I went there couple of times and i am highly impressed with amazing service and the consistency in the quality of food … staff is really helpful and most important bathrooms were really very clean … highly recommend for family dine-in.

Really good and fast service provided by Gurshaan and tamana, thankyou for being so polite and humble and the food was really fresh and juicy. In addition i like the environment it was all decorated neat and very clean.

Restaurant was messy with no clean tables. The French fries were stale and the coleslaw was rancid. Worst KFC experience in quite a while.

Late night munchies, last ordered before it closed, ordered poutibe, after wait, was told no gravy

They don't stock the KFC Kentucky Hot Sauce Portions: (and they're always v v slow. Like 15mins wait after ordering for 1 burger.

Asked for a 4 peice meal at 7: 45pm. Would only give me a 2 peice not wanting to cook more. Closing 9: 30pm. Was rather disappointed. EDIT-Had been contacted by their customer service and they have ensured this issue should not happen again. Issue resolved and made right.

I've been to MANY KFC fast food restaurants outside of Jasper, and this location is the best I have ever been too. I appreciate the exceptional customer service by each and every staff member I have ever been served by. Not only this, the whole restaurant is clean. I love coming here for the delicious food and recommended anyone to come by if you want yummy comfort food; fried chicken, or the other half; Pizza Hut for a classic pizza

Watched both guys working there take money and touch the cash register then proceeded to make chicken sandwiches with out washing or using hand sanitizer.

Cold food mixed with warm food. I waited for 20 mins for fresh chicken and they put 2 old cold legs in with two fresh and hot pieces. Also no seasoning. Bland and flavorless. Definitely no service with a smile. Would not recommend.

Found a 30cm long hair in fries after fighting with pepsi machine for full cup due to it running out of syrup.
I do apologize to staff for my rudeness but my appetite was ruined and did not want a replacement meal after that. Iay go back but it will definitely not be anytime soon.

They lose two stars because the employees have no understanding of what is required at a restaurant. Took the never seen such a lack of hustle. Restaurant work is not slow and steady.

It seems like they ran out of salt and msg. All their food are unsalted. If you want the healthiest kfc this is the place

Went there this morning ordered the party pack for family. Loved the hot and fresh chicken with gravy.
Following all covid procedures.

No gloves, masks or even beard covers. I’ve worked in the fast food industry and have no idea how this establishment is still in business. Scared to find hairs in my food.

I went there this afternoon, and I had freshest famous chicken burger of my life, I really like the service at the counter and food service was quick and accurate and met all expectations.

Nice collab for pizza hut and KFC. I had to wait for 15-20 minutes but I got food for myself and for my dog. I will go back again.

Disgusting. Chicken was off, all they gave me was drum sticks because thay had no white meat. Smelt terrible, I'm obviously gonna be sick later on so take heed and avoid this place like the plague.

We were kinda hesitant about grabbing food here as the reviews are quite mixed. However, we ordered from this location shortly after opening today-everything was freshly cooked & a typical KFC quality. Lady at the til was pleasant & efficient

Full on for the food, missing one star for the crew's attitude. Could definitely use a smile and a pleasing personality being in a tourist dominant area.

Decided to order some dirty bird tonight. Just looking for a lite snack. 4 peice combo. Twelve dollars. 930pm frys might have been 930am frys. They had a real old and cold taste. Would of gave 1 start but the girl deserves 2 stars because she put enough napkins in the bag to clean up all the grease from the greasy chicken.

I have been there in August 1st 2020. The cashier name Lance serve me. He didn't repeat my order and charged me extra money for the salad that I don't ask for. How ever when I take back the staff for asking the why he charge me extra, the other cashier try to help me. In the mean time the cashier name Lance abuse me in tagalog about my mother. But I do speak six languages including tagalog. I have worst experience ever and wish to never go back.

I went in to order, They didn’t read the order back. When I left checked to bag everything was wrong, went back in they wouldn’t fix it & made me pay for the sandwich I ordered the first time that they got wrong.

A very standard kfc. The chicken was very crispy and good, the service was very nice. Only one thing: the wait was too long.

Otherwise, very nice food. 100% recommended!

Very disappointed to see both the staff that were on tonight preparing our food with their fingers. Took our order handled money touched computer screen then prepared our food with no washing of hands or putting on gloves.

Your restaurant has the worst and high KFC bad reviews. Maybe it's time for the company to notice and make them aware of their Jasper location, there has to be rules, regulations and policies to own a franchise.

Tuesday deal at $3.99 for two pieces and fries is pretty much unbeatable. Food served quickly, staff friendly. However, the restaurant atmosphere was very very hot inside, uncomfortable to sit in, and worse for the employees. This should be addressed.

The worst place in jasper town to have food (KFC). They use stale oil and keep frying fries in the same oil. The fries had bitter after taste because of the stale oil. Do not take chance with kids, would not recommend this place at all.

Very substandard KFC. Lots of trash and food scraps laying around the place. Went for dinner and ordered the box with 3 pieces of fried chicken, popcorn chicken, fries, a drink, and a cookie. Was told chicken breast would take 20 minutes, so I had to settle for only drumsticks/wings. Fried chicken was greasy and lacking in crunchiness. Didn’t deliver on the colonels classic peppery spice blend. Popcorn chicken was exceedingly rubbery and not hot enough. Cookie tasted stale and artificial. Fries and drink were okay, no complaints.

Went to the subway next door for lunch, however, and it was outstanding. Quite likely the best subway experience of my life. Can’t say enough good things about it.

I ordered food here and was told they had no lettuce. So I said okay put everything else on my sandwich. The manager came on to tell us there would only be bread chicken and sauce on the sandwich. I said ok I would like it delivered, oh sorry the manager answers the order has to be 25$ or over for delivery, fine add a poutine. And I want a discount. Now okay I will apply discount. Sorry sir with the discount we cannot deliver. Am I the only one who finds this absurd. You are a manager! Go buy some lettuce to get through the day or throw in some popcorn chicken for free do something! Worst service ever someone should come train you guys! Very disappointed here guys!
