Good plant based sandwich, expensive and where is the lettuce, boy are they cheap with that.

I used to go there and the food was fairly good. However, I went a week ago and it was the worst fried chicken I ever had! Again I went there and tried to give it another chance and ordered 14 pieces and it literally was **disgusting! ** I was really embarrassed
that I have to gather my friends for that food! Note: THAT BLACK LIQUID IS OIL

Always good food and selection of menu items. Friendly staff, good service and nice clean restaurant

What is going on with the coleslaw at this place? The carrots were soft like gum. Could put a fork through it like it mashed potato. The chicken was good and service was fine but the coleslaw the last 2 times has been flat out disgusting

I've been eating at this location and others around Lethbridge for years, and its become apparent that we have new owners, who have adopted the "reduce quality, make another. 5% profit! ". Through numerous orders, the flavor is gone, watered down breading, weak gravy, even the pop is without flavor.lol

Food is cooked fresh, never reheated like some other locations. I highly recommend this location over the others. Because they don't compromise on quality. 110%

This address deserves 5 stars bcuz after their delivery driver delivered to the wrong address, the female manager remade the order and personally delivered to us. Thank you to her!

They asked if i wanted a regular chicken sandwich or spicey i said regular but we got spicey my husband couldnt eat it i paid for gravy and didnt get it either.

Incredibly slow when going through the drive thru, only had one person in front of us and the restaurant was empty

I’m sorry to say but this was the worst experience we have had. Our order took over 25 mins to receive which when we got home with it we got to find out our fries were cold, chicken was not cooked fully, chicken was slimy. 10 piece chicken and all we got to eat was a drumstick and a wing. The rest was too greasy and not to mention way to red in the centre to try and eat the others. My husband like the skin normally but not this time. It got ruined for us both. What a waste of money. We never eat out and this doesn’t make us want to anymore.

Got entire order wrong, overcharged me, took one bite of a drumstick and immediately spit out because it tasted putrid.

I go to KFC on 3rd, near the Old Watertower, in Lethbridge because their food is served hotter and crisper than the KFC on Mayor Magrath South. The young guy at the window is very good, asks if you want ketchup. I always get salt & pepper for my 4-piece meal.

Too much change to the spice in the chicken and gravey no longer tastes the way KFC used too. Had fantastic taste now just kind of mediocre

We used the drive thru for an order for my step dad and the staff who served us was extremely pleasant and provided great customer service

Ordered a combo and didn't even get half of the things I should have.
They shorted me my side and popcorn chicken, then gave me the wrong receipt so I couldn't even do anything about it.

I recommend going to Mary Browns or Popeyes instead. If you need KFC I'd say do not use the drive thru, so that you can check your order before you drive away.
