Don't waste your time driving there it's closed this is the second location like this KFC doesn't seem to mind wasting people's time.

Do not get the nuggets here, they are half the size they should be. I have had popcorn chicken larger. Over priced for how tiny.

Ordered online, waited 20 minutes before heading to restaurant. 10 minute drive to pick up order. I still had to wait 20 minutes instore for order as drive through took priority.
When order finished they forgot items that I ordered.
Not only was I disgusted with the service, the time it took, the forgotten items but it was difficult to hear due to the music that was way to loud for instore.
I will drive further to avoid this location and will not ever give my business again.

Heard about KFC's Black Friday deal—buy one bucket, get another free—and was definitely impressed. The chicken was absolutely delicious! No complaints! Will definitely have to consider ordering from this location again in the future!

Horrible customer service asked them to swap regular mayo for spicy mayo on the bacon lovers sandwich and they decided to waste my time arguing that it was impossible for them to do.when multiple other locations have been able to accommodate this simple request

Really should have read the reviews before I bought at this location. Told twelve minutes for fries and was waiting 25. Then I went in and I found out they gave my order to the guy before me. Business survives by name not because of competent staff.

If you want to buy 3 pc chickens, fries and drink with coupon, don't go to this franchise.they will charge you extra for the drink. The KFC coupon is not valid at this franchise.

Bad service at all.food not fresh …cold chicken that’s what they serve to the costumer and Pilipino employees are staying inside chatting customers waiting 30 minutes for the orders

Lady working at the drive thru was rude. Slammed the window right after handing my food. Forgot my fork too. Haha horrible service.

Every time I order from this location the gravy is flavorless and congealed. It's disgusting.
I ordered a boneless box today and the popcorn chicken was just thrown in there and the chicken strips were all so tiny. Not worth the money. Definitely switching locations.

I went to order this location around 6: 30 pm and food came out quickly. Service was pretty good too

Order food from drive thru (178 st edmonton) and verified my order to ensure everything was correct. When I reached home, they missed full order of large popcorn chicken. Called the office and response was we can’t give for free as it was not entered.
Who asked for free? Not my problem if your staff doesn’t enters one item. Had to go drive for 15 mins and wait 5 mins in drive thru again to order. Full dinner is ruined and threw in trash.

Will never go to this location due to poor customer service and irresponsible staff.

Blah, it's not the same gravy or crunchy and juicy chicken it used to be.different cooking process these days have turned the chicken into a greasy soggy non crunchy version of its former self that we all remember

YO! I went here the other night, They Told me about their "THURSDAY SPECIAL" I bought it for myself. And I will tell you this Lads. THAT IS A L O T of food for 1 guy and IT WAS VERY AFFORDABLE. GO GET YOU A THURSDAY SPECIAL.

I enjoy the chicken once in awhile if it's hot and fresh, but the last time my roomie ordered the chicken wasn't hot and it tasted like it had been sitting for a bit. It wasn't fresh or juicy.

I been reading all these reviews and everyone thats given a bad review is absolutely right even placing the order there rude on response, im not sure if its a cultural thing but customer service is bad there was a few times in the summer where food is cold or not cooked all the way or been sitting there, there is a time and place to joke around with employees but when English is not being used in a environment where dealing with customers people find it rude, please change your work ethic please

Had to wait longer than usual at lunch time. Maybe staffing issue but was unusually long. Standard KFC fare.

Got there at 1120am hoping I would get fresh chicken, got stale day old microwaved chicken instead. I was really looking forward to fried chicken for the first time in months. What a disappointment. Worst KFC I've been to. Fool me once, not again!

Two out of four weeks we have not got parts to a real chicken. No white meat. Tonight 4 thighs, 3 legs and 2 wings. I don’t know if they have changed management but they used to be one of the best in the city and now they are becoming the worst.

Orders a bucket on 2 different occasions and got over 50% drumsticks won’t go to this location ever again will drive further to avoid this place

We ordered their extra crispy chicken but had to wait 30 mins for it. This happened to us twice. Call ahead if you don't want to wait.

A little slow, but could just be because of covid. The food is good, but very expensive for what you get. It's not a place I like to go to normally, but it isn't bad.

Was driving back to Calgary.
Waited in line for like 20 minuted to find out they dont have the veggie sandwich.

I bought two ten dollars bucket (two can dine one) from this place. It was too salty that we can even tough the chicken on your mouth. Wasted 21 dollars. Staff are really friendly but food was worse.

I've ordered wings, but I've tasted better before. I wasn't unsatisfied, and it was acceptable.

The chicken was not fresh at all. You could certainly tell that is was reheated in the grease.
Won’t go back to this one again!

Been there four times always out of extra crispy. If I wanted to wait for chicken to cook I would go home and do it. Do you get the concept of fast food?

Went there and ordered food, just got home less than 6 mins drive n my food is cold. I ask for bbq they gave me regular. Very poor service

Big Crunch Best fast food chicken sandwhich out there (haven't tried Popeyes chicken sandwhich yet (but popeyes chicken better than kfc) or Joleebees (spaghetti really) yet:)

Between the aggressive homeless person in the parking lot throwing things out of the garbage, which I did inform the staff of, and the barely cooked chicken, I was very unimpressed. West I could deal with the construction, but this makes sure I won't be back.

If you like chicken, and you like fries, and you like gravy, and you like potato salad, and you like corn, and you like macaroni salad, and you like a variety of beverages, and you like a selection of dipping sauces, and you like coleslaw, and you like wraps, and you like sandwiches, and you absolutely LOVE buckets.this place is an option.

Very Clean and efficient branch. The staff were super nice and patient with us. The food is 7/10. Price $$. They have good mixed bucket options these days.

Everything is really good except the fries. They are wack. If you like fries, then go to mc donalds.

Chicken is usually pretty good but there are times it's quite greasy
If busy the fries not always hot. I go every week and make use of the coupons.saves a bunch

What a funny place so called KFC, guess what.chicken have to be forever in the salamander warmer, chewy and dry instead of crispy, soggy fries, place always seem to be in close mode at 9pm!

If you order for fresh do your paying for it. You don't want chicken that's been sitting for 4 hrs until they change it out.

Decent chicken (the skin tastes best of course) for moderate prices and prepared quickly. Not too busy in the restaurant but it was both -30C out and Super bowl Sunday so lots of delivery demand.

Pleasant cashier-in-training with evening manager. Both polite, welcoming and efficiently took order and payment. We were warmly thanked. The 3 piece meals we ordered were served fresh, hot and tasted great
We enjoy KFC about 2x's per year and usually come to this tidy, well maintained location. Will very likely be back in the future.

This place.they keep the chicken warmed up for who knows how long. It tastes soggyish, not crispy like they claim. I bought a bucket and found out that their chicken breasts are basically the same size as the wings. See the picture? The one on the left is a breast, the other is a wing. Yet they charge more for white meat? What a rip off! I won't be going back to this place. The male cooks can sometimes be pedantic, the other employees are usually nice.

Nice change from burgers. KFC is some of the better ways of eating chicken.with a choice of spicy, regular, crispy and others.
