Food was cold and the order was short product. Found the staff to be not very attentive to order request. Had to repeat the order 3 times.

Chicken was juicy today! Not too much of a wait and it wasn’t too busy either.this location is very bright and seems newly renovated or something.a bit expensive, but look for the deals on certain days or in the app to save

We got the 14 piece for the family, and it was so gross. Took so long to get our meal and They forgot one of the sides, so we had to go back for it. The gravy was absolutely horrendous. The chicken was so greasy, it was dripping oil. And over cooked. There was no potato salad for an option. The fries were cold and chewy. If I could give 0 stars i would.

Food always good, service excellent, staff very curtious, owner always speaks to all her customers. I go usually once a week.

Chicken was overcooked and very fatty. Fries were ok. Gravey was tasteless. Very expensive and very disappointing

I think the lack of the drive thru makes them take their time with things. It’s lunch time so peak period. You’d think I can get a chicken sandwich before my 30 min lunch break ends? Nope. Should’ve ordered skip since that seems to be the priority and not the customers who drive there.

The last two times My husband brought home food from there, I was adversely affected. So we no longer buy from that particular restaurant.

@William Wensley - I got some gravy with my chicken yesterday and it was watered down and no flavor. I am not sure if it was the chicken or the gravy, but I spent all night in the bathroom. SO I would never order from here again and don't risk your health on going here. It was the only thing I ate that day So I know it was the food from here.

Does this place water down their gravy or substitute their own? Clearly does not taste like KFC gravy or consistency. This place is like prison food. Not really a treat at all. Just weird tasting for everything.

Staff are not very helpful and professional! You pay too much for what you order and food is not up to KFC'S standards

For 25 years I have lived near so went to this location.and it continues to get worse! Even called KFC Canada but that was/is also pointless - evidently they DON'T care for customers eating half cooked chicken. Well maybe health inspection will? How stupid to lose customers over such terrible practices, not listen, address or respond - then you deserve to go out of business!

The best service KFC in Calgary area during kfc.ca sale $2 for two pisces and fries per person on the 22th 02 2022, no hustle you can buy as many as you want, the new location at Harvest Hill the worst service did not want to honour the sale.

You either have the crispy-spicy chicken or YOU DON'T? I have a feeling they ONLY GiVE you the crispy-spicy one when you order full PRiCE menu. When you order the special PRiCE items they tell you they don't have the crispy chicken. It's a shame. They FiNALLY started making a decent tasting FRiED chicken (crispy-spicy). But they won't GiVE iT to you.

If u have extra time to wait then u come here otherwise do not come here. Staff is very rude they have no manners how to talk with someone. Front girl and one back girl they leave there work and come to front then argu with customer. I never seen this type things

I placed an order for pickup on skipthedishes. When I arrived my order wasn't ready. I gave the number and my name and they couldn't find it and told me it was for the following day. I normally order for delivery and now I feel bad for the skip drivers.

This location is awful. Always something missing or incorrect, from sides to entire sandwiches. I strongly suspect that on at least one occasion the food here has made us all sick. The last time we ordered for pick up we paid for two sandwiches and received one. When we called to correct the mistake the answer we received was "Well, I made two! " and that was it. We had to drive back and pay for a third sandwich, only ever receiving two.

Within an hour of our food getting cold everything smelled spoiled like very very old rotten grease. We did not partake in leftovers and we will never give this dumpster fire another chance.

Can't order food with cash, thanks guys. Not only has the food gone downhill but you restrict who you serve to. Never again.

I've been going to this KFC location for a long time. The quality has always fluctuated. But today, I ordered the Kentucky Bucket. The fries were so dry, and there was a huge pool of oil at the bottom of my bucket. The worst part was, all 6 of the chicken strips tasted like CIGARETTE SMOKE. It was so strong, I couldn't even get a bite in. I'm very disappointed.

I was so impressed on how the service and food quality changed a lot in this location. Today I went home happy after a very friendly cashier welcomed me as if I am a long lost friend that came back! Seriously that friendly conversation made my day today. Then to my surprise, when I opened the bucket of chicken it was smelling so good, tasted so good, that I wanted to come back again, and again. Great job there guys! I will for sure come visit you more frequently.

Well it's fast food and they are everywhere. A good location for persons on the NE and NW area out on the deerfoot path way. Driving home my son need something to eat and he loves popcorn chicken. So when I checked there was nothing between McKnight and Livingston except a turn off to 64 Ave heading west. The service was prompt. I've been back once and still great service.

DON'T ORDER HERE! Terrible service. No fork for poutine. No napkins. No can of pop in the bag like kid at front said it would be. One star for the poutine which was good BUT I'm now I'm a little worried because I ate that first and then opened the spicy chicken sandwich.it was grey!?

Very bad customer service! I called 20 minutes before to ask if spicy chicken is available, and Said yes! When I got there they said need to wait 20 minutes because she forgot to perpare the spicy chicken! Unprofessional service

Disorganized, out of stock on menu items, miss mobile orders, staff handle money and then food products, drink machine is disgustingly dirty putting dark floating chunks in drinks, shorted on pieces of chicken and the list goes on.
Lastly the washroom is closed to public so hand washing is not available.

Go to another location as this location is not managed well.

