The garage and parts staff are awesome. Rodney and Blake are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Always ready to assist with your vehicle or RV. But the best part is the four legged staff members. The dogs give Cold Lake Kia the comfortable feeling of dealing with a family, not a business.

The service department is good overall, fair work for a fair price. For some reason unbeknowest the sales side has become too overpriced for my budget.

Bobbie has got to be the most down to earth, relatable, and personable salesperson I have ever dealt with. There was no BS and no upselling. We told her what we wanted, and she told us exactly what the real availability was and got us into a car that fit all of our needs in a timely manner despite the global shortage. I've been going to Kia for a number of years, and you can't beat their customer service. My car was recently making some concerning noises and they managed to take a look at it a few days after I called (even though they were quite busy). The guys at front desk were super helpful at explaining why my car was making strange sounds and everyone is so friendly! Whenever friends or family are looking to buy a vehicle, I'm always recommending Kia because of their great service.

I called to see about a truck they had advertised but it already had a deposit on it so I looked at different ones the sales lady went above and beyond to find me a truck found one had it shipped to the dealer. Unfortunately that truck had issues and the managers we’re really great to work with never questioned anything I said was going on with the truck ended up not getting that truck as they recommended I not take it with the issues they got me into a different truck and I couldn’t be happier with it. The finance was really great to work with as well answered all my questions and got me a really good interest rate

We purchased a 2021 kia telluride a couple months ago, we had fast friendly service they were great at answering all our questions and even stayed late on a Saturday to finish the purchase. This is by far the best suv we have owned and I highly recommend the telluride and kia cold lake!

The sales lady didn’t want to deal with me when I told that I want to purchase a new vehicle cash. I have try to bargain the price but she made me feel unwanted. I really wanted to shop local, the dealership here in general makes it hard because their are at 3000 -5000 higher than in Edmonton. I called Sherwood Kia as they already had a lower price and they offered me a much better discount. Within 24 hours I had my new Car paid cash at a much better price (I ended up saving 7000$ on the MSRP) at Sherwood park. I won’t do any of my service there. My friend to go in Edmonton to get my car but I wanted to see for myself. Now I know!

Customer service is beyond what I expected. Treated with respect, not pressured and enjoyed buying my first KIA with them
