Popcorn chicken was nasty
and tasted like processed meat. What happened to the real chicken? Will never go again.

We stopped for a quick bite on the way through. Two humans and a cat shared the 6 chicken tenders meal. All were very satisfied.

The staff here is friendly as ever i highly recommended this place to every one. Lost my phone and she found it for me. Highly recommended food was great, but the wait was a little long bit that was because there a little understaffed

Smells like a dead rat in here all the time. Chicken also tastes not great. The stench is bad

Real run down spot in need of renovation, staff didn't really seem to care about the quality of the food or processes of making it. 40 Minutes to enjoy a cold sandwich and somehow loosing one of our orders. Nice! This kfc needs work.

I was told Stettler KFC was better than most, but I didn't get that. The chicken had little to no spices and barely a coating. Probably won't make the drive for here again

I love KFC chicken. It's honestly the best fast food chicken out there. That being said this location is really in dire need of a renovation. It looks like is falling apart on the outside and inside. The corporation needs to lend a hand in doing some updates. The service is sometimes a hit or a miss. Some of my favourite staff no longer work there.

Valorie is always very friendly and professional when she’s on the till. Great customer service.

Why do I never learn.
Work out of town and I usually love fried chicken.
Give KFC another shot.

Pre ordered food
4 piece chicken all white no wing and up sized fries.
They initially couldn't find order, then got a print out of it and put order together.

Got back to hotel

Store is ancient and it takes forever for your food to be ready even at peak/dinner time. Food was good for the 15 minutes it stayed in my belly.

My vehicle was broken down across the street. It was going to be hours before a tow truck came to tow me back to Camrose. The manager offered me free fries and a seat to stay out of the heat while I waited. They were a ray of sunshine on a very bad day and the only way I can thank them was to make this review. Keep up the good work and thank you so much for helping an out of towner!

Best KFC in central Alberta
We drive an hour (one way) just to enjoy the wonderful tasting chicken.

Friendly and courteous staff

Saw they are hiring, so if you have been looking for a job and wish to join a team of lifeless and soulless zombie worker who show zero interest or desire in any aspect of the job; congratulations! You've found the right place for you!

Honestly though, I've never in my life seen four workers so uninterested in every aspect of the job they were doing, and not just with the customers. They were walking away while being talked to by customers and fellow staff members. Would mumble a question and then not wait for a reply. Disappeared in the middle of us ordering only to bring out four salads and place them in the cooler. Then, she stared at me blankly when I asked a question about a size option not printed on the menu overhead.

The elderly ladies who ordered right after I did had an answer given to them in a very condescending fashion.

Is smoking bath salts still a thing in Stettler?

Love stopping in this location very friendly staff.a nice place to have a quick snack or take some home.

Stopped here on the way to Edmonton. Does the parent KFC even know this franchise exists? How can they not have been required to renovate in the last 20 years? ! Staff is unfriendly, place is a mess. Food was edible; so I will give 2 stars vs. 1 star. Do not spend money here, awful experience.
