The people in the drive-thru weren't friendly at all, the prices are outrageous. If you're looking for a cheaper late-night snack fly to Mexico and get tacos there it would be cheaper
Awesome. Food was delicious, crispy and fresh. Up to mark Staff was quite responsive even during busy hours. Pawan was nice and quick. Keep it up guys.

Horrible tasting chicken. Could barely eat what I paid $13 for. Not worth it at all. Once I brought the food home I realized they got my order wrong too lol.
Just got one zinger meal and one zinger regular sandwich total was $21.50 time is 11: 10 to 11: 20pm. You have one job to do and you can’t do that right. Serving cold food, and when I called your number this guy answered, I told him that my food is cold and he asked what you mean by cold? If you don’t want to work go work at somewhere else, don’t ruin someone’s food. Train them how to make food and how to talk. I will wait for the reply.

Tacos doesn’t have any meat inside just lettuce and cream… I spoke to the server and she said that’s supposed to be the right way to prepare them… I don’t recommend this place.
I live near this area and this place is extremely busy and still team members go above and beyond with fresh food taco bell is amazing we need more taco bell in our beautiful yeg
This location do not serve the fresh food, may be they fry lot of chicken in the morning and then keep serving that food till late night. They should not be doing that. Like Tim Horton has time line. The food here is just not as good, the chicken portions are small, the tenders are dry and the fries taste old. It's like the chicken was deep fried in months old cooking oil. I would never buy from this place again
First cashier just walked away mid order to take a drive thru order. It only took like 3 minutes for another one to clue in and come over. My chicken tenders were pretty questionable looking and feeling: spongy/soft and kinda wet I guess.they came back up in about 40 minutes.
Drive through response time is very quick. Waited less than 3 mins to be served. Restaurant is also perfectly located with many more businesses within walking distance. In door dinning is great with lots of seating available. Staff are also friendly.
Will never go back. Service from the manager is terrible. Chicken was so over cook couldn't even eat it. They didn't really care, they had their money already.
Oh my God very bad experience very bad workers on this place the customer services and the one in the kitchen are very rude on Sept 7 2022 at 12: 35 I order a chili cheese burrito and the burrito was very cold when I told these ladys it was cold they get very mad and they make another one and they put a lot of lettuce the chili cheese burrito doesnt come with lettuce I order I meal of 3 pieces of chicken it was cold because they take a long time to give me my order they give the other people the order when they came after me I almost cry because they treated me like a garbage jm still feel very upset and they charge me about 25 dollars just for one cheese burrito and a meal of chicken with 3 pieces 26 dollars and with coupon I hope the manager correct this complaint
The last few times we went through this drive thru, the staff absolutely wouldn't listen. I've gone in in person a couple of times, but got tired of standing waiting to be served - their focus was on drive thru customers. The last time we drove through was THE last time we will go to this location. For about 20 minutes, we tried repeatedly to get fries, gravy, and chicken. Enough for 2 to 3 people. Plus an order of chicken strips. Staff just wouldn't listen, and the line behind us was so long, people started honking, we were so cooked in the heat and frustrated we finally accepted a supervisor or? Not sorting out the issue at all, and left. The supervisor or? Wouldn't take the wrong order back a third time before we drove off, so we ended up with two small orders of cold fries, two lukewarm gravies (both less than half full), and two orders of 3 cold pieces of chicken. And cold chicken strips. The supervisor or manager seemed to think he was doing us a huge favour by giving us an extra gravy (which was actually full, and hot). We didn't want or order two separate orders. We wanted one large fries, one large (full) gravy, and somewhere between 6-12 pieces of chicken. I'd like to add the chicken had hardly any coating or meat on it, and there was a thick layer of grease that had soaked through the newer, very flimsy paper "cardboard" take out boxes. Also, the wing, drumstick, and rib combo for the "3 pieces of chicken" offers very little actual meat and it costs you extra for a keel (breast). And the prices have gone up. You DEFINITELY don't get what you pay for at this location, and life's too short to try to deal with staff who time after time just won't listen to customer orders and instead mess it up so it costs the customer more money. Much more. A neighbour mentioned a similar experience at this location a couple of weeks ago, which prompted me to leave this review. I don't want anyone else to get treated so badly. We phoned this location the next day, receipt in hand, to complain, but we were told there was no supervisor or manager there, and no one phoned us back. If you go to this drive thru, film the entire process, don't go if you're hungry or hot and tired or if you don't have 20+ minutes to wait, and bring a plastic bag to put the grease soaked take out containers into. This location only gives you a paper bag that's already grease soaked with the bottom falling apart as they hand it to you. Every time.
If zero stars was an option I would. I a couple days ago I ordered from the drive through and what I got was appalling! My burger bun was moldy, I disgustingly only noticed after I had eaten half. Absolutely vile. I tried to contact customer service the day it happened but never got a reply. HIGHLY recommend you stay away!
Ordered the spicy taco box. I opened the taco, and there was maybe a mm of meat, more sauce than meat. They said that was standard amount any more is extra. So little I thought it was missed. Gave 2 stars since order was "correct" and fast, also gave me full refund when I complained about quantity.
Worst service ever, stood there for 5 min watching them make order after order, no Pepsi, tried to get their attention, that took longer cause they all ignored me as I said excuse me a bunch of times. Every once in awhile I crave some KFC. I used to love it when I was a kid. But wow.either the chickens got smaller or I just never noticed before A few years ago I came here and it was gross.when the grease goes through the bag, that says a lot
So I went today and I was not impressed with two things: 1. Overflowing garbage bin.stacked trays on top of each other with leftovers on it. 2. Dirty bathroom.
As for the food.it was ok.enough to fill you up but that's about it.
Horrible customer service! Brother went in to hand in a resume, waited over five minutes in an empty restaurant for the two lady's working to not even look in his direction.even after calling out for assistance more then once. Ended up just leaving. After reading the reviews for this place the lack of customer service seems to be an ongoing thing. Don't even bother with this place! Management obviously doesn't care.
Waited 10minutes for them to figure out they gave the food to the wrong person. Didn't offer anything when we asked what they could do about it. Just remade the food which took an additional 10 minutes, so much for "fast food".

