Like KFC but sometimes the chicken is dry. I have been eating here since I was young and our parents took us and it brings fond memories of them

Waited forever for my order watching others after me leave furst and then when I finally got home and opened it part of order was missing

I ordered delivery from here that included extra sauces about 30 minutes after they opened, got a call shortly after saying they had run out of honey mustard and ranch sauce, I told them bbq sauce is fine too. A minute later I get another call saying they had no bbq and only plum sauce.how does a chicken restaurant not have 3 of their 4 dipping sauces in stock right after opening? The chicken tenders were soggy and cold which made it even worse, I'd give a 1 star but the sandwich was actually decent after warming it up.

Walked in and there was four people in line and no one manning the front counter. Waited five minutes and left.

Spent over $60 for dried garbage. Never going to this location again. My wife and I went last night to pick up our food and was so dry and hard. Skin didnt even come off. Will never go to this place again.

I ordered food to go. There was a customer ahead of me, a man who asked to use the washroom the girl at the counter sent him to the ladies because the men’s was closed, I used the washroom after him and there was no toilet paper and the hand dryer did not work! Disgusting I will not be going back there.

The people at this location, are very professional, respectful and fast!
Not ignorant and rude like the people at the Transcanada Center location
