If i could give no stars i would, my wife and i ordered 6 pieces of chicken, My wife and I were the only people in the resurant this evening at 7 pm this evening.i stood at the counter for 10 minuted waiting for someone to take my order, while i waited my wife used the bathroom, she told me on the way home, that there was no toilet paper in the washroom and she needed a shower when we get home.while waiting for our order, the floor was covered by a sticky substance and when looking into the kitchen the floor was covered in french fries.absolutly discusting service, when we got home the chicken was half cooked and went in the garbage.

waste of time and money

Cannot get orders correct, are not friendly at all to you. Make you wait at the counter so staff can chat amongst themselves than serve you. This is how it is every time at this KFC, my last four orders have been incorrect and I live outside of Okotoks so it's not easy to just drive 20 minutes back to get the order fixed. I order online and still incorrect orders are given to me, paid for 2 poutines got 1. This store needs to get new management and learn more about customer service and getting orders correct.

Staff specially the cashier is pleasant except for the Manager on duty, not even smiling and forcing to finish the order even if you are still thinking for your order. Not a good experience customer service wise. Food is OK.

Got the $20 crispy bucket, only got thigh and drumstick, it was so greasy it dropped down my shirt.

Freezing cold inside, mens bathroom stall locked shut, our order was 'lost' and even on the second attempt was missing 2 servings. Will not come back.

Alyssa gave us better service than most servers at full restaurants. She is an absolute gem. The extra crispy chicken was good, too.

Honestly. The one star is just because the food was good. The staff are so unprofessional and disorganized. All you hear from the back is yelling and arguing. When they call your number the food is just thrown on the counter. Can’t wait for Popeyes to open. Hopefully it’s not the same staff.

Changing my below review to a 5star! Excellent service this time, very helpful, changed my entire experience, extremely friendly and helpful and also honored a free meal when I asked for the bill. Would surely recommend a KFC run by CJay to all.

I usually place orders from this location (200 Southridge Dr, Okotoks, AB T1S 0B2, Canada) as its close to my workplace. This is the first time I had this kind of experience with kfc, which makes me say that me or any of my family member won't ever return to this location. My receipt said 3 pcs chicken and 1 (free) pop corn chicken small.when i went there, i was given fries in place of pop corn.i asked them for correction, and the manager named Sherlyn or Sheryl, denied to give me the pop corn.and of course, was extremely rude and arrogant. She asked me to drive back to my work place and get a confirmation email that I had pop corn chicken included as well. I had to drive back to my office, get the printout of my order and then was given pop corn chicken. I understand that its a small pop corn chicken, but what's disappointing is the customer service i had been given. Even after returning back with the printout, manager was extremely rude and walked away, without letting me finish. The other staff was nice but the manager was extremely rude. I am really upset and this incident ruined my day.

Evelyn, the manager, honoured an error they made 3 months ago.
She remembered me and made good with her promise.
They were very busy and took their time to make my order correct.
I congratulate her and her staff/co-workers for working very hard and being diligent.

I ordered the 2 can share bucket for $12.99, however they forgot the tenders. The fries and chicken were dry and tasted like they were cooked yesterday. It's not the first time they have shorted us on this order.

What happened to you KFC? After getting a near $60 10 piece bucket which was mostly backs and throw away parts.you give me paper mache flavored gravy, 4 hockey puck biscuits and the coldest soggiest fries I've ever had.cant wait till Popeyes opens up here.

Horrible. The last 5 times we ordered they forgot something every single time. We ordered tonight and paid $65 for Chicken that was so dry it was not edible. We literally had to throw it all out. Also, almost all their bucket meals you have to choose between gravy or fries now. The gravy is almost $9, and a large box of fries is about $10 on top of an already expensive meal. It's honestly pathetic. Go to BK and get 2 orders of chicken fry meals and a double whopper for $26.99. KFC has gone downhill so bad. They should have put all that money they spent on renovations into making their business better. I am never ordering from here again. I would recommend you stay far away. Waste of money and time.

If I could give it no stars, I would. I'm a loyal taco bell advocate but this location was terrible.
Multiple customers coming in from the drive thru to complain about their order. Some missing items and one gentlemen with RAW chicken, also had to pull a long hair out of my daughter's mouth while eating her burrito. Honestly wanted my money back but the amount of customers complaining already and the fact that my order took nearly 15 minutes, it wasn't worth it.

Came for the taco bell bur grabbed popcorn chicken just because. The popcorn chicken was warmish and soggy.

The woman at the drive through window made the whole experience that much better, super polite, professional and will go back again.

