Parents don't follow the rules, even when the signs are literally in front of their faces. I saw a handful of nasty things happen to some poor kids.
Staff at the entrance/food/prize counters are super busy yet polite, and others stand around discussing their weekend plans. Did see one girl consistently sweeping and cleaning up. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean.
This place desperately needs one staff member in each section to keep an eye on things! Whistle when someone is out of line. Don't let the same three kids monopolize the riding jeeps all day long!
Simple solutions to get this to a five star kind of place.

BE AWARE! Even though the place is very clean and the kids love it.
You need to be on guard, especially when they're busy. They don't have an employee working the gate. I constantly see them just opening it and not checking if stamps match. Very concerning and dangerous when I did speak up (one of the times) I got dismissed with attitude because they were too busy. So it's not a 100% safe place you have to watch your kids.

The staffs are nice and tried their best in giving great customer service even though it’s a busy weekend. Food options are quite good.

All the tables in the sit down area were dirty, the wifi is horribly slow, aome equipment needs yo be changed.

We love this place. Ample space, great service, great birthday party accommodations and ample parking. The food is decent and the parent waiting area is nice.
15 August 2022 12:54
Great place. Bright, clean and provides something for many ages. The price is the best I've seen for what you get.
I love that they have seperate spaces for toddlers, preschool etc.
The prizes are over the amount and very little to choose from. Best not to play the games.

My baby had fun.lots of game machine as well, but if your not good getting stuff toys don’t go there, really hard to get that, i spent 60$ trying to get the big toy for my baby?

This was fun for the little but it was chaotic. We asked on the way in if there were areas for smaller children (15 months old) and we had them pointed out. When we went to use those areas much larger children just ran through the area swinging the swings violently and using the tiny slides as a jungle gym. Mostly all the tiny children we saw we knocked over or banged into by larger children. It wasn't a safe space for the tinys to enjoy and explore. Our bébé still had great fun but we pretty much had to either carry around for safety or be a shadow deflecting the very energetic children. Everyone old enough was having a blast.

Great indoor playground! Has an infant area, toddler area, and a jungle gym with slides as well as a big climbing structure. There is also an area with electric cars and other ride ons. Some arcade games. There's a large cafeteria too. It's a very clean facility, including the bathrooms.

What a place my kids were enjoying soo much they had lots of funny and for us the parents running around helping the kids on games
08 July 2022 2:14
I don't know how much it cost as my daughter inlaw paid for the entry. We had 2 kids aged 6 and 7. For such a large space there really wasn't much for them do. Seemed geared more towards toddlers. We arrived at 5: 45. Weren't advised we couldn't order food as the kitchen was closed. The menu on the play side didn't show any food. We only noticed when ppl started getting their food orders. I found that rather odd and confusing. I understand closing the kitchen early as they close at 7 but they could of advised us. It was not busy. I would probably recommend for toddlers but not for kids any older.

Very well priced! Tons of fun things for the kids to do! Lots of food options. They’re doing an incredible job here! My 2 year old loved it
26 June 2022 12:01
Read up on the details and rules before you go so you know what to expect. You and your child are stamped. You must leave your license to get a locker key. You do need money inside to buy treats and game passes. You need to be buzzed in and out of the secure play area. Fill out your data sheet on the computers provided for first time visitors. My 4yo niece absolutely loves this places, it's big and has multiple activity centres.
15 June 2022 11:25
Great place for kids of many ages to run around. Lots of climbing, sliding, overall a nice place to play.
11 June 2022 10:51
Super fun and huge indoor playground perfect for kids ages 2 through to 9. Lots of stuff to do here and it’s quite clean.
05 June 2022 16:58
We’ve been coming here since it opened, it’s fun but is definitely showing a lot of wear and tear and is becoming dangerous in places, my grandson fell through the side of one climbing area due to ties breaking and netting tearing and wearing. I don’t think the owners are putting the effort into maintaining it anymore.
27 May 2022 6:37
Nice place, really big, relatively clean. Lots of space and options for kids of all ages and good open area for them to run around. I have not tried any of the food. Only annoyance is you have to get a big stamp when you go (looks like a prison number).
25 April 2022 22:42
Great place for kids to hangout! Very safe and parents can take around children into play areas!

