I went in to find my new car as I lost mine in a collision a month before. Kerry, Nicolas, and Thomas were super helpful at getting me what I wanted which was lower payments with 0 down. Kerry was an extreme delight with his jokes and great personality. Nicolas worked with me to get the payments and extended warranty to where I wanted it. And Thomas was a gentleman in helping me as well. The team that helped me was amazing. Thank you guys!

We just bought a Kia Carnival. Dina was our sales person and she was amazing. I told her what I was looking for she found it and made it happen. We have so much going on in our life being without a family vehicle was very stressful. The staff at Kia was so helpful and got us in to our van as fast as possible with it meeting all our needs. We are so thankful for this very smooth transition for our family.

This is an excellent place to shop for a vehicle. Dina Tress is awesome as is their financing crew.
Only one issue. I drove home in the afternoon against the sun and the interior windshield was annoyingly covered in smears and streaks.not washed. Visibility affected.

I used to really like going to kia for vehicle services. They were always kind. Until I had a problem with a service they provided. He was extremely rude, interrupted me multiple times and treated me like I was stupid. Barely let me get a word in and explain the issue I had. Probably would've been resolved with both parties happy if he conducted himself better. Instead I had to walk away and now it's being escalated. Good job kia!

Always happy with the service I receive from Liberty and the service department. Liberty does a great job keeping me informed and organizing my service calls. I know my vehicle is well looked after when it’s in Kia’s care.

I've been dealing with kia red deer to fix my 2018 Kia Rio. I bought it at go auto in Edmonton with a lot of unknown pre-existing issues.
My service advisor, Liberty, was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Her customer service is impeccable.

Justin in finance is absolutely amazing to work with he is very patient and friendly. Up until today I was going to say that about everyone however I do have buyers remorse and went to them about my concerns. After being told I just need to keep this car for 1 year then I can trade it in then followed up with everything they did for me, receiving a phone call and texts to change my rating from a 3 back to a 5. Which yes they did do alot however I ended up having to miss the next day of work because I came from our of town and was written up for missing the day. They took the duct tape off my front fender, pieces of it is still on it, and I was told that there was nothing wrong with it. Meanwhile it is sticking out a bit and needs to be fixed. One of the hub caps is chipped like crazy AND there is rust on the trunk. When mentioning this I was told that I can trade this car in after a year, yet at the dealership I was told 6 months. I changed my rating back after the guilt trip because I was working while receiving these text messages. I was planning on making this my #1 dealership but after the guilt trip I won't be returning. Justin gets a 5 star, but If I knew that my phone wouldn't blow up I would rate the dealership a 3 or now a 2.

Had my 2017 Kia Sportage SX Turbo AWD service today at this Dealership where my vehicle was purchased. 36,000 kms Maintenance Service completed. The parts and service department staff, including the Tech Guy all did a great job. My vehicle was taken in on time and the work was done within a reasonable time. The Service Advisor listened to my requests and concerns and had the job done. The Tech Guy was also receptive to my requests. With service like this, I will continue to service my vehicle at Kia, Red Deer. Thank you for the job you have done. July 19,2023.

Had a great experience at Red Deer Kia with Brandon- he worked very hard to get what I wanted for trade and the price I wanted for the vehicle I chose. I am not an easy customer to please! Would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend Brandon as a salesperson. The Thank You Keg gift card was a nice touch too! (After I had already decided I was purchasing my Kia Sorrento). I now have my dream car!

I was really pleased with the costumer service and the personnel in general from the store are nice, Dina our salesgirl did a great job and offered us a great deal.
I feel satisfied with what we bought So, hope that doesn't changes thru time.

Went looking for a car, found one I liked. Salesperson was nice, friendly. Then came the fees- 10% PDI, insisted on 6% financing for 7 months, even though we had the $$$. Highly unethical. 16%! Couldn't believe it

Just a note for potential future customers of this organization. Don't waste your valuable time like I did trying to purchase a car from them. I suspect I'm not alone with my experiences with this dealership. Long story short, they had a Kia stinger advertised on Kijiji for $50,500.00 after calling and chasing them multiple times as it was tough to get them to return calls, eventually I was given a "all in, out the door price of $53,600.00" by the salesman Brandon. I offered $52,000 and that offer was declined, I was told they are raising the price anyway and then I was abruptly hung up on. I called the next day to speak with the manager Brock and explained I was not pleased with the way I was treated and questioned if they typically advertise a car at a price, get a buyer to agree to the price and then the raise the price?
To be fair, Brock was great and apologized. He said, "this is not how they typically operate". I explained that I was willing to pay their full (original) asking price however later that evening I got a text saying, we are not willing to honor the price given and have raised the price. "It just doesn't make sense to sell it for that price"
The issues I have are,
1) They made up the price on the car and advertised it at that price. I agreed to their asking price but they would not honor it.
2) They had it advertised at a price then raised the price once they had an interested buyer.
3) They then refused to sell it and raised the price after offering a lower price.

At the end of the day, if you are considering purchasing from these folks be aware, I suspect they advertise low to get you interested and then won't honor their price and waste your time. Perhaps some bait and switch tactics at play here?
It is unfortunate they represent the Kia brand in this way.

Dina and Brock were very helpful answering all my questions when buying a new car for the first time. I shopped around for awhile and they were able to get me into the car I was looking for for a fair price.

Friendly staff but extremely relentless with the phone calls and when you say your coming in to do paperwork they should be ready for you and have things ready to go.

I was going to give only a one star review for this, but upped it to 2 because actually buying our 2023 Kia Sportage was pretty painless and straightforward. Unfortunately, the service afterwards almost completely nullifies the positives we started out with. We live an hour away, and my wife works graveyard shifts. When the car needs an oil change the only place that can do it is the dealer, as the filters are apparently proprietary and other oil change facilities do not yet have access to them. I am ok with this. Where the problem exists is when an appointment is made AND CONFIRMED for 7: 30 (when my wife gets off work), but the shop doesn't actually open until 8, and then a simple oil change takes over an hour to complete, making the entire process take 1.5+ hours, is completely unacceptable. The dismissive attitude of "it will take as long as it will take" to top it off makes service at this dealership quite sup-par, for lack of a better phrase.

I will never take my vehical to this dealership again! The service here is unacceptable! I had my car in there in October of last year with rpm issues. After waiting for three hours I was told there was no problem. Just reset the codes and told me if I had winter tires on it would run better. Kicker was there was winter tires on it! Then today I phoned to book it in with an engine knock and going threw oil. I was told it is normal for a Kia to do that but bring it in and they will try to find what isn't wrong. Then I called back and talked to a female service manager that said if I wasn't happy to take it to another dealership. I then asked when an actual manager would be in and was told maybe the end of the week. I can not believe that a dealership can get away with this. I am betting the manager is unaware of most of the issues if he or she is not there!
If there is a manager with any concern about there customer base I would certainly love to have a chat with them!
I bought my vehical from a dealership in southern Alberta. I have enjoyed dealing with them! Every concern I had was answered and delt with immediately.
Until then I guess I will have a long drive to deal with any issues with my vehical, I would rather spend money on fuel and fell like my car is being looked after then second guessing the quality of work being done!

Horrible customer service. Car in the shop for weeks no answers. Once got it back the same issue comes back over and over again. Service team is very snarky and just rude to paying customers. I wouldn’t recommend Kia red deer to anyone I know. STAY FAR AWAY.