Tried eating here 3 times in the last year. Every time was disappointing. My last visit will be my last ever - I was significantly overcharged, my order was wrong, the food was cold and old tasting, the staff was rude, and I ended up violently ill afterward.

On a personal note, it also concerns me that their staff does not wear kitchen-safe clothing, often opting for see-through leggings and runners. I have also watched them go from money handling to food handling without washing. Anyone working in and around fryers and gas should be in fire-retardant clothing and wearing slip-proof kitchen shoes (this is my career for 20+ years).

Regardless of the safety issues, the issues of cleanliness, attitudes of the staff, and poor food quality will stop me from ever going to that location again. If you're craving KFC, I suggest driving to Calgary where they actually do it right.

They actually burned our chicken.gravy is just not very good anymore, it used to be amazing! It is so expensive.good for a treat once in awhile

The lady who took the order and handed me the order was very rude. The food looks old seems it is left over from the warmer. Worst experience not worth the money that I spent.

This was the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had from KFC.
No taste & the texture of the chicken was like it was re-fried from the day before.
This restaurant branch certainty let's the brand/chain down.

Had to wait over 25 minutes for a drive thru order. The fries were cold and th chicken was in a puddle of grease. Not a good experience at all.

The woman at the drive thru was a little pushy & impatient when we were trying to decide what we wanted to order. Had to go back to the drive thru as she did not include dipping sauce. I get that the swrvice staff might be stressed these days but a little freindliness goes a long way.just saying

I've always gotten the right order at this KFC. Its always good. The only thing I've had to wait for is a bucket of chicken. But I actually understand how long it takes to make a piece of chicken and during busy hours. If you want cooked chicken, you wait.

Ordered a bucket of chicken. Said they had only thighs and wings left and if we wanted any white we had to wait 15 to 20min. I had already paid so we agreed to wait. Once we received our food and went home. We opened the bucket that had 1 piece of white meat and the rest were wings and thighs. Crazy to wait for a bucket of chicken to give us one pice of chicken and to top it off the white meat was burnt.

This particular location is terrible. The first time I visited they got the order wrong and I had to return to get it corrected, 2nd time I got sick but didn't isolate it to this place as Id eaten elsewhere that day to. 3rd time I visited I got the wrong order, and had to get it corrected, AND I got sick again, so I've purposely avoided this location for a couple of years, then recently I tried again and guess what. Sick again. I will not use this location again. Crazy thing is, I like KFC and have eaten it in a multitude of other locations without any issues. What are they doing in this place?

My daughter is super sick and hasn’t eaten all day, tried everything. Finally convinced her to eat some fries so we go to Taco Bell (2: 30 when we went) ordered food, sat outside for 10 minutes waiting for it. Got home to find it the complete wrong order. Called told them I want my order delivered to my house. THEN they proceeded to try and charge me more money. Now it’s been 25 minutes after and still no food. Between extra long wait times, numerous attitude and interrupting while ordering and now this?
Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
We will no longer be supporting this business.

Fries where old and cold, gravy had white chunks in it.chicken was cold
Sandwich was cold, and the lettuce was brown
The 7 up was not pop at all spent 10.99 for 4 piece meal and 13.99 for the big crunch.never again. I get people are stressed over covid-19 but that doesn't justify serving bad food.

Dude holy moly shmoly the kuntucky fried children are so good thereto die for. It's just to good not to eat. If you go there ask for some children it the best thing in the menu.

They gave me extra chicken cause they lost my order and it was a crazy long wait. They were very busy. I made
a special order and I was getting frustrated and hungry.
The kitchen manager was kind, cool, and collected.

Service is horrible 7 people came and left through the drive thru while i stood waiting inside, always the same people working and most of them should be fired, owners need to manage there location a lot better

Closed an hour early.
I pulled into the drive thru shortly after 9pm. I assumed it was open as I checked the hours before I left the house as well as the menu board was completely lite and I could see employees inside. However no one was there to take my order. I called the store and they said they were closed, they closed at 9pm.

I replied that their website says 10pm. I was told “check the website it says 9pm”, and “we want to go home sir”. I had no answer for that, I left.

I have no idea how any place can be this inefficient and still be in business. Pulled into the drive thru 20 minutes ago with 3 cars in front of us and we're not even at the window yet. And they've never once managed to get our order 100% correct. This is purgatory, isn't it? I've died and I won't get my chicken until all my sin has been purged.

Bad experience. The ppl working over there seems so mad while im ordering food. They were like they are annoyed for taking orders. One guy behaved good over there but others really useless. I waited for so long to get my food while there were not a single person.

We picked up KFC for my birthday. Your chicken was badly undercooked and the fries were very wimpy. Just thought you would want to know.

