All i wanted to say about the service staff at Kia West are totally amazing. My sisters Kia Seltos was having hood release issues due to the extreme cold so I went in on my lunch break. Without an appointment i was brought immediately. Chelsea Eichelt was really professional, caring, funny, and most of all understanding. I will drive by Kia South just to come to the WestEnd as I live on the South side of Edmonton as the level of service was impeccable.

I dread shopping for a new vehicle but the experience at Kia West was amazing! Mark in Sales was so friendly and accommodating. I felt zero pressure and felt supported in my decision the entire way. I purchased a Kia Telluride and I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Meaghan in Finance was fun, engaging and really easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this team and dealership to others!

Sales experience was very good, Joel came out of the new car sales to assist us as the used side was closed. We got to test drive and purchase on a Sunday. The Car has been delivered and all expectations have been met so far.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Sorento SXL, 56,800 km from Kia West Edmonton and always got my vehicle serviced there over the last 5 years. The 5 year 100,000 km warranty ended on July 12,2023. Never had to use the warranty once. Then in September I got an error on my dash that the headlights Dynamic Bending was not working. When driving at night it is now hard to see as the lights are not lined up correctly. They assessed that the right headlight assembly needed to be replaced. They quoted my $4500 (which is Crazy expensive!) and said it was not a warranty item as it expired in July. The service department told me that this was a common problem with the Sorento. The Kia Stinger had a recall in the USA for their Dynamic Bending lights, but nothing for the Sorento. I appealed to Kia Canada and they said I would have to work out a deal with the dealership. West Edmonton Kia would do nothing for me. I will never buy another Kia and I will never deal with West Edmonton Kia again.

I thought at the very least Kia Canada or Kia West Edmonton could offer some good will as it occurred within 3 months of the warranty expiring, but they would do nothing.

We are out of town and had to get some noise concerns addressed with our vehicle. Juliana, the service manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with, so kind and understanding. She made us feel welcomed and did her best to help us out in every way. We left with all noise issues resolved! Thank you!

I called to get a pricing for a vehicle and the reception forward me to the sales. The sales person name Juan or Joel took my information and told me to give me a call back with the quotation. He called me back. He gave me a price verbally saying it’s going to into mid 60 thousand range. I asked him to send me a quote or explain me the breakdown so I know what I am paying for. At this he made a call that this vehicle is out of my budge and there is no point to talk about this. I said well why would you think it’s out of my budget and provide me with a break down. At this he keeps insisting me that because I cannot afford this car he is not going to give me the break down and hung up … Well done my friend Juan /Joel thanks for your nice judgement and I wish you best of luck to keep talking like this to your client so that your dealership can kick you out soon from there.

I got my vehicle serviced at Kia and had the pleasure of getting to deal with the service advisor Julianna! She was so great, and I felt I could truly trust her to give me the best advice. 10/10 service.

I ordered Kia telluride SX in October 2021.after getting couple of call from These dealership and they offered good deal for factory order. I paid deposit of 1000$.

Ryan (sales person or manager) promise me to get that before New year evening, but it never comes till 26 July 2022. I did called them twice a month for follow up always answer was very soon very soon.it was literally mentally stressful for me. I spend more then 5000$ for rental car only hoping that it gonna come soon. Finally it comes on 26 July 2022 and got call from Ryan on 28 July 2022 that if you want car you have to pay 7000$ extra? After waiting for 9 months asking more money and very very rude and arrogant.answer was due to market situation have to pay more! Seriously! Then why I did factory order! It's completely unethical but they don’t care the person who waited for 9 months and asking more money by stating that if you sale in market you will gonna get 70000$!

He provide me 24 hour time if I will not agreed to pay extra 7000$ they will gonna return car to Kia Canada. I mean customer can wait for 9 months but they only give you 24 hours. I asked to send me email stating you asking more 7000$ as total price without any shame reply was I can not do that….

Sep 17,2022 we bought Kia forte 2022 from Kia Westedmonton. Advertising price was $22095, But they charged us $32000. That is for the basic and demo vehicle with 11000 km. Mr will has done the sale. No transparency at all. They did not say it was demo until we paid down payment. Even we paid $10,000 down payment, we ll have to pay 144 b/w. Because they are not
giving 4.99% rate for finance. Since it was a demo vehicle they gave 6.99%. Even for that much larger price. Really disappointing about Kia Westedmonton. Best part is they agreed to give remote starter option by charging $400, that is how we paid 29060 before tax. They installed it and issued zero invoice to us. After one month their finance Manger calling us asking to pay another $400. Oh my God how can we trust them, they are changing their word frequently. Funniest part is after one month of sale their finance manager calling us and asking more money.

Simon was wonderful, honest and candid. Nothing but stars for Simon! Brandon was forthcoming, honest and a straight shooter. At first. Then things shifted. The terms Brandon and I agreed to in his Office (with two other employees present) were very different than those that were in the paperwork through financing. Felt lied to, but proceeded based on down payment and plans for payment in full. Also, Edgar in Finance shared and discussed details about my purchase with my husband without me present. Hubs isn’t on the purchase. Didn’t sit comfortably with me. Edgar also told me that hubs agreed to aforementioned terms. In fact, he had not. Felt lied to. Moved on to Jim for pick up. Felt rushed, dismissed and irrelevant. He sped through the settings and features of my Telluride without allowing for questions or discussion. Looked at hubs and asked if he was tracking because I was overwhelmed (hint to Jim, perhaps? Nope) Jim continued on without a breath. Granted it was late in the day, but felt disregarded. Overall, certain attributes of our purchase went well. Others, not so much. Perks? The tank was full and plans for a new windshield were taken care of before driving off. Drips? Inconsistencies and discrepancies that were slid in, not applying deposit to purchase. (They did refund that once we brought it to their attention. Oversight? Maybe. Maybe not. Wasn’t a great experience, wasn’t the worst. Eyes open, stick to your guns and watch for diversions and you’ll be okay.

