The workers were friendly, but there were flies coming out of the orange pop dispenser, and the bathroom smelt horrid like mold. Never coming back to this location.

I ordered wings in the drive through & they said 7 minutes. I waited half hour wait sting my time. Really disappointed. So much for fast food lol

The location is modern and clean and the staff is friendly enough, but they've been out of sauces for over a year now. The only one they still seem to have is plum. They say it's supply chain issues, but every other kfc I've been too doesn't seem to have these same "supply chain issues". I think the issue might be with the person doing the ordering.

Skip this KFC second time I've picked up both times my food was Old I couldn't eat 6 pieces. Waste of my $$

Sooo yummy! Fresh, warm food! The staff are amazingly lovely and the place sparkles! I’ve never been in such a clean bathroom or fast food restaurant before! AND restaurant is OPEN for inside eating!

Loved the kfc, someone got stuck thru the drive thru so i had to get some kitty litter, the kfc was so good

First of all, bathrooms are unavailable and their doors are not cleaned.
But more importantly their food is thrown together sloppily and customer service is of minimal quality.
KFC sure has gone downhill over the years. Disappointing

I am not sure how this location can possibly have any reviews higher than one star.

We have tried this location a few times hoping that the staff was having an off day - but we have been severely disappointed every time.

4/4 orders have been incorrect, missing items - severely lacking on quality and overall just disappointing. I have literally recieved a Kentucky flatbread that was just a cold flatbread and a chicken strip - nothing more.

It is hard to find a decent KFC - but this location is definitely the bottom of the barrel.

The lunch crew rocks at this location. It's KFC, you know what to order here. Really good chicken strips. Polite, helpful and respectful of ever changing social distancing rules.

No customers in the store, but it took 5 minutes before a staff took my order. One staff was in the side office on the phone talking away. He noticed I was there, but ignored me and kept talking away. My order was not a large order, nor was it fried chicken, but still took over 5 minutes.

Gave this place a coupon and when we got to the window they claim that it was no good as it was not in there computer system but gave me another coupon that they did have in there computer it was for the same product but more money. They claim it was expired but showed them it was still good. Did not want to push it as they had control of my food

Ordered 5 wings, small fries small gravy. FRIES. Were not only COLD but OLD not first time this has happened at this, location

Our family is usually happy with KFC not this time round we ordered an 18 pc bucket the top chicken was good and cooked right and the rest from the middle down were soggy and disgusting so much grease in the bottom of the bucket. Very disappointed

Ordered a mighty box chicken in the drive through and was told it will be 20 to 25minutes for the chicken. I said ok.paid 10.50 at the window and was asked to park in the front.so I did.from 9: 21pm till 10: 07pm.order did not come to me.so I went inside.doors were still open.no one showed up and suddenly the lady who took my payment at the window saw me and then right away a guy comes out with my order asking me if the mighty bucket chicken was mine. I said yes.took the order and said I would never order from here ever again. 51minutes to prepare 4 pieces of dark meat chicken, individual popcorn chicken, 2 tenders and 2 individual fries, of course soggy fries and chicken.tenders super salty.popcorn chicken not crispy.all stuffed in a tiny box.advertised in a bucket.this place needs to be looked into as I have read several bad reviews and I just posted one.

I went through the drivethru and they had my order suspiciously fast, didn't think much of it at the time, but I got food poisoning from them

I placed an order today and I am really happy with the service and the food was really good! The staff was friendly and got my order ready on time. Also I went inside to pick up my order and I found this location very clean and organized.

Holy moly. Dinner time is so busy on the weekends! Now for the food: chicken tender sandwich was TOO salty and did not taste good! Seasoned twice? The fries, did not taste good. The ONLY thing good was the popcorn chicken and the honey mustard sauce. I'll only come back for the popcorn chicken and the sauce. That's it.

Good quality chicken Not greasy fresh And the macaroni salad is excellent Blows KFC away, And for the staff very positive A good bunch of people working there I give them a 5 star all day Way to go Mary Brown's.

If I could leave a zero star review I would, there were 2 cars ahead of me when I got there at 12: 50, it was 1pm before I got someone to take my order, which they interrupt me 10 seconds in, then 5 minutes later someone finally comes back to take my order again, I told them I need to pay separately, for the two orders, that seemed to confuse them to the point that they shut the whole place down and have an emergency meeting, it is now 1: 15, a third person comes to the window, takes the payment for the first order, then leaves, now at 1: 20, ANOTHER person comes to take payment for the second order, at 1: 25 (35 minutes later, I was stuck in line or I would of left 20 minutes ago) they finally bring the food, both orders wrong and missing items, I'd rather cut off my own leg and eat that, before I go back to this dumpster fire of a restaurant ever again

Chicken was cold, ordered a 3 piece, they gave me a wing smaller thing that didn't have any meat on it, showed the cashier, all she said that it's a wing. Fries were old and Luke warm, kinda sad to say the least.

