ABSOLUTLEY BAFLES ME HOW CHICKEN JOINT CAN BE OUT OF CHICKEN TO MAKE A 10 PIECE BUCKET UP AT 555 PM ON A MONDAY. SO EVERYBODY NEEDS TO ORDER AHEAD OF TIME FOR FAST FOOD NOW? NO OFFER LIKE WAIT 10 MIN FOR MORE FOOD, YOU CAN HAVE LEGS AND THIGHS ONLY.

This has to be the worse KFC in the city. The wait time is always long. The staff are rude. They charged me for an extra sauce on my sandwich but they still put less than the normal amount.

I’m a frequent guest at KFC around the country being on the road lots. This particular restaurant is by far the worst.
There was dirty tables and full garbage cans to start but the terrible service after makes you realize why. The cold food and the wrong order was the last straw

Drive thru takes forever.came in on a weekday and ordered lunch.no other cars behind me, & waited 15 minutes in the drive thru/reserve stall. Ridiculous.

Still waiting on zero to be an option.was here at 10: 30am, 1st time at this location & found the doors still locked. Can't really comment on anything else given that they don't even honor their posted hours.

This is the kfc near our house which is unfortunate. Many times we have problems with them. It has been hit and miss. Couple times I went home that orders were not complete, or given old and cold chicken, and the attitude of the people working here are effin priceless. The lateat encounter is just today. My little boy likes the crispy chicken we wanna buy a bucket and sub it of extra crispy but they won't. So i have to think of a way to order something else. The lady taking my order is so impatient keep asking what else what else what else even when I am still talking. I took a picture of their promotion for extra crispy chicken showing sub should be ok. Just frustrating to deal with bad customer service.there are lots of good locations of kfc. My family loves KFC. And there are a lot of other locations that have good service.

Drive thru board doesn't display buckets of just chicken but it does display the ones that come with sides (by the way, 2 sides are a little overkill for just 6 pieces of chicken) and even asked the lady 3 times if they had just chicken but she couldn't hear me even though I had to start shouting, so I ended up getting 2 sides of fries because they had no corn. Also, kfc fries suck and why is gravy considered a side? Bruh, it's a dip lol

Possibly the worst KFC in the city, I had a 50 dollar order, I got 0 napkins 0 cutlery; they forgot my drinks and told me I'm lying. And to be honest my fries were not crispy and Under salted, my wings were as cold as outside, didn't even bother eating my sandwich, my sick friend was so disheartened they didn't even bother touching theirs.

I was charged about $21.00 for 3 pc. Chicken, LG fries and medium drink. That seems way too expensive and didn’t seem to line up with when I ordered it in the past. Please become more familiar with pricing so you don’t overcharge people.

Great place to dine in for awesome fried chicken! Newly renovated the place looks very clean! Friendly staff and fast service! Well be coming here often! Keep up the good work guys!

Seems like this location cuts corners and cost on alot of things but, few times i go in their and chicken is greasy like if chicken was sitting their and then they redeepfried it again, also when u order a drink with ice them peoples fill the whole thing of ice to the top and then top it off with beverage, talk about cutting costs right, make sure at this location u ask for no ice in your drink cause thats foolish.

Horrible KFC. I see why I usually shop Popeye's. Ordered mighty bucket for 1. Food was lukewarm, seriously, almost room temperature and I like under 3 min from the KFC by car. As well, they did not give us either of the 2 dips, and they were SLOW. Sat waiting for the lukewarm, clearly NOT freshly prepared chicken for 10 min. Very disappointing. Won't be going back to KFC.

Went there just before closing and was given COLD food. Fries weren't even lukewarm.

October 22-Order over $100 worth of food for the family coming over. We had it picked up. As we were unpacking it we notoced they forgot a large fry. My husband called to see what could be done and they called him a liar. Said 3 people comfirmed there was 2 lg fries so it was impossible that it was wrong. No apology. NOTHING. They offered a free fry next time we order. Not going to help because I plan not to order from this restaurant EVER again.

I do NOT recommend frequenting this store.

Waited 15 min for a gravy lovers sandwich big box meal. Opened the bag when I got home to find out they gave me the wrong sandwich. (I got the bacon lovers sandwich instead) no dips either to go with the popcorn chicken for the box meal. Just awful employee's.

This location WAS our neighborhood go to spot. Since the restaurant renovation in October 2022 we have been twice, and each time the chicken was greasy and old tasting, fries overcooked. Service has worsened too. New management? We won't be back

It's about what you'd expect for a KFC, so if you're ok with that then this one's no different. Experience was a little tainted for me, since they forgot to add the side I ordered to my bag before I left. On top of that, they gave me packets of Taco Bell hot sauce instead of the regular KFC version (which I think is just Frank's Red Hot). I didn't realize this until after I had doused my hot wings in the stuff. Kinda ruined that experience. Check your take-out bags before you leave this location, folks.

