Say away from here.the service is horrible went in ordered the deal for what looked like 20 Pieces of chicken large Gravy for 20$ Thursday special they eneded up given me 10 pieces.and I had to wait 30min for it and they never told me it would be a 30min wait time.and then he told me all thay have is white meet.then don't sell food if you don't have it.never go here again total waste of my time and money

Arrived several minutes before closing, team was seen active around counters. I approached the doors and they had already secured the inner access doors prior to close. Never had this problem accessing restaurant during operating hours for the MacLeod Trail location or getting a late dinner on the way home from work.

I Enjoy coming here. Mason always has a big smile, always energetic and it is infectious.
I dont want to hear anyone say "kids now days! "
With more like Mason us old folks will be in good hands.

Avoid this location. They don’t pay attention to the orders. Twice now I’ve ordered a two piece (white pieces) and received a drumstick and thigh yet charged for the white pieces. Don’t trust them and they don’t answer the phone

Generally decent service and food for this KFC location. Order in advance to save queue waiting time.

Very poor service. Ordered the extra crispy chicken. After 15 20 min wait I'm finally asked if I want reg chicken as it takes 15 min. For extra crispy. Wasn't told this when I ordered. Very disappointed in KFC

I really like the New Staff they hired. He made sure that there were Fresh Fries and Chicken dor me.

This place is always busy and the staff is working so hard to keep up. They need more help but the food is always decent.

It's a KFC so the food is generally what you expect I just would not advise on getting the twister! The restaurant isn't the cleanest in the dinning area but they are usually pretty busy so might just be a lack of sufficient staff on duty.

Quick and okay it's what you expect from KFC, but on busy days the wait times do get to be 20-30 mins per order.

Lined up out the door when I came. They are just flying through orders and the young man behind the counter is super friendly and calm. I only waited a few minutes even though about 8 people in front of me.
