KidStrong Sherwood Park

My son absolutely loves coming to class. Every week is a new challenge. So great for kids development.

We love Kidstrong! From the physical activity to the social skills and so much more that our kiddo is developing there, is amazing!

We absolutely LOVE Kidstrong in Sherwood Park. We started attending the first week they opened and have rarely missed a session since because our child loves it SO MUCH. We started when our child was only 2 so we attend the parented classes with him. The coaches are so friendly, the environment is incredibly welcoming to both children and parents, and the program itself is such a great combo of body and brain exercises. I think it's especially cool to see how he implements the things he learns at Kidstrong in our day-to-day life, and he can often be heard telling other kids "YOU CAN DO THIS! " It is well worth the money we pay, and we look forward to being members for a long time!

Great place for kids to grow and develop. Helping teach life skills. My little guy is really starting to warm up to instructors. Very nice ladies and try hard with little ones. I love getting to be involved with his classes. Keep up to good work

Kid strong is an amazing 45 min boot camp. It challenges the kids minds, endurance and strength! I would highly recommend this program.

Kidstrong has benefited my son and family in ways I never thought were possible. My son has become such a patient, kind, confident young boy thanks to Coach Cheryl, Coach Jin, and Coach Dalene. We have made wonderful friendships with the staff and parents and look forward to every weekly class! I couldnt recommend Kidstrong enough.

We LOVE Kid Strong! Our son has a more timid personality and it takes him awhile to warm up to his surroundings. Ever since we started KidStrong, we noticed a HUGE difference in his confidence! Our little girl (2years old) LOVES it and she’s learning so many skills! We LOVE the coaches (shout out to Coach Jin & Coach Dalene)! They are so welcoming & energetic…making every class so engaging and enjoyable for not only the kiddos, but for the parents as well! If you are looking for something that will help your child come “out of their shell” and build in confidence, strength, and bravery- look no further! You won’t be disappointed:)

Kidstrong has been an amazing experience for my 8,5 and 2 year old. My oldest has anxiety and is very reserved so we have tried multiple sports, music etc to try to help him build his confidence. Kidstrong has made an incredible improvement with my son but my other two kids as well. All of my kids absolutely love the program! The coaches are amazing people, they are great with the kids, motivating, patient and I love how they keep parents engaged with what the kids are doing!

If you are considering putting your child into a well- rounded extra curricular activity, this is it. Excellent environment to move, learn and grow.

I can not sing praise for this program enough! As a mommy of two neurodivergent boys, I love the way the coaches engage and keep them moving! The rank up and milestones create excitement for showing up and the awards have them bring their best foot forward to have fun and build strength and confidence!

Our 4 year old, Maxwell, loves coming to KidStong every Sunday. The coaches are awesome and the classes are engaging. Great for building character for your little ones

We're a couple classes in with KidStrong Sh Pk and my daughter is having a great time.

KidStrong has been excellent for my son! He is getting out of his comfort zone, growing in so many different ways, and I really enjoy watching him do so! This has been a wonderful bonding time for just mommy and son too! We absolutely love coming to these classes! Thank you KidStrong!