I ordered the mighty bucket for one and a large mountain Dew Baja blast. As I was having my meal, I noticed the chicken tenders were dark brown and extremely crunchy but also dry. So I move into the chicken thigh to find a unusual smell. I noticed that the thigh was somewhat pink and slimy. Then I took a sip of my drink to find that the taste was watery without sweetness. I put back this disgusting mess back into its coffin of shame to return it back from whence it came. I was greeted by the manager who responded with, the chicken if freshly cooked daily. I requested that she takes a whiff of the food I nearly ate, to have her repeat her line of "freshly-cooked". The manager responds, what you want to do because that all the chicken is similar to what I nearly had. I agreed to popcorn chicken and a drink. My take is KFC is under managed, plus their chicken is not edible even for your pet, I truly am chemically modified and challenged!

Was trying to call the restaurant to change something on my order I called them 12 times and didn’t get a single answer. This location is absolute trash and I would recommend to anyone going to the location in Albany by the Walmart. Even the door dash support tried to get ahold of them and they didn’t answer her either. I am a pregnant woman and the fact that I couldn’t get ahold of them made me so mad and I will never order or eat from this location again. Ordering $60 worth of food just to not be able to get ahold of the restaurant. Smh such bad service.

I ordered a 4 piece meal with Gravy. Before the young man handed me the bag i asked if there was gravy in the box. He opens the box and says YES. I get home NO GRAVY. GRRRRR. REALLY?

Never ever ever order Uber here. Got me waited for 15mins and they are so slow. They are a mess. Worst kfc in the world world. Rating should be. 0 am not recommending this place. I rather drive an hour than come here in 5mins. They do not care about us delivery drivers. Lost 23 bucks in 15mins.

I love KFC normally. This one is right by my house and disappoints every time. Avoid this location, they rarely change their frying oil and you can clearly taste it.

I ordered the plant based burger here, and it was delicious. Super crunchy, hot, and it may have possibly been real chicken. I wouldn’t know, it tastes like/better than the real thing. I’ve always loved chicken sandwiches, and the plant based is delicious “chicken” sandwich. Fries were good. Staff were super nice. I’m not sure about the poor reviews, some of which have photo evidence. Maybe you should all try the plant based sandwich, they make it really good here.

Very poor customer service here, I asked if they had a chicken for kids, they said we know what your talking about, I ordered a chicken that was not spicy for the kids, it seems like they added extra black pepper on purpose because when the kids ate they were complaining like never before. Save your money and avoid this place at all cost.

When I drove on the drive through and it was empty I knew, this place probably no customer for a reason and sure enough I was proven right.

Went for a zinger when they opened was given a dry, cooked yesterday patty it was absolutly disgusting no sauce on it either i feel sick thinking about it

Oh man that chicken was so gross. I am usually a fan of KFC, this was probably worst kfc experience. The cooking oil has not been changed for the longest time, and this 8 piece bucket of chicken was the tiniest pieces of chicken and just nasty dark grease, I ate one piece and feel sick. Next time I'll definitely stick to Mary browns, very disappointed.

There isn't a single time I go through drive thru and they get my order right. Considering all the time they take you would think they would at least get the order right.

Stopped to pick up dinner at drive thru. The staff I dealt with was a young male named Franz. His customer service skills, his attitude and helpful nature just blew my mind. They need to hire more people like him.

Tried to go to KFC this evening. Got there at 9: 45 pm and three people were in the drive through.and its CLOSED! The sign literally above the drive through reads.open from 11am till 10pm.guess that actually means leave when they want? As we were driving away the employee was just leaving in their vehicle too.so guess that means they actually turned off grills and cleaned everything up at 9? An hour before closing.cool.especially with COVID going on. And only takeout is an option. There is no excuse to be lying on the advertising. Not professional behavior at all.

I needed to wait for 10mins just to get my order in the counter because there's only one cashier who's working in drive tru & counter.

I know it's fast food, but this place is seriously disappointing. The big crunch sandwich had like 1/4 tsp mayo and 3 little shreds of lettuce. Get some produce, come on.

The bun just tasted like soggy grease, as did the chicken. You have to try really hard to make a sandwich this bad. If you only sell chicken, then it better be half-decent, not worse than other fast food places.

The fries are just a worse version of McDonald's fries. Soggier, and you get less.