I ordered Double Bucket meal, it's comes with 8 pieces in the meal. When I got home and opened the box, only 6 pieces. I called to the store and let them know only 6 pieces instead of 8 pieces. Girls name in the phone Ianah told me the manager put in 8 pieces. Sounded like accused the customer is lying. Even told the customer bring back the boxes. This store the managment so bad. Snowy day I need go back and get my 2 pieces of chicken.

How could you be out of extra crispy five minutes after you open? Diarrhea is what I got out of the deal

It's great to have this KFC so close by. I can easily make a quick trip over whenever I crave some KFC.

Every time I have gotten food at this KFC, the staff have always been friendly and patient. During the crazier promo days such as $2 big crunch, $2 famous sandwich, and Tuesday specials, they are very efficient and gets you through the lines quickly.

For this particular trip, I grabbed a Spicy Big Crunch sandwich and a Spicy Zinger sandwich.

I have never figured out what the difference was. Now I know. The Big Crunch is made of white meat and is thicker. The Zinger is made of dark meat and is much thinner. The breading is also different between the two.

After trying both, I definitely prefer the Big Crunch. You get a much better bang for your buck. Plus, the sandwich is just overall better balanced in flavor and texture.

Always good staff. Chicken is hot, fresh, juicy UNLESS you place an order *between* the usual lunch and supper rushes and then it's often dried out and only warmish (has been sitting on a warming rack since the last rush?).

No service waited 25 mins over pickup time. No one cared. No free drink or anything for waiting either.

Check your order before you leave. They consistently short me on the number of pieces of chicken.

They really need to work on educate their staff better, especially they have plant based vegan product come out. The staff I called via phone order doesn’t know they have vegan product now which is disappointed.

Go to place for KFC. This location has been around for a very long time, so it's refreshing to see the interior was renovated and well maintained. Service was very friendly and the chicken was pretty good, up to KFC standard.

The bucket of chicken was swimming in grease. I get that is it deep fried but I dont recall ever seeing so much grease in the actual bucket. It was like they just dumped a cup of the oil in the bucket. It was the first bucket I ordered in a decade and the last. So disgusting.

After eating here I had the runs and I was in a situation where a toilet wasn't available so i had to pop a squat and squeeze one out in the bushes

Poor excuse for a KFC.fries look and taste like they did not see a fryer.only small size gravy and was not KFC gravy.was beef gravy powder horrid taste.waste of money.

I am not impressed with the delivery. I placed an order and it took an hour and a half to receive when I was told that it would be no longer than 40 minutes. When I called the location, all that was said that the delivery was on the way. No reason was given. I will not be ordering from here again.

I went there since im craving for their chicken and follow social distancing only few people waiting inside. I was lining up to order and i was 2nd next in line then the rude guy in the till ordered 3 of us to go and wait outside. ITS RAINING. I told the RUDE GUY, we were following the distancing, and said to us arrogantly, WHAT SHOULD I DO? !

Order from here frequently, and generally have good experiences, although there have been occasions where items are missing. Was missing a macaroni salad, forks, and some popcorn chicken and the manager/supervisor was quick to resolce the situation for me. I appreciate the great customer serviced!

Ordered a meal with a poutine charged me for it. Charged me for it. Called to complain. Denies it. Gave me cold fries instead. The gentleman after me ordered a meal no drumsticks and recieved 2 drumsticks. HORRIBLE LOCATION DO NOT BUY

I came here all the time before, and just stop coming during COVID-19. Today's cashier is the worst I have seen. No ketchup, no napkin. Nothing in bag, and he even didn't ask what you would like to order. Just collect your coupon and let you pay the bill. So disappoint today. Anyway, the other staff are good.

Thursday special is good. 10 pieces of dark meat chicken and a medium fries for 15 is a good deal. Customer service is not really good, as the management tried to train their new hires at rush hours which delayed the lineup badly.

Staff are polite and friendly. I think service is quite good. However as I observed in general with products of kfc recently, is that their food quality is really not as impressive as before. However I think that this branch is ok in terms of cleanliness and timelines of getting your order

I always order online and then swing by to pick it up. It saves so much time and you get to skip the line to the pickup side.

Ordered a big crunch sandwich and it tasted like is was cooked the day before, cold and old describes it best. Fries were cold. Chicken was cold and tasted like old grease. Have been to this location many times and it's always hit and miss. Disappointed is an understatement. Make the trip to another KFC location!

I Ordered $70 food from this restaurant by Skip The Dish, Popcorn chicken was half empty, No napkins and sauces were sent, Very disappointed.

My mom ordered from here and I got an orange juice. I didnt think any of It at the moment but i drank a 1/4 of the orange juice was I realized it tasted really bad. I found out that I just drank a 3 month out dated orange juice and I am feeling sicker then a dog. I forgot to mention last time we ordered from here they gave us pink raw chicken. Do not order from here they are very bad and they give you food poisoning.

Dried out desiccated garbage. 2019-01-07. Front counter staff friendly and efficient; but do not go at 2: 15 pm. They sent me home with 30 dollars of seriously bad chicken and fries. I would have been MUCH better off with any frozen meal. Or a 7-11 hot dog. Never again. (Second time for really poor food). Fool me twice.

It says it closes at 10, I've gone at 8 and doors are closed but employees are inside eating!

My daughter applied (non Asian) and didn't get even an interview, then she did an experiment and all her non Asian friends applied. None got an interview, and they did post they were hiring. All staff is Asian, why? Where is the diversity? She wrote company to inquire, no response. This is obviously an issue in Calgary, it needing addressing.
