DO NOT RECOMMEND.they have a HUGE turnover of staff! Heba & karen are rude, selfish and do not put their staffs needs first.their priority is profits & profits only.staff who make too much of a fuss are sweeped under the rug.they will literally hire anyone and put unqualified staff in family’s homes and act surprised when they don’t succeed.literally go anywhere but here.update: there’s been a siege of new “positive” reviews that praise heba & karen all in a very short time span… all of those are either from family members or favoured staff

another update: it’s been a year since my original review & since i stopped working here… i just received a phone call from this company as if i still work there, wanting to add a client to my schedule… they clearly are still just as disorganized as they always have been and don’t know what they’re doing.i can’t stress enough how much this is a horrible company that is not worthy of your time.

This agency has gone above and beyond helping families get the best care possible for their children.
Management has always been approachable and respectful when meeting the demands of its employees.

Since I’ve posted this review it looks like heba elbakr and Karen kumar have paid or persuaded their family members / employees to leave good reviews attempting to push the bad ones down. Don’t let this scam company take advantage of you! I wouldn’t recommend this agency to any family nor would I recommend anyone work here. Heba and Karen don’t pride themselves in correctly matching clients and just throw anyone who’s willing to work on the shift. Compatible or not. They say that you can call into the office/ respite phone for support/ideas during your shift but nobody ever answers.
They scam their employees and have no proper training nor shift procedures in place. The training they do provide they want you to work a year or pay the 1000$ if you choose to leave or do anything less than 2 shifts a month! They don’t have any kind of safety interventions for when you get abused on shift so prepare for that! They also won’t remove you from the client and tell you that it’s your fault and to do better.
You’ll lose more money in gas than you will make working because they don’t pay their workers fairly at all.
They only care about profits and have no morals / souls as human beings.

I love the staff they were welcoming and nice and they found respite staff for my son fast and even the worker I have for his is great and my son is very happy

This is the best place for kids. They provided excellent service and care. Whole staff is very reliable and do the best under wonderful management. Highly recommend this place.

It's been like a year working here the thing I can say is it's very nice and I love it. The executive directors, the other employees are very nice, they are very helpful, no matter what the situation is or what time is it, Everyone is willing to help each other. It's like a good team working other to help kids and there families. I am really happy to work here with the executive directors as they are very nice and professional.