I like the fact that they have alternate sides such as coleslaw and mac salad, but this is negated by the fact that they can't even put tomatoes on their sandwiches.

I used a coupon and I still feel like a got price gouged.

Friend and I got very sick off of the tacos we got here today, 7 hours after we grabbed lunch and parted ways we are both sick. So it's definitely because of here.

Table was not clean, I always carry a Lysol wipe to do my own table and did not get what I ordered.

If you want to sit in the drive-thru lineup for 20 minutes then back out and go to McDonald’s instead then look no further lol

The chicken is the only reason I bother with this place at all. The gravy is okay as well. The salads have always been very poor and the fries are.well, meh. The KFC app did not work properly for me at all. And the service instore was so-so. I think I'm being generous with the three stars.

Completely messed up my order, when I went back they messed it up again. Missing items both times. They were Completely lost when I went back in to complain.

Terrible place! Did not get our order we paid for, would not answer phone when we called after my husband and son returned home and we discovered the error. This isn't the first time either! I understand people have bad days, but this is the third time, and appears to be regular operating procedure for this place. The food itself tasted good; however was not wrapped properly, it was messily thrown together! PERMANENTLY LOST OUR BUSINESS!

I just waited 10 mins before getting to the drive thru order box then when we got to it, we waited another 5+ mins before anyone took our order. Then after waiting 5 more mins they gave us the wrong order which i have now waited another 5 mins to get corrected. The food is alright but we've never not waited a stupid amount of time whether it's the drive thru or going in at this location.

I had a rather large complicated drive thru order and it was filled efficiently and correctly by friendly staff! Thank you for your good service1

Cannot recommend. Food is not as good tasting anymore. Everything seems small and greasy. At least we did not get sick.

I feel like I could have literally driven halfway across the city and back home to pick up food in the time I spent sitting at that drive thru. I realize chicken buckets take more time than something like burgers to put together. But there absolutely no reason for wait times as long and service as slow as this nonsense.

We got various items at taco bell. There was probably a tablespoon of toppings in each taco and burrito. Honestly it was pathetic. I paid 16 dollars for a couple of tortillas.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service at this KFC. I ordered food and I only got half of my food, after asking for what was forgotten I waited 20 minutes for them to just end up throwing a refund at me instead. Very disappointed.

Over 45 min drive thru wait and on top of that I was missing part of my order. I don't know what's going on here but I'm never going back, that's for sure.

Found it took to much time to get my order, but the good news is that it was so hot when i finally got it i had to let it sit for a few minutes before eating

The drive thru is painfully slow. Expect a wait of 5 to 10 minutes per car. Food is standard quality for Tacos and Fried Chicken

Always super fresh. The people at the window in drive thru can be rude sometimes. Asked for spicy mayo and got told it would be extra when they usually never charge me as I’m a regular there. Do it right or don’t do it at all

The food was very good once I got it. I went to KFC Londonderry and was turned away by the employee at the counter as it was 20 min to close and I wanted a bucket of chicken. Very poor customer service. I next went to the KFC north on 97St. It took over an hour from the time I ordered to get my food. This was 7pm when I ordered. I was told at 7: 40pm that they ran out of white meat and I would have to wait 20 more min unless I wanted all dark meat which I don't like. I waited. The food was however of excellent quality and the staff at this KFC did their jobs.

Unbelievable service. Very slow especially the drive thru. Must wait for the person in front to pay and get food first before they can take your order. Staff always mix up my orders or I am missing half of my order. This location use to be my go to but not so much anymore

If you are going to visit this location be very patient or just be intoxicated so you don't know how long you are waiting for your order. Staff in my opinion don't really care and just take thier time with preparing your order, food quality is very poor. If you don't mind waiting 15 mins or more bring a coloring book or a lawn chair.

A lot of drive thrus' lately can't get the orders right. But very happy that this place got it right.

Update: potholes have been fixed now.

There is a huge pothole at the drive in, if you drive a low riding vehicle it will be damaged from this. Very long wait times from 5-8 PM, expect to wait around 30 minutes before you order and then another 10-15 minutes after. The food is as good as you’d get at any other KFC/Taco Bell.

I waited for over 40 minutes in the drive thru and when I finally pulled up at 9: 08pm and they refused my order stating they were closed. There were about 5 people behind me in line and no one even came out to tell us. I will NEVER return to this location.

Food is usually good. But yesterday order mighty 2 bucket. They didnt have chicken strips so put chicken instead which usually wouldnt be a problem but the chicken was pink.

We thought that this issue would be resolved after filing a complaint in the KFC customer service hotline but in return my fiance has just gotten off the phone only to be called a liar so I'm writing this review for a very morbid warning about this location.