If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. Worst ever! Ordered a new telluride in Dec of 2021 and was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. Well in oct of 2022 they finally contact me and tell me I will have to reorder and it would be another 6-12 month wait. In the time I was waiting I was never contacted or updated with my order. I had to call them every month to be told it should be he soon. And to top it off they jacked the price up 5000 over mrsp. For the new 1, these guys are a bunch of crooks and very shady. Had to wait for a month of steady calling and leaving voicemails with no call backs to try and get my deposit back. These guys are a joke. Stay far away!

As many have already pointed out, this dealership is NOT up front with their customers. Buyers beware, if you're ordering a new vehicle through these guys, they will complete anywhere between $2,500 - $3,500 dollars worth of work on the vehicle upon it's arrival from the factory and add that to your final bill of sale. According to their Finance Manager, this work is exclusive to this dealership and they do it on all of their new arrivals. This work is NOT OPTIONAL. They will NOT let you take possession of the car unless you consent to pay them for this work.

I only found out about this eight months later when they called to let me know that my vehicle was ready. They did NOT tell me about this back in January when I was shopping around for a new car and I put down the initial deposit.

I have filed a report with AMVIC as well as Kia Canada to advise them of this predatory practice.

Poor after-sale service. It took over a week of hounding and a complaint to AMVIC to get a copy of the terms and conditions of the few "value add" items I purchased with my car. Do not recommend!

Update: I've come to find out these idiots did 6 hard credit checks the same day when I bought the car, crashing my credit score by 25 points. Don't trust these people.

We were interested in buying a new SUV, we had to give a deposit before the test drive.my husband paid the $1000 deposit with his credit card, once we were back at the dealership, we decided we were interested in purchasing the vehicle we sat to go over the details and before signing the paperwork, once the FULL price was given to us, we realized it was not within our budget, we told them immediately that we would not be able to go through with the purchase, we were told that the accountant had left for the day and that we would have to come back at another time to get the $1000 deposit back, my husband works out of town, so he said on his next days off he would be back for the deposit, that takes us today, today the manager informed my husband that the $1000 deposit is non-refundable.we will never shop here again and hope this is a warning to anyone else.be aware these guys are thieves!

Kia West Edmonton were able to get me the best deal on my trade in vehicle out of all the other dealerships we tried. The staff were helpful, professional and worked very hard to get me an amazing deal on a brand new 2023 Kia Seltos. I will definitely come back when it is time for a new car! In particular I would like to thank the amazing salesman that helped me for hours, Stefan and the wonderful Kathleen for helping me with everything financial. Highly recommend!

Just got my Kia Seltos Sx Turbo with this dealership. First we got in the dealership Frank (sales person) approached us and checked the inventory for the Seltos. We told them that we would like to do a test drive to an AWD Seltos but at that time they told us that theyre only 1 FWD and 1 AWD when they checked the key for the AWD pparently another customer took it to do a test drive. Their manager was and told Frank and us that theyre should be one more that just arrrived and fresh from the truck delivery. We did the a test drive and we were satisfied during the trip. We talked about numbers with frank and they’re offers was great. He said he is also gonna try and get me some winter tires (and HE DID!). The fact I didnt have to ask for winter tires and he offered. Told them we had to check other cars still for test drives and Frank gave his personal phone number to contact him anytime if we wanted to take his offer. We went through other dealerships offers and so far their dealership and Frank’s offer were better than others. We also had a good experience with Edgar all through out the financial process. He was straight forward about the paperworks and he made sure that we get the car the next day with the new free winter tires and all the detailing that they had to do so it could be ready as soon as possible. They made it quick for us and took them less than 24 hrs. One thing though, I wish the prices for the added on protection packages were shown to us before accepting because there protection and warranty offers are great! But other than we had an amazing experience with the whole dealership. We were able to get the car right away. They did some detailing and we were sent to Jim to walk us through the car. Jim took his time and explained everything to us.

Really recommend this dealership expecially Frank as he made sure that we love the car first and gave us options when it comes with payment that is within our budget and even got us free winter tires and rims! Edgar was quick and direct and really fast on the financing side. Jim was thorough with reallt good with cars and its specifications. Hoping that they’ll continue to provide exemplary service.

We were charged extra thousands of dollars once the vehile arrived. We were not aware of these charges, the dealership did not tell us of any extra charges when we first ordered the vehicle. Maybe I would have gone elsewhere if I would have known that they extra money to final sale of the vehicle for the work that I did not ask for.

Also customer service was not the best, considering that we were customers living 3 hours away with a newborn. The dealership said we had to come in right away and aigny the papers even though it was not convenient for me as a customer. Would not wait 2 weeks for me to come to the city when I had other appointments to make it easier for me and my family.
Customer should come first.

He offered a reasonable compensation for the inconvenience caused by the car delivery delay. We ended up paying a bit more than expected but we are still happy with the deal. I recommend this dealer for whoever is looking for a new Kia

Bought a 2023 Kia Sportage 6 months ago here, no one ever called to follow up even though I was told they needed to install an extra chip in it so I could access all of my features. Now I’m being told they don’t know what I’m talking about and my fully loaded vehicle still doesn’t have the same features as the base model. Very disappointed.
