I love their products, and would suggest you buy them from the exclusive store as the prices are comparatively lower. I visited their southgate store and they had some nice offers, I also checked price at another multi brand store but it was so high.
They have great decor as well, the staff is helpful too

WORST customer service ever, when i entered the store there was no one to help customers, eventually a girl came out from the back of the store. Full of attitude as i interrupted her munching on her chips which she continued to eat so she couldn't speak. I got no help/advice regarding the products i was trying to purchase, unprofessional & zero knowledge of the products she's selling, her uniform jacket looked like it hadn't been washed in months. I wouldn't get a skin consult with her (hygiene standards here are questionable!)
This staff was like a robot ringing up my purchases taking forever even just to do that, lacked any kind of customer service. This store in Southgate is a disgrace to the brand.
Kiehl's products are sold everywhere, including online. I won't be shopping here. I told all my friends & family not to shop for their Kiehl's products at this store. I also left a review on the Kiehl's Canada corporate office, Kiehl's customer service and their western Canadian manager. The store manager here is a joke, that's why there's no consistency, no standard of service & no concept of taking care of customers. No wonder. Ha! Ha!
This staff I was dealing with was just standing by the register, eating her chips, offered no customer service, no product recommendations while i was shopping, very unfriendly, zero knowledge about her job, didn't know how to ring-up my products & clearly needed some basic customer service training.
This will only lead them to losing more and more customers. TOO BAD! We customers have a CHOICE!

Just witnessed the most ridiculous encounter. A grown woman harassing the young employee who apologized for not having the samples she wanted. All after giving her amazing service coming back from her break.

Me and my friend we were just wondering and we went to the shop for a visit of products. I cannot believe how amazing the employees were. They seemed really interested in what they were doing, and provided us with the best customer service. She also gave us some samples for us to try that was needed for our skin and gosh I saw clear results after 3 uses. Once again the shop is beautiful employees are amazing and product is just the best

Worst customer service! The online service is ridiculous, I have ordered sunscreen after the virtual skin consultation. And the order is still not shipped it has been more than a week!
Customer service rep I spoke with told me that he will cancel the order and process my refund, but nothing has taken place.