We had a huge headache with food we ordered through delivery from their official kfc.ca website. We waited over an hour and then they sent us someone else's order, we called their hotline, they connected us to the store and this is where the nightmare starts. We told them they sent us the wrong order, which they admitted and then proceeds to tell me I can keep the chicken wrongly sent to us and IF WE WANT we can come pick up the rest of the stuff that should've been in our orders in the first place. I tell them I'm not willing to pick it up as I just paid $5 + tip to get my food delivered. They then tell me they're going to deliver but I would have to wait another hr. At this point my bf decided we're just going to go there and pick it up ourselves coz why would we eat the wrong food sent to us and wait another hr to eat the rest of our food? We brought back the entire order. My fiance then went inside and on his way out he was visibly fuming. I had asked what happened and he told me he literally watched one of the workers there grab the bucket of chicken we just returned since it was the wrong order and put back the chicken from the bucket back into their warmer THEN put it in someone else's order. LIKE WHAT? WE ARE EXPERIENCING A PANDEMIC AND THEY DID WHAT?

We called the hotline again when we got home, filed a formal complaint only to be told we're going to hear back anywhere from 1 to 5 business days from apparently the area manager. WELL GUESS WHAT. Fiance literally just got off the phone 5 mins ago from a manager that apparently WORKS IN THIS LOCATION and pretty much called my fiance a liar. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE FOR ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THERE. No apology, no refund of the delivery fee whatsoever, and a niche of health hazard in this pandemic. This location should honestly be shut down.

Waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes, and when we got to the window; the workers claimed they were no longer serving chicken despite the fact that there were still 15 minutes til closing time. Horrible place.

Nice clean restaurant most of the staff is Filipino and they're always work hard and have a smile on your faces I just love going there

I usually love this place because it’s the only taco bell KFC near me and some staffs are very nice. However, I went there today and the staff that was handling RAW MEAT was also preparing cooked food and such. Cross contamination! I won’t be going here anymore I really don’t want my family and I to get salmonella. This is a serious matter. I do hope something can be done about this worker.

The new drive thru kid has decided that customers are no longer allowed to order off of both the KFC menu and the Taco Bell menu at the same time, either one or the other as to not provide any misconception to customers regarding which food items are available at different locations.unfortunately there was not an adult present so I wasn't allowed to have a taco and a macaroni salad in the same order, and you can only order a side of gravy if you order chicken.even though this location is a KFC/Taco bell store. According to the little boy working drive thru this is the new policy that the manager has put in place. This is what happens when your manager is on a power trip but works in fast food.just wow!

I can't believe that this is what KFC has come too, this is the $12 boneless box, I just opened it, looks like they just shoveled old good into cardboard, and out dated coleslaw by three days? What a joke, do not eat here unless you like cheap swill

Do you like to stand in line for 5 minutes when no one is in front of you and the young staff that seems to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off?

Do you like to wait 20+ minutes for a simple order and during the making of your meal they will forget part of it?

Do you like the person who took your order and handed you your bag of paid for but also missing food to roll their eyes when you ask for hot sauce or ketchup?

Do you like to try and order something that's being displayed on the menu only to be told that they don't make that?

I don't know how this place is still getting business. It genuinely feels like none of the staff care because the restaurant is always a mess, the people behind the counter have so much attitude (especially 2 of the younger asian girls). Whoever is the manager either doesn't care about any kind of standard or just hires anyone with a heartbeat. Just look at all the other one star reviews. I was hoping it was a one off or a bad day but again and again this place has had the worst KFC/Taco Bell experiences I've ever had. It's not like I'm holding this place to a gold standard either.

Since I work close by I thought I'd stop by on my break and get myself some lunch.it was March/11/2019 @ around 3: 35pm.
The wait was probably about 10 minutes but the gravy wasnt the usual great kfc tasting gravy.oddly it was tasteless.
The lady working the drive through was nice but never apologized for the wait and they forgot items in my order.when I tried to call them noone ever picked up the phone.
Probably not a good place to go if you are on lunch and want a quick bite with taste and all your items.

Probably the worst taco bell KFC in North America the food comes out looking like poop and it don't taste right get your sh*t together taco bell. Maybe put a taco bell in this city that doesn't have a KFC in it. KFC is bad Popeyes is x10 better. Just make a taco bell what happened to them all they were around before.

They forgot my mighty chicken box. 1 of three meals in the bag. When I went back, the one girl called me a Thief and a liar. Her manager has been informed.

Some stores pre cook thier chicken burger and when you order them there cold, so ask for freshly cooked if you don't mind the wait, there excellent.