Came in to Kidzgo today with my 18month old and my 5 year old, and decided I wanted to buy the 10 day pass but only wanted to buy the more expensive one so that o use those passes for both my 5 yr old and my 18 mth old which I’ve been also doing at all the other places like hide n seek and treehouse etc… well I guess I shouldn’t have asked cause much to my surprise the blonde lady became flustered and just condescending said to me it’s policy, I then asked to speak to an owner and it took a fee times before they brought someone until then I had another employee with glasses black hair (I’m describing the person as no one was willing to give me their name) and said it is what it is and that they are not hide n seek (I guess she meant “ we don’t understand what respect is so you better just pay what we are telling you it is”) is what I got from her. Anyways a few minutes later they bring the acting supervisor and again I explained to him this makes no sense I mean I could pay for one day for my two girls $22.85 or I could buy a pass for the 5 year old and use her coupons for both my girls which was $72. Obviously they would make more money from me if I just came 5 times and the. Re buy a 72.00 pass quicker then buying two separate passes for my 18 month at 52.00 and 5 year old at 72.00 which equals 124.00 they would instead make 144.00 from me. And I would end up paying more and coming back again…. So the supervisor just said it’s policy, then I asked to speak to an owner took him a few sighs and hesitations and I’m not sure if he really spoke to them or not. But just came back and said it’s policy. I said ok I will pay today for one day only and just not come back and tell people how you make no sense. And well I guess that’s it. They don’t really care only two of their girls were actually nice and treated me with respect. Obviously I stayed cause my kids were now excited but believe me I will never come back with this kind of treatment. Very unprofessional staff need re-training and learn manners. Except for the nice Filipino lady and the Latino or East Indian lady who at least tried to help me genuinely. Supervisors are terrible. And no owner in sight nor does he take a call.

We had decided to hold my sons 2nd birthday and came in from Airdrie to do so because I was very happy they offered smaller birthday packages. We arrived and filled our waivers as you would at most places. They directed us to our room where I assumed a staff member would come and help with the flow of the party, which is standard at most play places. The party started at 11: 30 and no one came until 12: 15 when the food arrived. I also had to hunt down a staff member to get our arcade cards that came with the party. The room didn’t have extra cups for adults and didn’t have a lighter or forks. So we had to hunt down staff again for that. Then only time I consistently saw a staff member was when it was time to leave to kick us out of the room. It was very obvious on arriving that they were under staffed so I don’t necessarily blame the staff. One HUGE thing that I was upset about and my guests was it was obvious they weren’t checking wrists when people were leaving… I don’t care if your over whelmed and understaffed that’s a safety issue, especially for people with small kids. I’m really disappointed and won’t be returning. The only reason they got a 3 was because my kids actually did have a great time on the equipment and arcade.

Was here with my 17 month old daughter today and was disappointed with our visit. I tried to take her into the toddler area to play, where it specifically says no children over the age of 5 and there were tons of older kids playing in there. My daughter was trying to play with the balls on the palm tree and got taken out by a girl that was about 10 years old. I understand kids will be kids and it is a kids play place, however some enforcement on the ages playing in certain areas would be nice. There is a huge area for older kids to play, why do they need to play where toddlers are supposed to play? It is a safety issue, if I wasn't standing right beside my daughter to catch her she could have been seriously injured. I cant completely blame it on Kidzgo, I'd say it is lazy parenting as well.
After that incident I took my daughter to the infant play area and it is one small climbing triangle that is crowded by a bunch of dusty old push toys. Not sure I will come back here as there are a ton of other play places in Calgary.
06 June 2019 22:54
DO NOT go to this place on Weekends, Holidays or Spring Break. I can not stress this enough! It has nice wide open spaces to play and run however when it is busy there is not enough staff to help you. Yesterday there was a huge line up for the waiver computer, a line to pay to enter and a line up at the concession. The one that frustrated me the most was when my 6 year old grandson was excited to spend his points won on the arcade games in their store. There was ZERO staff to run the store for the arcade points won. A staff member told my grandson and I to get out of the store (along with 3 other families) telling us we need to come back another day to spend our points. My grandson does not live near Calgary and was soooo SAD when he was told this. I along with the other 3 families were extremely frustrated with this lack of service! Shame on KidzGo for not properly staffing on such a busy week!

Ruined daughters birthday this place is a joke the facility its build so well for kids yet the management and manager have to be the most unorganized and most unprofessional I have ever seen untill the management changes I will never be back
18 May 2019 6:11
My daughter had such a great time!
The staff was attentive, and on point.
The facility was inasly clean and organized, I watched staff pick up anything that didn't belong on the ground.
The food was ok for the price you paid, and the portion size didn't leave you wanting anymore.

