I got a wrap combo in the Drive-Thru my fries were burnt my wrap had a little bit of lettuce no tomato no sauce and the inside of the chicken was pink absolutely disgusted will never go back to this location again

Second time they missed the fries on my order.when ever you go by 8.30 pm they will post it will take 20 mins.very rude staffs.poor quality food as well

Honestly, this is the worst KFC in Edmonton. Its ran by teenagers who do not care. This is litterally the only KFC in Edmonton where there is a serious chance they will tell you "we are out of chicken"

This KFC location is awful. Need to check your order every time especially take out. They will cut corners. Here is one example.

Worst food experience in edmonton no butter for biscuits plus? Owner lied and said butter was on the biscuits as they came in box Not True.i wasted 5.00 chicken tastes like warm CARDBOARD what a joke.staff not friendly look like they hate their job they threw tacos out SAD. This is the worst kfc store I ever visited. Food not fresh, cold. Hard to eat. Never go to this place again.

Called ahead since they always make me park and wait. For 10 pieces. Anyway, I had one request, no drumsticks. Manager said no problem. They gave me four. But the real problem is that the chicken were all white and soggy. Very little breading, and no crunch to the skin. They seemed like they were boiled and not fried. The bottom of the bucket was covered in oil. I feel like the manager chose the worst pieces he could find and put them in the bucket. Including drumsticks. I won’t be coming back. I’ve given them too many chances. Each time has been a negative experience.