Do you think waiting 2+ hours for our delivery order is okay? I say 2 hours but we're still waiting. Will update if our order ever arrives.

1-800 number takes a jokingly long time to answer only to immediately transfer you to the local store, which doesn't pick up their phone.

I guess its a systemic issue - last weekend at my brother's house we waited for about 1.5 hours only to receive half the order with no recourse but to drive to the restaurant since that restaurant wouldn't pick up either. Different city, different KFC, same issues.

Partially missed order, totally missed the mayo I requested. What did come was bland and tasted old. Fries were dry and cold. So disappointing

Unfortunately the service wasn’t where it should be, the lady working the drive through was rude, she shouldn’t be able to speak to people the way she did.

We rarely eat KFC but we also had a craving, sooo.
The order was ample but a bit expensive. It was the undeniable bland taste that caught both of us. It was like they floured the chicken with only flour, no spices that make it KFC chicken. There was no taste, no flavor. There will also be no return.

Plant based chickn burger was delicious, will definitely be getting more off the plant based section of the menu

Food was ok. But service is terrible. Charged me $4 to only have white meat in my meal, which is fine, but then I get a chicken breast that's the size of a wing. Didn't ask me what side I wanted she just assumed I want macaroni then blamed the system saying it selects that by default

The chicken has been terrible the last few times we’ve been to this location. I’m convinced they pre-cook the chicken before the supper rush and then throw it back in the oil to heat it up. Chicken is dripping with grease and has a horrible burnt flavour. Check your bags before you leave. Every time we do take-out something is missing. This time it was our chicken tenders. Won’t be back!

This place takes 20min + every single time we go through the drive thru. Consistently understaffed and unorganized.

Ordered online (and paid in advance) for contactless delivery. It's been an hour-and-a-half and they're no where to be seen. They haven't reached out to say they'd be late. Email confirmation says to call the restaurant directly, but they're not answering the phone! No one is answering on their 1-800 line either, so we can't even cancel our order and go somewhere else. Beyond frustrating!

Got the order just over the 1.5 hrs mark. Not "contactless". But good thing because we would not have gotten drinks, as she forgot them in her car.

Food had been sitting around.fries were limp, etc. No dips for anything, no ketchup, no napkins, no cutlery.

800 # finally picked up after 25 mins, got our info and said "i'm busy going to put you on hold for a minute". 25 minutes later, STILL on hold.just hung up.

This is the WORST service I've ever had at a KFC. Nobody gives an update on how long your order could take. And the order took more than 30 min.

+Food was delicious, fresh and fast.
- Went through the drive thru, bought a large family bucket. No napkins! That sucked. KFC without napkins is an unfortunate situation

Food was great but severely under staffed and owner/manager was fairly ignorant to our party and other customers. Love KFC but doubt I will be visiting this one again!

Worst customer service. They don’t even know their menu. I had to show them a picture of what i wanted. I ordered via drive-thru and received no ketchup or napkins. Had to park my car and walk in to ask.

Service is slow, and our order came out wrong. The chicken I had seemed to be reheated. It was pretty greasy and very hot under the skin.
The only reason I came here, was because of my 9 year old son. He wanted to try the naked chicken chips. They honestly weren't anything special.
I always feel lousy after eating greasy food too. Oh well gotta do it for the kids once in a while.

A family favorite for us when coming from out of town and great location. Friendly, pleasant service and minimal wait time. Please note: KFC's secret recipe & coating needs improvement; too much salt, spices off, and what happened to the light crispy & crunch? The gravy was great out of the whole order.

Got home and they gave my two tacos i didnt order, went back to get the proper food and the supervisor or manager or whoever she was, was very rude. Went back a few days later and got the same treatement from her. This time she even went so far as to toss the debit machine at me when paying. Probably wont go back

Kitchen staff were handling raw chicken burgers and touching their hair without washing their hands while preparing COOKED food. It took them over 30 minutes to make a Crunchwrap and an order of fries. Absolutely not impressed! #crosscontamination #eColi #sick

Service was good.
I was not happy with the chicken.
The batter has changed and it is soggy instead of crispy. Management let me try a couple strips instead and they are the flavor and texture I was expecting.:)
I will return, except my order will change now.

KFC is definitely one of my number one favorite fast food restaurants, gotta love those poutine fries with popcorn chicken on top!

Kfc/taco bell. Okotoks Alberta. Big box crunch supreme was so disappointing. Fries were cold & soggy. The crunch wraps were over cooked & the flavor was not at all what I expected. I could comment more but won't. Just will not go back or recommend this restaurant.