They have some crazy slides, and jungle gym for all ages.
Definitely going to be a monthly return for me and my family.
09 May 2019 6:11
Very cool play place with a wide variety of activities (that all work!). They have a little Jeep driving area, a huge play structure, multiple ball pits, a huge bouncy house and really nice little kid areas. The snack bar has a good selection including espresso. We didn't go for the games and prizes this time, but we will on our next visit.
08 May 2019 21:19
Probably the best play place we've been to, the toddler section is actually exciting with carousel-like rides, the driving area is a little chaotic, but good fun, and the climbing structure is huge and diverse with great slides. Only minor negative was it was so busy at the entrance the staff were having trouble keeping up, price of success I guess.
05 May 2019 9:18
The services was non-professional, as the staff failed to apologize for unsafe slides. My son went down the slide, and hurt his neck very badly. When the staff was told about the incident, they failed to document the accident and ignored our complaint. When he went on another ride, the employees said that the kids were too old, although they were still in the range of permissible age. On the other instance, when my son was riding the "jeep ride", and accidentally crashed with another car; he got rudely kicked out from the ride; meanwhile, other kids who also crashed were allowed to stay on the ride. Overall, our first experience was horrible and itsi unlikely for us to recommend it to anyone else.
04 May 2019 9:21
Super cool place for kids from just barely crawling to pre-teens, "free" for the parents. Great place to take your kids when they are full of energy and it's freezing outside.
02 May 2019 15:17
New place with lots of variety and space. Probably aimed more at the 4-7yr old demographic, so was perfect for a 5yr old birthday. Only problems seemed to be around booking and organization regarding the birthday. Had to change the booking to a later time because they double booked initially and then were told the wrong room so were waiting for a room that was being used already for 15 min. It was all sorted in the end and the room was very well set up with place settings and food when we got there.

KidzGo is an amazing place to bring your little ones! They are all about your child's safety, having a mandatory check-in system, with an identification form to be filled out, and a coded stamp that reads the same, only on you and your kid's hands, and is checked by an employee every time someone enters or exits their fun zone. KidzGo has a small arena with motorized cars (Big Wheel esq) for kids, as well as a HUGE play fort, with numerous slides, ball pits, and all sorts of obstacles that kids can get lost in their imagination, playing inside of this #FortressOfFun! This Nino-Man highly recommends! Enjoy!

Leading up to our seven year olds birthday we had many many calls asking us to move times. The price changed. The lady told us no deposit was necessary. She then called us to cancel our time because we had no deposit on file.

Long story short. They did finally get things right and after a lot of uncessary stress the party was a success. It is likely growing pains with a newer establishment.
We would definitely go to play again but likely wouldn't book a party.
11 April 2019 21:51
After booking my daughters birthday and paying the deposit I show up for her birthday and nothing is ready. They were rude to my guests and told them they weren’t on the list. When I showed them yes they were they didn’t apologize they just were rude again. Then I get to the room which was supposed to be at 2. It’s 215 and the room is still not empty after paying 250 dollars. Then the manager is rude and tries to say I only paid 108 because he wasn’t counting my deposit. When I corrected him of his mistake he walked off. Then tried to say they called me. The lady informs him they never called me. So he offers me half a refund. Yet the room is still not set up. No napkins. No forks. No place mat. Nothing for over 200 dollars. They were nothing but rude to me and my guests. They ruined my daughters birthday and then acted like it was not their fault. They couldn’t be bothered to do her birthday and yet still wanted me to pay full price. Will not be going back. They are nothing but rude to everyone. No apology nothing. Just rude staff. They ruined another families birthday on the same day. Do no book your party here

A new place will always have its hiccups. The great thing about this place is they are willing to educate themselves and accommodate.

Customer service is amazing by the front staff!

The Koreans have entered the play center market across the city and they are providing a wonderful reasonably safe place for our children to play- but what I wish they would do is incorporate or at least offer some Korean food on their menu. For me food is a huge factor in determining where I make plans for the children and family members. Kidz go needs to vamp up their menu.

I was making plans to spend an evening here with some family and friends and after looking at the menu -all but one person, declined my invitation. They said to me there were no healthy options and nothing sounded appealing. My son loves pizza and he loves chicken so for us it was perfectly fine. Or so we thought.

Food

The current menu is limited in its offerings but I’ve been told the menu has changed almost weekly since it’s opened, possibly a good sign? - in all fairness I’ve only tried the XL pizza, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, hot dog and fries. They offer no form of vegetables but they do have fresh fruit cups. The 16” pizza is made by a different company from the 10” and I would highly recommend ordering the 10” a (coco brooks) if you decide to order pizza.

I think the main reason the food was either so over cooked or undercooked was due to inexperience. If you happen to order something that has not been cooked properly I strongly recommend you send it back as the kitchen needs to know. They have an amazing attitude and really try to accommodate you.

The hot dogs were great, chicken tenders were good but way over cooked, I would not order the nuggets, fries are a lot like Costco fries. I really hate giving critiques but the XL pizza was just not okay on any level. The cheese didn’t melt properly because it’s such low quality, crust doesn’t cook consistently so it comes out partially cold or frozen in the center while the outer edges are chewy and over cooked. Honestly tastes like a gigantic Mcains frozen pizza

Washrooms

The places just opened a few weeks ago and the bathrooms are sparkling clean

Safety

Free locking lockers are available with ID as collateral. Wristbands act as a wireless key to your locker that you can open and close continuously during your whole stay. I loved this. All patrons are wristbanded and coded to the child. There are cameras everywhere, staff supervising several sections of the play structures - Each of them have first aid which is really great to know.