Worst KFC I had.not normally would I say that about KFC but the chicken was bad gravy was lacking flavor they put two coleslaws in instead of one corn.won't go back there again I'm totally turned off KFC

They give me a chicken burger well I asked for a zinger they gave me a original chicken burger wrap in a zinger wrapperinstead of talking and sing pay attention to what your doing man if that was my place I'd have rules and they would follow them one rule would be make customer happy dont disappoint them waste of money wont be back

Not a single person here can properly speak english so you have no idea what they're saying and it took them over 20 minutes for a simple chicken basket. Good to know you boneheads haven't made any food for supper time. Talk about a real lack of intelligence. Absolutely pathetic service and they should all be fired.

The chicken was plain and had no spices or anything except the ends here and there. I’ve never gone to a KFC and not had the flavouring on the skin. It’s the reason it was picked in the first place‍️ Very disappointing and won’t be going back to this location.

I ordered the boneless big box.seriously 6 popcorn chicken.and 3 of the smallest strips I've ever seen.you'd think you'd at least try to make it worth my 12 bucks.pics and complaints being sent to parent company. I wont be back

The restaurant was clean and the food was good, although make sure to check your order. I had a coupon for a $10 mini-bucket for: 4 pieces dark meat, 2 chicken tenders, popcorn chicken and 2 small fries. When I first received it was missing the tenders and popcorn chicken and advised the supervisor. When it came back the server apologized, which I accepted, as we all make mistakes. I quickly looked and all items appeared to be there. Upon returning home I found that my order was still missing the popcorn chicken. It wasn't worth it too drive 8 km back to the store.

Horrible service, half the time there is no chicken made 4x in a row been told there would be a 45 min wait for chicken but they have fries, its pathetic

Went there today and was going to order the Zinger Box, however I do not like the Zinger, so (at the same price) I asked to switch the Zinger Burger to the Big Crunch. First the cashier said it would be no problem, then she confirmed with the cook. The cook scowled and said I could not do that! She was not willing to compromise and was really ignorant about it. So I said fine, I will take my business else where. I do not recommend this location, I drove next door to A&W

Chicken was disgusting today! Looked like it sat for hourrs, would like to know where they get their chicken from and how clean is it before they cook it. Coleslaw appeared to be old as well you could tell it was not fresh!

The same greasy KFC. It is sometimes just what im looking for but definitely a blue moon thing.

Not impressed order to Big crunches I believe start eating notices no lettuce on them drive all the way back just for them to tell me that there is an E coli problem so they will not put lettuce ask for refund refuse to give me refund. The bread is soggy from all the sauce absolutely disgusting. No signs about not serving lettuce or the person did not tell me

Walked in ON MY BREAK to get a 5$ fill up no one was in line. I watched 7 people come in after me & they all got their food before me I got my food with 5 minutes left of my break so thanks for the wasted food KFC!

Made us wait 25 minutes to get our order. We asked for a couple of change's were told no by manager who could not come and say it himself because he was to busy counting money. It seemed like they didn't want to serve us. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of the guy who helped us with the order. He was very and should be the manager instead of the one who passes messages through his staff.

I ordered a family feast meal and the result of what I got was pretty horrible, disgusting and straight up disrespectful. They refused to refund or take the food back because it did not meet our expectation of what KFC stands for. The operator at this location is really messing up this brand by soaking loads of oils still dripping from the chicken, lumpy gravy and clearly expired salads. Straight up nasty, why we never buy KFC anymore. Why bother when there's Mary Brown's which is way better than the KFC's we have in the Northside nowadays.

I'm not one to complain normally, after all it is fast food. But, the quality of their product was absolutely disgusting, having soaked in grease, barely any coating that they are renowned for, bad day.old product? Not sure.
My wife wanted me to take the product back, but why? Only to have it replaced by the same people, taking the same product out of the hot holding cabinet? Reach further back and try not to cough or sneeze on my order! No thanks.
25 years ago, when kfc actually was the goto, is a goto no more.

The service in this location has always been slow. There was once instance that they forgot the medium gravy that I ordered on the side. And the latest mistake they’ve made was that they messed up my order missing the chicken tenders that I’ve ordered. The person on the line was not even apologetic and insisted that I ordered what he gave me. They didn’t give me my receipt either. Very disappointed with this experience.

I have no idea why Everytime I visit this location, I have to wait at least 15 minutes for them to make a "fresh batch" of chicken. Like c'mon.chicken is in the name. Why is there no chicken premade and ready to go? I like fresh, don't get me wrong.but I hate waiting more. There seems to be more priority on getting the drive-thru their orders before the patrons who actually made the effort to go into the restaurant to order. There never seems to be a shortage of chicken for the drive-thru. If you want your food quickly.go through drive-thru, do not make the effort to go in.

The girls were so rude. Not nice. No smiles. Not pleasant at all. I think if I spend my money there I should be able to get a sauce packet. Without rudeness.

Manager Cinthia doesn't know the customer service and how to treat clients. Very disappointed by the service. I got the old leftover chicken bucket and manager didn't replace the whole chicken order when I drove back to replace it. She was arguing and trying to prove me wrong. Managers needs to be trained properly so they can train their staff appropriately.
