Wow! The staff was very friendly and I got my food order at what felt like a snap of a finger. We were so impressed. The food was hot and fresh and even though I live on the west side, I’ll be coming here. Great job guys!
After 25 mins waiting for our food, I asked how much longer. She said didn't anyone tell you how long nuggets take. And told me 6 more minutes. It seems like they deal with the skips drivers first then drive through. Then dine in orders when ever they get around to them. If this is your big promotion now, why does it take over 30 mins to get them.
They had me sitting in the drive-through for 10 minutes and I couldn’t even order so I just backed out and I left. Thanks for wasting my time. There was also nobody else in the drive-through or in the store.
They can’t seem to get the order right at the drive through, ask for gravy … get potato salad, they ask what kind of sauce you want and then don’t give you any. I mean, is this so complicated? Chicken tasted fine, fries were okay, macaroni salad was very good.
Faced some difficulties while ordering in the drive-thru due to some system / speaker issues, but the staff was quick to apologize for the service problem.
Very poor customer service at the Lethbridge Mayor Magrath location. We were shorted several chicken after waiting a long time when told it would be a 14 minute wait. They tried to pass off 4 hot wing sized chicken as "regular" sized I called and the manager offered to replace them the next day since we don't live in Lethbridge. When I went back the next day to pick up the missing chicken, I was barely listened to, then blatantly ignored. I contacted the head office and got a call a few days later. I was promised that the manager would contact me, still haven't heard back.
The drive through moved incredibly slow. When we finally got from ordering to the window. They took our payment and walked away. After about 5 mins they came to to the window and said it would be 6 more mins (!) for chicken strips, and asked us to pull around to the front.
We sat out front for about 15 mins before I went in. Once inside, I had to wait for another 5 or so mins. The restaurant was very slow, I can't fathom why an order of chicken strips and fries should take more than a half hour.
Nobody seemed bothered or rushed to help me at all. The woman who eventually handed my my food didn't offer a thanks or an apology. Situation could have been. Made infinitely better by someone even acknowledging how inexcusable the wait was. Big thumbs down.
We sat in the kfc for over a hour being told our chicken would be ready in 5 minutes every 15 minutes we asked. 5 different people got their food before we did and we were here before them.we ended up having to leave and eat in our car because we were told it would take 20 minutes and we could eat in here but it was closed by the time we got our food.
We ordered 4pc chicken but what we got is 4 piece chicks. I guess they don’t care about customer satisfaction anymore. This is the nth time that we were serve with these. You won’t get your money’s worth in this store anymore.
Food was really oily looked like it was cooked more than once couldn't eat it staff would not exchange it last time i go there i wish A&W would still sell chubby chicken
We ordered large pop corn and gravy that took 23 minutes! Popcorn that is only few minutes to cook. Gravy that needs a hot water. Never again in this branch!
I will not go there again. They have downsized everything and increased their prices substantially. For a chicken sandwich, it is about two and a half inches long. A piece of chicken that has been sitting there forever. The o ly good KFC was on the north side and they are closed for good.
We ordered a six piece bucket of chicken with fries and gravy. The gravy was terrible.tastes like flour, nothing like the original version. We got 3 thighs and 3 legs in our order. What the hell kind of mutant chicken is built like that? And whatever happened to the 11 herbs and spices? The chicken was tasteless. The only thing that was good were the fries. We spent over $30 for this lunch. Not worth it and not going back.
This is the second time I ordered extra crispy chicken, they ask if I’m willing to wait, and I said yes, but when I got home, half of the chicken in a bucket is too dark to call it freshly cook, I am a cook myself for over 20 years now, and I have never done that in my entire career. (Cheat customer) Attention KFC Magrath Lethbridge new owner. You must train your staff well, specially kitchen staff.