Games / credit

They have about 10 games that you can play averaging about 6-8 credits per game. So 10.00 will essentially get you about 3 games. You can win electronic tokens which you can redeem for prizes at the prize area. I really wish they used he ticketing format as kids are so visual and they love to see the oodles of tickets coming out. Kids that young really don’t know the quantity of things in the electronic form.

Play structures

Infant/ baby area

Relatively small but compact. Above all - super super clean.

Toddler area

Typical bumpers and climbers and balls. A nice toddler sized slide. Above all
Super super clean

Electronic cars

A section in a corall type setting where the kids drive around in mini electric cars. I foresee a gong show happening at peak hours but it was relatively dead when I went.my son who is seven, loved this.

Slides

There are several slides here. A rainbow slide that is similar to the ones at tommy k play, and tree house, they have a dual slide tube, a twirling slide, and a ridiculously steep and fun slide ending in a landing pitt filled with balls keep things interesting for the older folks.

Overall

Super clean facility with adoring kind intelligent front staff. Patience from the patrons will be needed as the kitchen sorts itself out and the menu is established. Always give the kitchen your feedback. (good or bad) they need to learn and grow

Went on opening day. Place should not be open yet. Open electrical wires in the washroom. I can’t imagine how it got so dirty on the first day. Found a broken fake nail stuck to one of our kids socks. Very disorganized. Will not be coming back.

I am pretty sure this is the only place for lovely kids to go and play in Calgary. My kids (5 and 7) really liked toys, games, slides and food everything. I was not bored at all because this place is just too big and I could walk around looking for my kids how they are doing and there were area to sit and wait until kids are done lol. Friendly staff and easy access. I promised my kids to Kidz Go again next week.
21 March 2019 0:24
This place is amazing. It is huge, clean and so well organised. The staff is really helpful and it is clear that they have safety at the forefront of everything. They give each parent and child a matching stamp and check that your stamps match as you exit the playground to ensure your child is with their adult. There are lots of staff floating and supervising the big slides. They have free lockers and a really nice cafe. The price to play is quite reasonable and adults are free. Morning and evening daytime plays are 50% off as well! The cafe is a little overpriced but not outrageous. You can’t bring in your own food but I would imagine they would be flexible with allergies and babies. The bathrooms are really clean and they have a change table.

There were lots of different areas suitable for a wide variety of ages. We came in family day and it was insanely busy but because it is so big and so well designed, it didn’t seem over crowded at all.

There were also some games you could pay to play but we didn’t explore those this time.

This place is DEFINITELY worth visiting! I know we will be back many more times!
20 March 2019 6:09
My kids had a blast here. Very clean and very friendly staff. Food was mediocre but they serve Rosso coffee so that makes up for it. Great pricing too as they give half price on siblings! We will be back.

Awesome pay centre for kids! All my children and the adults loved it. Make sure to return your locker bracelet when you leave:) you’ll get what I mean when you go.

Absolutely fantastic place to go. I'd even say the best in Calgary we've been to so far. Lots of wide open safe matted space for our little guy to run around in. Toddler zone was very fun. They have an arcade space thats great for all ages, even a claw machine short enough for little guys to use. Jurassic Park power wheels they can drive around. A comfy food court thats well seperated from the play zones.
A toy area, and a massive jungle gym with tunnels, slides, galore and so much exploring. Oh, and a bouncy castle with a slide (its a bit steep, so advise watching the little ones while they go down it but very fun for our 2 yr old) The best part was there's enough room for us to fit in everywhere with our little guy, and plenty of places throughout to sit down if we want to just let him play freely while we watch. We didnt have to crouch and were able to keep up while our little ran at full tilt. Also, it wasn't over crowded or too loud like some places can be.
Very clean and happy, friendly staff. Worth every penny and have great deals for everyone on their website (which is also user friendly).
10 March 2019 4:57
I went opening weekend and my daughter had a blast. The only issue I had was in the main area one of the tubes is so steep that she slipped going up it and cut her lip open. So I advice you to wear grip socks. That is why i gave it 4 star. I do plan to go again my daughter loves it and it is so big and so much to do it will tire her out.

We had my son’s birthday party. This place is amazing. Excellent service, very clean, And amazing games. Not only did the kids have a good time but the adults too. Special thanks to Lydia for taking care of us.
27 February 2019 0:09
Just went there expecting to spend a couple of hours of fun out of the cold and the snow and spent five hours 'til close with three boys aged 2-6.
I was a bit worried at one point that the race cars wouldn't charge fast enough to keep up with demand, but even that was well balanced.
Also the play structures are big enough for adults to walk through while supervising children, with multiple access points. The kids also greatly enjoyed the "giant maze".
