Gave this location other chance thinking customer service maybe better but never right, old dry over cooked chicken, went back see supervisor and question tell me what's wrong with chicken and was surprised she said it burned, why the F you gave me when you know it's no good. F our dinner time. No sorry. Not happy customer when I don't live in city and find food no good, will go tomorrow see owner

Biggest complaint is to much grease on the bottom of the bracket and makes the last pieces of chicken suck

The new nuggets are not worth the cost, save yourself the time and skip these. The chicken was once again over done and keeps getting smaller at this location. Also what is with the open top fries containers, these are just silly.

If I could give less than one star I would. They ripped me off on pricing on almost every single item I ordered claiming despite advertised price on their site that “their prices had increased” and wouldn’t honour their advertised price but then the two items they didn’t rip me off on they never bothered to put in my bag. When I called to ask to have them delivered to my home as I didn’t have time to go back there and get them they told me there was no delivery driver yet I can go onto their site right now and order delivery from them. Worst customer service ever and the food was mediocre at best. So much sauce on the burger that it was dripping out of the bun and the fries were completely flavourless. Food wasn’t even hot. It was lukewarm. Not one person in my family finished their food. Total waste of money and got lied to and ripped off on top of it. Won’t be returning that’s for sure.

It was mostly all good. Fresh food, good service, decent place.
However - the chicken pieces were so small, So Very Small. I was a bit shocked
I had a 4 piece combo, and was still hungry afterwards.

I have never been left hungry after a 3 or 4pc at other KFC's.
That is my only complaint.

Think I'll try a different KFC next time.

Specifically Ivan from this restaurant was rude and impatient, and actively raised his voice at me, he seemed like he did not wanna be there, plus he gave dirty looks all throughout, the worst experience with customer service I’ve ever had.

Phoned in an order while driving up the highway from Calgary to be picked up in 15 minutes. When I got there expecting my order to be ready, I was told they ran out of chicken and would have to wait another 20 minutes because they served everyone else before my order.
What is the point of phoning ahead for pickup if they don’t prepare it to be ready for you? ! Very poor management.

We ordered boneless bucket instead of fries just gravy and 2 snack size beef tacos. Unfortunately, they gave us wrong order 1 beef tacos and boneless bucket with fries and gravy.we asked specifically boneless bucket with gravy instead, not only that took 15 minutes for our order to come out and prioritize the truck behind us it there order first before us. I went to spoke with supervisor on duty, she said that our order has chicken popcorn that had to be cooked as per order, whoever the order takes didn't mentioned that. I asked the supervisor if she is in my situation " r you gonna be happy for the delay and wrong order? " she replied, " NO".

One of the worst experiences with fast good they completely messed up my pickup order twice and I talked to who they said was the manager and they just were not pleasant or helpful.

The worst kfc I’ve ever tried, I’ve given this location several chances as I hoped maybe it was just a bad day. But the last time I came in they forgot my popcorn chicken and strip, also I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich got a regular. Called in spoke with AJ the manager, he’s as useless as the dude taking the order at the till.
What a pathetic establishment.

I couldn't be more grateful for the incredible staff at KFC/Taco Bell in Leduc. I unfortunately lost my wallet while visiting their store, but thanks to the extraordinary kindness of both the staff and a considerate customer, my wallet was promptly turned in. When I realized what had happened, I quickly returned to the store, and to my utmost relief, the staff had safeguarded my wallet with all its contents intact. Their honesty and integrity truly amazed me. I am immensely thankful for their efforts in ensuring the safe return of my belongings. The exceptional level of care and service I received from the staff at KFC/Taco Bell in Leduc goes beyond words, and I wholeheartedly commend them for their outstanding professionalism and compassion.

Price was good. Good was good. Atmosphere was good, I was the only customer inside at the time. The AC isn't working

Never again was craving chicken and hadn’t had KFC for some time. Well should have gone else where very small orders for big price they use just tenders and they were dry the popcorn chicken was four small bits and fries was maybe a hand full very bland in flavour well there was no flavour next time I’ll buy a whole chicken at the store and have enough for a couple of meals and money left over

I've never been so afraid to leave a positive 5 star review. I am aware that people that have been middle class for 3 generations are struggling financially, and they take out their frustrations on staff. They also can be scammers. But I am overwhelmed by the superior food and service that we got tonight! KFC made our last order right. The manager didn't make things weird. This has never happened to us before. The staff should be so proud to work for such an amazing company. The Extra Krispy Bucket deal equalled Aunt Polly's southern fried chicken in Disneyland! I figured you guys saved me $6000.00 trip to Anaheim CA. Pat yourselves on the back! You have renewed our loyalty!

Horrible and they haven't gotten it right for awhile now. Until there is some new management and better food we will be boycotting this place. Our food was terrible and they took no responsibility for that. Spend your money on a better restaurant.

I recently bought extra crispy chicken from here, the manager spoke well but the chicken was not worth it because the chicken looked stale, one side of the chicken was crispy and the other side was very doughy and uncooked, the meat was tough and very chewy. Half of the order was throw Into the garbage, It was not worth it!

Service was fine, food tasted good but the size of the chicken pieces has gone ridiculously small. They compare buying chicken nuggets. KFC has always snuck in a smal piece when I ordered a 3 or 4 piece original chicken. But now it's all small. Why even use such a large box? If you want to stay in business don't cheat your customers with small pieces of chicken.

Big shoutout to the night staff that worked on Thursday night. My kids flight was delayed and I placed and order to be picked up at 7: 45pm. At the end I picked it up at 9: 35pm, Even though they closed at 9: 30, they waited for me to pick it up. YOU guys ROCK!

Tried it recently and it was garbage. If your looking for the 11 herbs and spices, that flavour is long gone people. 7/11 has better tasting fried chicken than this place. Will not be back