Me and my gf went and got some quick food and asked for no lettuce or tomatoes. They charged me $4 extra for them not to put that on. What a terrible place and terrible management. Not going back and strongly not suggest going there. Might end up paying a charge to use the drive thru
Food is as normal as it gets for KFC. Same flavors as any other KFC.but the customer service is so rude! The girl in the drive through was mad because I used a coupon. Before leaving she said make sure you throw the rest of them out as they expire today. The coupons didn't expire for another 15 days! Staff needs to be trained on how they speak to customers. I probably won't visit this location again and won't recommend it either.
Im not one to comment on fast food restaurants… but probably the worst customer service I’ve received from a fast food restaurant. The ladies at the drive through look so unhappy with their jobs. They have attitudes, and no smiles. EVERYTIME, it’s a hassle to ask for hot sauce, or anything really. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme once, It had close to no beef in it. I asked for a new one or refund and I was given nothing. They will NOT REFUND YOU OR MAKE YOU THE FOOD THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. Don’t waste your time and money here. I’m not sure if it’s the owner and how they are training their staff with rules and regulations, but you guys are getting so many complaints about your staff, SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE! This is one of the most busiest areas.

WORST. Spoke with the manager Avtar about my toonie special. Ask them to atleast fill the fries bag, he said “I did it’s the regular toonie special” I literally got 15 fries. They changed their spicy mayo and it is disgusting. Soggy tacos that look unappetizing. I don’t even think the gravy is even kfc gravy. Highly do not recommend.

I order 2pcs Chicken Combo and still 20minutes after my order still not be done so i have to leave without taking my order because i have to go back to work.
Worst maxican food I have ever had in my life. Asked for Tacos and chips instead got nacho cheese (queso sauce) in side. I have to drove back from signals to all the way to Taco bell and literally took me 10 min to explain that I want Chips (Tortilla chips).

The salt on the fries were forgotten, the individual popcorn chicken came with just 6 pieces, the chicken sandwich was old and rubbery. Would not recommend this place. I had instant regret.
Place is clean. Chicken really good and tastes like it was cooked in fresh oil unlike the one in Millwoods area. You can taste the dryness of the chicken and the oil tastes as if they have reused it million times. Staff are nicer though in millwoods location

Literally the slowest "fast food" restaurant I've ever been too. Every single time I go to this location I'm in the drive-thru for over 20 mins to get one zinger combo. The food quality is decent that's why I gave them 2 stars.
I had ordered a 3 peice chicken combo, all drumsticks, cornins of fries, a big crunch stacker combo, gravy, and hot sauce. They didn't give me the corn. They give me fries which I didn't want and give me a big crunch instead of a big crunch stacker and didn't givesgive any sauce at all. They need to ask if they don't understand English
This KFC is one of the worse kfc on the Earth I believe. I have been towice in this place past 3 years. I don't see any changes or anything's the food is still discasting. I was there today order a kids meals for my kids. The chickens and strip was so solty with fries. Also the service is sh. I will never go again in this place ever

I was there today and ordere d 4 pieces of chicken and cheese fries. I got 2 legs and 2 little thighs for $13.36! Not a piece of white meat and it was so discussing. How do these places get away with this? Wow! If there was ever a time to make sure you customers are getting what they paid for is now! Never again!
Pick up the order and doesn’t provide tray with drinks. Even I ask the staff as well he said we are out of stock. But I saw there was tray sitting behind the counter. But he refused to give it to me. That’s bad customer service. Even though in this crucial time because of COVID 19.
I endorse KFC chicken for kids and adults in hospitals. Just saying. It makes them feel better fast and back on their feet. Just a funny story that brought back some joy. I hope KFC doesn't disappoint next time we order. Lol.

Got 3 chicken combo meals via drive through this afternoon. No ketchup in pack, not even one. My children can't eat the fries without ketchup. Am I missing something? I thought ketchup comes with the pack. Probably absent minded service.
8 piece chicken bucket I ordered were all stale with an unpleasant odour. The burgers didn't taste nice either. I'll never buy from this franchisee again!
