They gave me a good service when I went there twice in the last week and a bit, funny thing is I think they should be investing in me, one because what I bought, 2 who sold it 2 me, 3 because a coin and 4 because I use too buy there shox there a lot with my bmo account that someone else stole either identity fraud, respond too this for info, and also what I watched on TV

When paying all staff were behind the counter talking and I was given a bag that was ripped down the entire side and the new shoes fell out and when I asked for a new bag as it was a gift all staff just stared at me and were not able to help me whatsoever. Even the manager themselves looked at me and ignored me. Never going there again

Staff are friendly but they linger quite a bit.not as big as a problem as some people make it seem but it definitely happens.shouts out the employees though

The prices are a little high for some Nike models for example, but they are not available on the official website.

Cool playlist, but I was there perusing the boots for about 40 mins and nobody ever stopped by to help me with sizes. Thankfully the playlist made the waiting pretty enjoyable. Learned the importance of being an ASSERTIVE shopper

We were having trouble using up Xmas prepaid visa on shoe purchase, the store manager Rachie went out of his way to help us resolve the issue on time, I wish every store manager has the similar level of professionalism and kindness as Rachie does, thanks again Rachie for all the help, we will definitely come back for more future purchase.

The employees in this store want to do anything but help customers. I need a size in a pair of shoes and there was no employee in sight only the cashier. I finally found one and asked her for the size, she gave me a blank stare and called for another guy he then grabbed the shoe and walked away not saying a word. He comes back and says “we don’t have that size” and walks away. If you need help finding a size I recommend going to another foot locker where the employees actually will help and not look miserable.

WATCH YOUR VALUABLES IN THIS STORE! The sales guy told my grandson he had to leave his backpack outside the dressing room to try on ONE pair of sweats. The poor kid didn't want to, but it was only the one dressing room and the guy was right there so he obeyed. I'd given him $40.00 so he had some cash and then met him an hour later in the m all. He bought what he tried on with his bank card and so didn't need any cash. The next day he looked in his wallet and the cash was gone. The only place he'd been and lost sight of his backpack in those 2 hours was while in that dressing room at Chinook footlocker. Apparently, the manager doesn't care. It's Christmas season and of course, if you know someone has just started changing in the dressing room, its easy to zip open a pocket and check for money. If you've had money stolen while in the dressing room in Footlocker, call the police and report it, no matter what the amount. If you have the name of the store person, as we do, they might actually do something.
Don't try callling the store. I've tried for two weeks and immediately get a weird generic canned voice mail that just says "We can't help you. Try again some other time. " OR Better yet, never shop here.

I usually shop here once a week but I am not gonna go there because there was one white short girl who don't know how to deal with customers we pay to get good service not for this kind of rude behaviour. I will ask everyone else not to go on this location anymore. I'll prefer crossiron mills

Worst customer service I ever had especially that short height cashier girl who don’t know how to behave with customers. I am not going there anymore and will not suggest anyone to dump their money and time on this kind people.

Very nice staff! Staff helped me find good shoes for wide feet. Helped me find alternative shoes when they didn't have the shoes I wanted. Only thing is selection isn't that great

Awesome selection and great styles available, sometimes low on sizes but it’s super easy for them to order in the size for you. Recommended for sure!

Great store and good prices. They are respecting the covid restriction numbers and providing hand sanitizer to the clients.

This is my go to store for all the sneaker drops. The staff are attentive, kind & know their sneaker knowledge. Shout out to Sarina for giving me all the tips to cop the latest drops. Appreciate you girl!

Called them to ask about a shoe they said that they could sell it to me the next day. Than we drove 40 minutes only to figure out that the information that they gave us on the phone was wrong and they could not sell it to us. They said come again tomorrow but that is what they said last time I am not wasting my time again.

A great selection of shoes and sizes. Even better than there selection is their customer service. Hady is a boss! Welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable.

We bought a new pair of $55 dollar kids sweat pants and they refused to take them back. The tie string frayed when we washed them before he even wore them once. They said they washer did the damage but out machine has NEVER damaged any of our clothes in the past. They did not offer any sort help at all.

Very friendly staff.they have most of the shoes that other foot lockers don't have in stock. Also their customer service is very good they price matched my Nike Vapormax in no time. Very happy with the purchase

Drove across the city to hopefully find a good selection of basketball jerseys. Had like. 6 choices. Pretty disappointing for a place called House of Hoops.

I guess when you have only teenagers working here I guess your not surprised in getting lousy service but that shouldn't be the reason why too!

Amazing place for the best basketball equipment. Of course this is my favorite sport other than football. The store has amazing goods such as Air Jordan, Nike, and Adidas etc. This store also has a great atmosphere geared for basketball as a sport. It knocked me back into the culture of the sport after the long offseason when the Raptors in Toronto won the championship game. Very proud of foot locker for this idea for basketball apparel. Great store, and look forward to shopping here again next visit to Chinook Mall here in Calgary

They've got a ton of shoes, it's a Footlocker, you know what you're getting. But I did buy my absolute favourite pair of shoes, back and white Flyknit air Force 1's. Expensive, but it's Nike.

I was just in this store (March 28 8pm) and the staff preferred to chat with their friends rather than help anyone. I walked out.

Stood around waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to help me get a shoe in a certain size. Thought it might be too busy for the staff so I decided to continue shopping elsewhere and return to footlocker before leaving the mall. When I returned about an hour later, there was barely anyone in the store but the same thing occurred. Stood around waiting for assistance that never came. Every one of the staff members was standing around the till doing anything but helping out customers. Will not be returning to this location to make any purchases.

I purchased some nice FILA shoes under a month ago. I only wear them to college nowhere else. Why does my left shoe already have a rip in it? When will Canada stop selling Chinese made shoes? We need some of that genuine Canadian material. Because I am disappointed in my shoes now.

We love checking out the new shoes and colour ways. The staff is great, very helpful and up on trends.

Has all the basketball shoes you could need (basically), polite staff and built next to the Footlocker, in which my experience has had the most selection of new releases compared to any other in Calgary.

10/10 SERVICE! Came to the area a couple days ago and within seconds of walking around the store I was greeted by an associate with curly hair. Really helped out on picking what type of shoes my daughter needed for basketball. Will definitely be coming back soon when we visit again.
