not friendly? What am I paying for? Hate to say it but it's one of the worst KFC I've been in. Sorry guys, but you should change your attitude.

Pieces seem to be getting smaller and smaller. It’s a hit and miss here. Sometimes it’s great sometimes it’s very greasy and oily.

The staff is pretty friendly, service time are usually pretty fast, they’ll let you know if it’s going to take a while. When it does take a while it’s because they are busy.

I am giving only one star after this incident. This afternoon i went to this location to pick up skip order. One Asian staff offered me a drink and gave me a empty glass to fill. That poor guy was bashed by a white guy for doing the same. That was very rude behaviour and i really felt sorry for him. I am sure he will know abt this incidence. Excellent customer service for an asian guy. You are a wonderful team member. And i hope management takes an action. Its just a drink.

No ability to place online puck up order through app or internet. Would not honor the prices that appear online. Tried to inquire via phone before heading there but no answer on multiple tries. Customer service was very poor. Will not be going back to this location.

I have realized that this KFC has repeated produced small Famous Chicken Sandwiches. Other locations around town have larger proportions compared to this KFC location. I'm not posting this after 1 or 2. My review is after having 6 from this location (different occasions) and a ton around the city. I went there today and I thought they made a big crunch.

Never had a bad experience, definitely a go to for fried chicken since it's close to where I live. Always quick and delicious! Get the extra crispy, seems to be more fresh.

I have never seen anyone treated with so much disrespect from this outlet by the "So Called Manger" I have lived in Windermere for over 8 years and in Riverbend for the remaining years of my life. This man should not be a Manager if he doesn't know ABC of Customer Service.

The taste in this Terwillegar was terrible, they don't have crispy one, and the food is not fresh, ver oily, stay away from this location

Stopped for a late supper. Places was very clean and staff were attentive. Front sidewalk and wheelchair ramp to get to parking lot was very slippery. Needs more attention before someone gets hurt and sues.

Fresh chicken and fries were made when I pled in our order. Helpful and pleasant staff and great service. Family enjoyed dinner. Will be returning soon to get me some more yummy chicke.

Quality of the Chicken was so bad. They prepare everything ahead of time and it's never fresh. I thought it's just an instance earlier few weeks back where I felt like this but this time I make my point very clear, this is not the right location of choice for KFC chicken. Anyone who would like to have KFC chicken, better not try this location. I will refrain from visiting this KFC location anytime in future. When I asked the employee for how this is done in 2 minutes after my order for the whole bucket of chicken, employee responded just for this 9 PC's we cannot make a fresh one which would take 20 - 25 minutes. Totally a frustrating and a disappointing experience for the second time here.

They sold us dry cold chicken which was clearly past its holding time. You would think that at 5: 45pm it would be fresh product, what a big disappointment. Maybe they're keeping the expired product for to go orders, more difficult to complain.

Food is ok sometimes but dont offer to sell chicken if u cant sell it ten min before u close even if customer is willing to wait

The quality of the chicken was bad. Greasy and the chicken leg meat was black in places. Don't know why I went here, should know better. At one time I suppose KFC was good, but not anymore. Avoid.

Hated this Terwillegar location! Practically threw out the chicken when we got home from the driverhru rather than eat it. Disgusting! Will never eat KFC again

A bit dissappointed ordered two meals received it on a tray sat down. No condiments looked for them had to get back in line to request them. Sat down no fork for my salad back in line. Sat down seriously no napkins back in line. Chicken was good.

This place used to be decent but now it's just straight up disgusting. The quality of the chicken is inedible, based on the meat quality I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they got shut down if the health inspectors game.

They obviously prepare everything ahead of time and keep the chicken in a heat drawer. This has happened at 2 different locations so it is most likely company policy and not the fault of the employee. Stop remembering how good it used to be and start ordering from somewhere else!

Your organization is an imbaresment when I go to a Terwilliger location pay too much and they are missing half my order is a rip off how hard is it to give proper customer service do not go to this location

Food is whatever the quality has gone down and they need to try to have less grease on there food, sometimes u can go 30 min before they close and they dont even have chicken and try to sell u something else, no thanks i have been going to popeyes ever since then its a but more but worth every bit

Slowest drive thru service ever. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru line (3 cars in front of me) then was told to wait around the building for my food after I ordered. Waited another 20 mins and still didn’t receive my order. Went inside and had to pick it up myself. Terrible customer service. Consistently the slowest Drive thru every single visit. If you’re ordering anything more than a drink, be prepared to waste an hour of your life.

This place is a joke lately, wait times are a joke! Got home and was missing items from my order and got pretty much all sauce barely any meat in my meal. U cant serve just the tortilla cheese and a dash of meat! Never thoutho i'd end up writing a review about this place but im fed up with this location.

The food was good and priced reasonably but my question is why a chain restaurant would play Christian rock? Aren't we supposed to be a more inclusive society now? This is very disrespectful to other faiths and people like me who just want to eat and not be pestered by religious indoctrination.

Just FYI, this location is still open during Reno's, however the only way to order is through the drive through.

Picked up an order got home and ended up a meal short. Called the store and asked management to get back to me... Nothing. Won’t ever take my family to ANY KFC again, too many other chicken joints that offer better customer service. It’s sad cause a few small satellite locations are costing KFC a lot of money in customer turnover.

I visited this establishment a little while back because I was craving some Taco Bell but didn’t have much time being I was supposed to be heading for an appointment soon. I was the only customer in the line and there were maybe three others already eating. I stood right at the till and waited for over ten minutes while staff members walked right by me and never greeted me or said hi or anything. I finally made eye contact with a couple employees but they seemed to ignore the fact that I was waiting to order. After another five minutes I left. I was very irate about the whole situation and I don’t think I will ever return. It was very rude and unprofessional treatment as far as I’m concerned. Learn how to act like a professional eatablishment.

UNBELIEVABLE. 7: 45 pm and this KFC was out of chicken and wanted me to wait 25 mins.not sure what type of clowns work there. But typically this is dinner time.

Tried this for the last few times and it was ok. Today I had a 4 piece plus fry coupon. In a 4 piece you always get 2 white meat and 2 dark meat. Well this place gave me 2 drumsticks and 2 thighs. Not happy at all. No where on the coupon does it say dark meat only, even in the coupon picture you can see a chicken breast. Brutal, not going here again, must have a cheap owner.
